Spent here two wonderful days/ nights with my family. Houseboat is fully equipped as described and the host is very friendly and helpful. The only minus is the temporary bad smell when using the toilet flush, which is probably related to the marine toilet. We really liked the sunset view from the “veranda”.

Houseboat Manager and boat crew were very helpful with everything. Houseboat was immaculately clean, quiet at night, well decorated. We had a great time! Even the little doggies were friendly with ours.

Our first time on a house boat. It was definitely an experience. The boat is bigger than it looks and the gentle rocking at night made for great sleep. Everything was great and we will definitely be back.

My whole family fell in love with the boat life experience:) Perfect size for family of 4 (15 and 13 year old kids) Was fun to meet new people who were also there on vacation and just hang around marina but also close enough to activities to make little day trips. Will be back!

This was a great place to stay. Something different for sure. Houseboat was super clean, great view from the back porch. Staff were very helpful and lots of good info was provided about the area. Definitely would stay again!

A cool experience being on a boat but a few issues. The twin beds were uncomfortable and there was only a stained covering on the couch pullout so was unusable. The extra sheets were only for the twin beds. The tv in the bedroom didn’t connect to Netflix or other streaming services and the wifi was pretty weak, when I texted the after hours number for advice they never responded. We also lost power simply cooking dinner on the hot plate. The surrounding area was pretty noisy and the other boats are very close so could hear people coming and going a lot. The deck on the back was relaxing for a coffee and a book in the morning or cocktail at night. The pool area was nice and pool was clean and refreshing. There was an entertainment spot near there that had live music on Wednesday nights.

Really a good stay. Two things to note. The shower in sea biscuit was really small. I fish and learned you cant fish from the boats. Which was not a major issue since i rented a kayak to fish, but in the evenings i would have enjoyed having a line out drinking a glass of wine. Overall it was a great experience

Excellent stay at a great property.

From the moment of check-in with Mike, we were impressed with the the place. Everything was better than advertised. The houseboat was clean and perfect! Had we needed anything from the special type of toilet paper, extra towels or help with the TV, all concerns and questions were taken care of promptly. We honestly had such a good time that we just lounged around the houseboat the last two days of our stay. Perfect place to chill out! The only thing I'd do differently next time would be to cover the bedroom windows to make it darker for when I slept. However, it's a minor change and not something that would keep me from booking again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It was an awesome weekend get-away for the family - beautiful sunsets, boat rentals & bar with live-music. The kids loved the beds upstairs. All good with the house-boat

This whole trip to the Florida Keys was kind of an adventure for our family. We did things that we wouldn't normally do. Once of them being renting this houseboat. Everyone was great from check-in to check-out. We had an issue on the last morning of the breaker flipping. The manager was right there to help correct it. Our girls loved the pool. It was warm and that is how they like it. We would definately stay there again! Great experience.

We had a lovely time on the boat. It was well stocked with dishes, clean sheets, and towels. Pool was clean and nice temp. Issues prior guests noted in older reviews have been resolved including drip line for air conditioner and some very nice adirondeck chairs on the deck. Highly recommend this marina and houseboat.

Cute little houseboat for simple living. It was easy to socially distance and all staff vigilantly wore masks on the rare occasion we did need to get keys, etc. The great view of water makes even your morning coffee exponentially more relaxing. It even reset our sleep schedule because of the natural lighting. Perfect for a couple, maybe a small family.

Marina office man in morning not helpful or friendly. Houseboat was good experience. But a few things could make it better: fix wheels on dockside patio door; air conditioner needs a drain hose so it doesn't drain on deck; back deck chair is junk & there should be 2 chairs; bathroom should have a toilet brush; floor wet next to bed by air conditioner and there were no grills to be found.

Fun place, great views, good location but they must take out the word "spacious" regarding the shower in the bath :o)

We enjoyed our stay at Aqua Lodge. Such a unique experience to enjoy true island lifestyle. Definitely will be back and will recommend to our friends.

The marina is very nice. The aqua house is excellent. The staff is helpful. Can't wait to stay again.

We had an amazing time for Memorial Day weekend. The houseboat was clean, the views are beautiful, and everyone on the Marina is very friendly and helpful. There is a great breakfast cafe right across the street and tons of stuff to do close by. The best thing about the vacation was how helpful and attentive the property owner was. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and gave great suggestions for activities in the area. We even forgot our iPad and she held onto it for us! I would recommend this houseboat to any age group, large or small and especially anyone with pets.

The houseboat was new, clean and so comfortable. I never sleep through the night but on the houseboat I slept through the night and woke up to beautiful sunrises. We had floats which we used right there in the bay and the marina has easy access for boats. My friends picked us up and we spent the day at the sandbar and then went snorkeling. The marina has a fire pit area where we had a crab boil with 20 people. It was amazing. I highly recommend staying on a house boat at this marina. Everyone who stayed there and worked there were so friendly.

A very clean, cozy and functional houseboat accommodation near to Key Largo. The marina had everything required for our stay and the boat owner was attentive and within easy reach. We had one problem with the fridge and that was replaced quickly. The view from the boat was fantastic and the area very quiet. We had a great time and would definitely consider renting here on our next trip to the Keys.
