BIENVENUE

CHAMBRE DES MAÎTRES & BATH
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size avec de nouveaux matelas et un sommier. Il ya une commode correspondant de pleine longueur avec miroir et deux tables de chevet avec lampes. Il ya une télévision à écran plat dans la chambre principale. Le maître de bain a été entièrement mis à jour avec de nouveaux planchers de tuiles, douche, et nouveau haut de l'évier de granit.
CHAMBRE D'INVITÉ
La chambre d'hôtes dispose de nouveaux meubles de chambre à coucher avec deux lits jumeaux avec table de nuit et une commode pleine. Il y a une grande télévision à écran plat dans la chambre d'amis. Le second bain est situé à côté de la chambre d'amis. Cette salle de bain a également été entièrement mis à jour avec de nouvelles tuiles sur les planchers, douche / zone de bain, et le nouveau comptoir en granit. Cette salle de bain a une baignoire avec douche.
Toutes les serviettes et les draps sont fournis, y compris serviettes de plage.
CUISINE
La cuisine entièrement équipée a été entièrement mis à jour avec de nouvelles armoires, de nouveaux appareils qui se compose d'un réfrigérateur à porte française avec congélateur en bas avec machine à glaçons, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière plat avec four autonettoyant, construit en micro-ondes, et l'élimination. Les autres caractéristiques sont une machine à café, grille-pain, mixeur, presse-agrumes, etc. Notre cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pendant votre séjour. Nous avons aussi établi un nouveau carrelage dans le plancher de la cuisine.
SALON SALLE À MANGER
Le salon dispose d'un canapé et deux chaises longues chaise pour votre confort tout en se détendre et regarder la télévision par câble. Le plancher du salon a été remplacé par un nouveau carrelage. Il y a un lecteur TV écran plat, DVR et DVD dans le salon. La salle à manger jouxte la salle de séjour et offre une table et 6 chaises.
Le condo est d'environ 1 100 pieds carrés et a été récemment peint, les planchers de tuiles partout, cuisine et salles de bains mis à jour.
EMPLACEMENT
Notre condo est situé sur le côté du Golfe et est une courte promenade de la plage qui a le beau sable de quartz blanc qui Siesta Key est connu pour. Siesta Key est classée comme la plage n ° 1 dans le pays. La plage de sable blanc ne se chauffe pas et est très agréable de se promener sur lors de la prise de vos promenades sur la plage ou en regardant les couchers de soleil. Les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques !! Vous ne voudrez pas manquer de voir les couchers de soleil. Vous pouvez également voir le Drum Circle qui est sur la plage de Siesta Key chaque dimanche soir.
L'association de condo offre des chaises de plage pour les clients séjournant à Palm Bay Club. Vous pouvez également louer des cabanes et des parasols si on le souhaite.

Phyllis & her husband were excellent hosts. Any questions or issues were handled immediately. Our stay at the Palm Bay Club was excellent as always. It brought back memories of our previous stays for my mother and myself.

Phylis, the property manager, made sure we had all of the details needed for check-in, and promptly answered any questions I had. I felt good about staying someplace we hadn’t been to before.
The unit was perfect for us! It’s in a great location on the property, central to every place- the pool, beach, office, fitness center, even near the laundry room and trash drop off location. Super convenient!
The condo was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could need. We had a great time and hope to be returning someday!

2 bed 2 batch (shower ,tub) kids beds are too small for teens (my are 15-17 y), location is perfect gated property stuff very helpful, close to the beach, nice pool,apartment is on ground floor easy-to-use, laundry room is located next to apartment pay by app., wifi works good, tv in bedrooms and living (base cable) in closet you can find some beach toys for kids umbrella and cooler (beach chairs are on the beach )only what you need is the towels one mile walk to siesta beach , one car parking spot included we enjoyed one week of vacation!!!!!

Highly recommend this condo for your Siesta Key stay. Property owner provides so much in the condo which makes the stay so much easier. Super clean and decorated so nice. Easy walk to the pool and beach.

Generally a good stay. There was some confusion around access to the community (never received a code) but that worked itself out. Phyliss told us that the guests before us left the place a mess so I don't blame her for the smell in the unit that went away after our second day of airing it out. The location was great, the community was nice and the unit had everything you could need and more.

