Cette maison de deux niveaux fait un lieu de rencontre idéal pour un grand groupe ou deux familles. Parfait état. Grande cuisine comprend une cuisinière gastronomique, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, et de grands comptoirs en granit. Les grandes fenêtres et portes-fenêtres offrent une vue époustouflante de la cuisine, salle à manger et la salle familiale. Asseyez-vous sur le pont et profiter du son des arbres dans le vent tout en dégustant votre café du matin. Foyer au gaz dans la salle familiale réchauffera vos petons après une journée sur les pistes voisines.

The house was great. We cooked meals in the home and skiied Granby, snow shoed on the trails that started in the neighborhood and slept well! The house was just as advertised with plenty of room for our two families of 4. Would be a great summer stay as well. Cannot be closer to the City Market, and the Granby lift/base area is just 5 minutes down the road. Thank you!

We loved staying here! Easy to get to snowshoeing trails, skiing at Grandby mountain and not too far from Fraser and Winter Park.

Property was clean, plenty of towels, nice selection of games. We cooked nearly all of our meals - dishwasher and kitchen supplies worked for us. Hummingbirds were an added delight!

Granby House
Overall a nice home, but there is room for improvement. We were welcomed with 3 large piles of dog excrement, literally at the door. The fact that the cleaners didn’t notice that is ridiculous. It was very obvious as the smell was horrible and you had to step over them to get to the door lock To unlock and gain access. There was snow on the deck so we could not sit outside and enjoy the weather. Home is very dark. The light bulbs are nowhere near bright enough. Only 1 tv in the entire house, and it’s small and older. Internet speed is also very slow. The owner was friendly and apologized about the dog poop.

Big, Beautiful Mountain House in Great Location
My three sons, one of my brothers, and I had an outstanding and memorable Colorado mountain vacation, based out of this spacious, clean, convenient house. The cabin is as advertised, located within the nicer stand-alone houses in Granby Ranch, literally 5 minutes from the base ski lodge, 20 minutes from Winter Park, and 25 minutes from Grand Lake (where we spent a day snowmobiling). The owners were flexible on check-in time, and answered any/all questions promptly and accurately. Everything in the house worked smoothly, we were all more than comfortable, and there was space for everyone. We would love to return. Thank you for hosting us! DAC

This house was adorable and perfect for our stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I especially liked the fact that shoes needed to be removed in the mud room keeping the house extra clean. Peter and Maureen were great to work with. We would definitely stay here again. Place and amenities are good. But**
property is located in a calm and beautiful neighborhood. Only negative about property is, there's no AC in the house, and in summer(for temp of even higher70's), the house turns very hot and little discomfort during day/night. other than that, it deserves five stars.

Daughters Wedding in Granby
My family enjoyed staying at this property while visiting Granby for my daughters wedding. Perfect property for two families and or friends to stay at. Visiting with everyone in the kitchen / family room and deck was great. Plenty of bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Easy access. Very clean. Everything you could possible need was supplied. Setting up the deck chairs supplied were also great. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice friendly neighbors. Owners were great to work with from the very start. I would highly recommend this property and we plan on using this house again on our future visits to Granby area. Thank you Peter and Maureen! PRICELESS!

Fantastic vacation!
This was a wonderful, comfortable home for our family vacation that included 5 adults and 3 teenagers. The location was great in terms of access to the many things to do in the area. The property is exactly as described and shown. It was extremely clean and well maintained, and everything you need or might expect is provided. Peter was extremely responsive and a joy to work with. We were provided with a detailed welcome package about the property that also included recommendations for area activities and restaurants. We use homeaway/vrbo many times and this was one of the best properties and interactions we have ever had. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful House!
We LOVED this house-- it was clean, well-maintained, spacious and had beautiful views. The upstairs/downstairs layout was perfect for two families with children and a few adults.
The furniture was comfortable, bathrooms were great and it was a quick drive to the heart of downtown Granby.
I also appreciated the detailed instructions for driving, arrival, cleanup, etc. It was easy to find and I knew exactly what I was getting into. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Maureen and Peter!

Our stay here was wonderful! The owners were very kind, answering every question we had promptly. The property had all we needed for 3 families to be able to spend time together without feeling on top of one another--including a basement where the kids could play. I highly recommend this cabin!!

GREAT home to stay in
The home was perfect for a group of 8. The 4 bedrooms split the 4 couples up perfectly. Plenty of amazing waterfall hikes and kayaking within 10 minutes from the home. Amazing views from the balcony.

Fantastic vacation home! !
This was the first time the mattresses and beding were up to my standards. Actually, the master bed may have been better than mine at home. The kitchen is stocked with more utensils and pots and pans than you need, and there are plenty of dish towels. My children loved all the games/toys in the house. I would highly recommend this home. There was not a single thing I would change about this place. Thanks Pete for sharing your beautiful home!
