Un court trajet (en auto ou en bus local) dans le centre-ville de Seattle et une promenade tranquille vers Discovery Park, notre maison confortable et lumineuse vous invite, vous et vos invités, dans un espace salon / salle à manger / cuisine qui est fait pour partager! Il y a un beau parquet en bambou et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une grande plaque de cuisson au gaz. Micro-ondes, mixeur, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire électrique, étagère à épices complète, café et thé complètent la cuisine.
En plus de la table de cuisine qui peut accueillir 6 personnes, il y a 3 tabourets de bar au bar de la cuisine. Une salle à manger séparée peut également accueillir 6 personnes à une grande table en verre. Les tables de cuisine et de salle à manger peuvent être agrandies.
La chambre principale a un lit queen et une grande salle de bain avec lavabo double, une grande baignoire et une douche carrelée séparée. La chambre du milieu a un lit queen, et la chambre avant a deux lits jumeaux extra-longs. Tous les lits ont des draps de qualité. Les deux chambres à l'avant partagent une salle de bain avec une baignoire / douche.
Il y a des entrées sans clé pour les portes avant et arrière. Détendez-vous sur le patio arrière ou détendez-vous avec un livre ou votre programme TV préféré dans le salon. Internet haute vitesse sans fil et télévision par câble Xfinity. La maison est sur un seul étage et accessible aux handicapés depuis l'entrée arrière. Perfect amount of space for my two teenage daughters, husband and myself. The neighborhood is quiet yet just a short drive into downtown Seattle. A grocery store is just a few blocks away and easy to walk to. There is also an Albertsons grocery store within a mile away. The house had everything we needed, and it was easy to check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the Seattle area.

Nice, quiet, backyard and neighborhood. Very close to Metropolitan market, within walking distance. There was some construction going on around it but it wasn’t that bad. Lovely getaway very clean, very well organized.

Sally's "red door house" as we call it is convenient and clean and perfect for us! The lay out works well for a very young grandchild- enough play space and good proximity for bedrooms and laundry. It's also close to her school and Met Market. Another great stay- our 3rd.

I stayed with my family and we absolutely loved this home and neighborhood. It was immaculate and had everything we needed including a grill for barbecues with family/friends. It's a perfect location to everything, downtown Seattle/ferry, Pike Place Market, Ballard only a short drive out of the city to Snoqualmie falls. This home had a homey feeling that we looked forward to going back to at the end of our long days. We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again.

This property will provide you with everything that you need. Situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The location is close to downtown Seattle and local attractions. The check in and check out process was great. After a long trip from across the country the home was a great option instead of staying at a traditional hotel.

Home Away from Home!
This home was in a perfect location! A short drive to downtown Seattle its attractions and the Bainbridge Ferry. A short walk to Discovery Park and the Locks. The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. My mother and I were impressed with the amenities. This has to be the best-stocked home we have every had the pleasure of staying in. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this home if you plan on visiting Seattle!

Nice getaway
Home is very nice and we enjoyed retreating here after our days out and about. Air conditioning isn’t generally required but when temps are in the 80’s the couple of fans provided were essential Definitely will be returning.

Visiting from Maine
Our family thoroughly enjoyed the house as well as the neighborhood. The area is amazing! We went to Discovery Park every day during our stay and also took walks in the neighborhood. It was also easy to get to down town from the property. We spent a lot of time enjoying tourist activities. We found the house clean and well stocked. We would recommend it to others!

Lovely Stay at Sweet Magnolia
I’m so glad we found this wonderful place to stay while visiting Seattle! The neighborhood was very quiet and safe, and the property was well maintained. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to relax at the house when not exploring the local area, the city or nearby hiking trails. The house was very clean and organized. There were several thoughtful details included by the hostess that made us feel more at home on this vacation than we have at any other rental. I especially appreciated the highly organized information booklet that that the hostess had prepared! I definitely recommend this place!

Cute Bungalow
We enjoyed staying at this cute property which felt like home away from home. It was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed taking walks in Discovery Park almost every day of our stay—-a short five blocks away from the house. We also enjoyed Ballard which was 10 minutes away by car. All in all, a great stay!

Spent Thanksgiving holiday at Sweet Magnolia house with our college age daughters. The house was so comfortable and well stocked we were all able to relax and enjoy each other's company. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and located within easy walking distance of Discovery Park and some restaurants and coffee houses. Owner responded promptly to queries and seemed to genuinely want us to be able to enjoy our stay!