This condo was perfect for a girls trip to FL right before the Hussle and bustle of the holidays. The condo was clean, amazingly stocked, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Communication with Phyllis was easy and prompt.

Had a great week here! Beautiful warm pools, spa, and the most beautiful beach! House was well equipped with everything needed including beach things, beach towels, and a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy and owners were nice enough to check on us after arrival and prior to our leaving! Would stay again!

The condo was very clean and in a great location, Had everything we needed, cooking utensils, beach gear and towels,owner had great communication with us as far as anuthing we needed. Weather was great, got lucky, week before hurricane! I would highly recommend and would like to stay there again. Great beach, workers there deliver your beach chairs where you would like them. Would like to look into renting in the winter for a month or two. We had a great time!

Third year in a row spending one week in this condo. Condo and property were perfect as usual. Close to the beach and two great pools. Condo has plenty of room and amenities.

Siesta Key was beautiful, relaxing and warm. Water temp was like a hot tub. The condo was stellar. So clean ( and I’m very picky) , beautifully updated, all the amenities. I wish there was a washer/dryer in the condo but it was right there and always available.
Phyllis was attentive and responsive.

I loved everything about this until we found some palmetto bugs, which to me are cockroaches. The owner got someone out pronto , but we had plans and were not there when treated , found more the next night. I had a hard time sleeping after that and we had to wash everything , which took time and money away from us. No compensation offered.

My family and I loved our stay in this lovely condo in Palm Bay Club, Siesta Key Beach, FL. We have stayed in Palm Bay Club a few times before but we loved this condo the most thus far. It was very clean and nicely updated. It also had fitting beach decorations. Check-in and check-out process was simple and as instructed. During our week-long stay, the weather was enjoyable and we spent most of the day at the beach or at the pool. We also were able to watch a fireworks show on the beach for the fourth of July. The Condo associations’ office also let us bring my emotional support dog which was forever appreciated - We had to send over our documentation for their review and approval. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again if we ever revisit!

We really enjoyed this condo! Our first time staying at The Palm Bay Club, and wow we really loved it! The grounds are just beautiful. This condo was conveniently located near the Gulf side pool and clubhouse with the fitness center. I felt this location seemed in the middle between the ocean and the bay side. The bay side is absolutely gorgeous so we enjoyed using the pool over there. So peaceful and you feel right on the water. The condo was very well appointed! Looks like the photos online. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Loved the water pressure in master shower. The owners were excellent in communications with us. My only “ complaint” and it’s very minimal, was that the master bedroom doesn’t get as cool at night as living quarters. You feel as if you need the ceiling fan in master on ( we prefer cooler sleeping conditions) but when you turn the ceiling fan on, it rattles, and in turn makes the vertical blinds clink against one another. So we would have to just keep blinds more open and just use our sleep masks to block out the AM sun. We are light sleepers and this might never bother anyone else ;) I highly recommend this unit!!

Phyllis was very helpful - made sure we were able to get into the apartment and checked if we needed anything. The apartment was super clean and was well stocked with small extras in case we forgot anything (shampoo, sand toys, etc.). Excellent location just steps from the beach. Perfect!

We had a very nice stay at Palm Bay in Siesta Key. The beds were comfortable, the condo was well kept with many generous amenities that many owners would not have for guests. There was a little trouble with the toilet in the master bath but the owners quickly responded and resolved the issue. We would love to rent again! Thank you!!

We started off looking in March (for our winter holiday vacation) and found this Magnificent 2 bedroom property on the most beautiful beach in Florida...Siesta Key! The booking and planning were flawless without any issues at all.
Our host, Phyllis was very accommodating and very good with communicating all our information.
... So we left the winter and worries behind us in Toronto, Canada and drove to this lovely community. 😀

This property is right on the Gulf of Mexico and the beach is superb. Lovely white quartz sand. It runs from the gulf over to the bay where there is a hot tub and pool right on the water. The condo has some of the best cookware we have experienced in a rental- a very well equipped kitchen. Loved all the furnishings and especially enjoyed the master bath shower!! Beach towels and umbrellas were also supplied, and the resort has beach chairs. Really everything we could have asked for- just missing a nice outdoor space with a water view. So many pluses though- very large pool great for lap swim and tennis/pickle ball courts very close to this unit. Property owner was very responsive and communicated promptly whenever we needed. Definitely worth a return trip.
