Everything worked out great. The property was a bit tight for 11 but Andrew was very accommodating and it worked out great. Andrew gave several tips for restaurants and places to visit which were all excellent.

Our daughter from Seattle got married and our family came from all over the country. Even though the townhouse wasn’t huge, we had plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths on 3 different levels. It suited our needs well. There was ample parking, which can be an issue in Seattle. Would definitely recommend this property for large family groups. We had a total of 9 persons from 4 different families. The home was clean.

We enjoyed our stay in this house in Seattle. There was 7 of us and not enough bath towels but Andrew was excellent to deal with and brought more over. The ad was a little misleading as we thought there was 2 beds in 2 of the rooms but was a blow up mattress and mattress under the bed. Was in a nice quiet location.

Very comfortable for a family of 7 with teen. Room to spread out, very comfortable beds, great showers and great location. We appreciated being close to restaurants (we really enjoyed our breakfast at the Bay Cafe). Very quiet neighborhood.

This is the best equipped VRBO we've ever stayed in. Everything went well. The only minor issue we had was with the hot water tank, and it was an easy fix. Enjoyed our stay!

This house worked great for our family of 6! I appreciated that it was well stocked with shampoo/conditioner and body wash and seasonings and coffee in the kitchen. When we needed extra towels, Andrew brought them right over. The beds were very comfortable. It was clean, but a little worn in some areas. The location made for easy access to several areas of Seattle. Overall, an enjoyable stay at this townhouse!

Booked this roomy townhome for my bridesmaids and I to get ready at for my wedding. Clean bedrooms, and plenty of bathrooms (very important for lots of girls)! Andrew was very accommodating and allowed our hair & makeup artist, photographer, videographer to be on site. When a bridesmaids lost some personal items, Andrew was quick to reply and assist. Only drawback was there were a few gnats upon arrival (likely from the weather)... and we could not control the temperature of the home. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

The home was nice but some of the carpets were in need of cleaning. The hot water heater switch must have flipped off and we didn't know it until the following morning when we did not have any hot water to shower with. Our grandson was sleeping up in the loft area where the equipment is in the closet, and he was able to tell us he heard something click before he went to bed. We looked and were able to see the switch and flip it back on and we had hot water shortly after. that. The property owner was very accommodating and nice to deal with. Traveling with 8 teenagers and 2 adults - this spot let us all spread out comfortably and then gather when we all wanted to be together. Everything about the spot is convenient - location, parking, trash disposal. Clean and tidy... one small thing to be aware of: the twin bed is a roll away cot that we found later in the garage. A double mattress was found under the king size bed. Once we found everything we all had a comfy place to sleep. Would recommend to any group or family!

Very pleased with our stay! Plenty of room to spread out for our group of 7. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and modern. Ample parking -We were able to park our SUV in the garage and the pickup in the driveway. Highly recommend this rental and we will book again for our visit to Seattle next summer!

Our family of 9 included 2 grandparents, 4 adult children, and 3 adult grandchildren. This home was a wonderful location from which to introduce the grandchildren to Washington state, which they had never before visited. Andrew came to the house and gave us excellent recommendations about how to see the Seattle areas we wanted to highlight. The house was well equipped for our needs. The one difficulty we had was that we visited during the Northwest heat wave and the house had no AC, only fans in each room. The fans were not sufficient to keep us cool, and we often work up in a pool of sweat. I understand that most Seattle homes do not have AC.

The house is roomy with lots of closet space. The house is stocked with all the utility items that are needed everyday. There is a covered garage and a drive way for the second car. The house is close to Discovery park with beautiful hikes. It is also close to downtown with approximately 9 minute car ride. The host stopped by on the first day and gave us recommendations for places to visit and the best restaurants loved by the locals. We tried them out and they were excellent choices. Over all, it was a great stay!

This was great for our family! Great sleeping arrangements for many and close to everything and great restaurants!

Five of us vacationed in Seattle to explore the city for a week and this property was perfect. The house is centrally located for everything you would want to do in Seattle. We went north to Boeing and Ballard several times. We went downtown almost every day. We explored the neighborhood - Discovery Park, Fisherman's Terminal, and Ballard Locks. Everything was easily accessible. Andrew met us the first day and gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We tried many of his excellent recommendations. He was very helpful. The house was comfortable, very clean, and well stocked. The garage and loft above the Master bedroom were welcome extra amenities. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

This rental was as advertised, clean and comfortable. The host was accommodating and communicated very well, and was open to allowing us to check-in early if it was possible. The neighborhood was nice, and the location was close to downtown and UW.

Worked beautifully for our family. We had plenty of together time and were able to have privacy with the layout of this home.

We rented this home for a short three day trip ahead of our cruise to Alaska. It was perfect for the the eight of us, ages 2-85. There was plenty of room for everyone in their own bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom (loft) doesn't have an attached bath but we didn't mind walking down to share the one below us. The house is CLEAN. As someone who doesn't wear shoes in the house, it was wonderful to notice others also followed the owners wishes and didn't walk inside with shoes on. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook all our meals in the house. The kitchen is a bit tight so it's best to have only two people in there cooking at once. This wasn't a problem as everyone else can just lounge in the family room. We couldn't quite figure out the hvac system but it wasn't a big deal so we didn't contact Andrew. Andrew was great to communicate with and even checked in to make sure everything was fine when we got in. If you are looking for a nice place to stay near the port and near the attractions, this is it!

Very clean. Had everything we needed. Space for the entire extended family. It was unusually hot when we stayed but fans made it cooler and bearable.

Perfect location next to bus stop. Nice place with a lot of thought put into details. The space is tight in a couple of bedrooms but closets and bathrooms have lots of shelves for storage. Movie selection was nice. Comfortable and convenient.

This townhouse was perfect for our family of two adults and three grown kids. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Stocked with most necessities. Close to grocery store and an easy drive to downtown Seattle. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable space for our group- everyone had “the best bed in the house” and plenty of room to hang out and get ready for my daughter’s wedding- if we had any questions Andrew responded immediately. A great visit to beautiful Seattle!

We had a wonderful stay here with our family. The house offered everything we needed and more, and was situated in an accessible location. We would come back again for our next visit!

Wonderful house and very responsive host!

The location worked perfectly for my needs, with quick access to the Queen Anne and Ballard neighborhoods. And there is a beautiful Whole Foods about a five minute drive away. The townhouse was very clean and I appreciated Andrew reaching out to me a few days before our arrival to see if we needed any extra beds, which we did. They have two extra mattresses that can be set up as beds - perfect for kids and providing some added flexibility. Having off street parking was a really nice feature too. Between the garage and driveway we were able to fit two cars easily without needing to find street parking. As with many rental properties I’ve stayed at, there was some wear and tear on the property from use, noticeably scuff marks from guests banging suitcases against the walls as they went up and down the stairs. This didn’t detract from the experience but the property is probably due for a fresh coat of interior paint before too long. Overall, this met the needs of my family very well and Andrew was a pleasure to work with. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

It’s a pretty good place to stay with your family or friends to travel.
