Our extended family of 2 kids, 2 parents and 4 grandparents stayed here for the holidays. We ranged in age from 4 to 80 years old. Everyone had a great time. My 6 year old says it was the best vacation ever and wants to come back to this "party house." My MIL said this was the most well stocked vacation rental she has ever stayed in. The house was perfect for our family. We like to cook our own meals; they have plenty of pots, pans, spices, condiments, serving plates. I also used the waffle maker, blender and 2nd refrigerator (in the garage). The toiletries are high end, probably better than anything you'd bring to travel. Plenty of parking inside or outside the garage. We went to Sabino Canyon twice and used their parking pass (make sure you leave it in the house when you depart). There are lots of board games provided and streaming subscriptions to watch on the TV. I have never experienced a more hospitable host. Our entire first meal was provided by the owners. Staying here feels like visiting family. We will definitely be back.

A perfect house for our adult family. I liked the landscaping a lot.i appreciated the items available in the kitchen- olive oil, spices and other long lasting things. The Christmas decorations were wonderful. We added a candle and had a very nice setting when our larger family came to dinner at “our” house. The nice fishers and silverware were a perfect touch. We will be back!

Our family had a wonderful time at Zachary’s vrbo! We enjoyed the location and felt tucked away in the mountains while having the convenience of groceries nearby. The layout fit our family well with adequate space and quiet mornings and evenings on the patio. Thank you for welcoming us with homemade tamales, salsa, lemonade and plenty of coffee! We will stay again!

Zach's place was the home we needed during hard time for our family. We had 3 generations together for the first time in 20+ years. We had enough space to spread out and enjoy each other's company... And find a little space for ourselves when necessary. We had everything we needed for comfort during our weeklong stay.

We were in town for the U of A graduation and this was a great place to get away from the busyness of the campus! There was ample space for the family and the home was pristine. The hosts even left us some welcome goodies. I highly recommend this location.

This home is perfectly equipped for a large family gathering, including every amenity you could possibly need to play host to your guests without ever once thinking “if only they had…” Also a great location near the best hiking in Sabine canyon and the Catalina foothills. We can’t wait to return for more homemade tamales and more welcoming treats!

We had the use of this lovely house for 5 days and enjoyed every minute of our time spent here. Great location with good food options and supplies nearby, the house is in a quiet / not too busy area. This was our second time staying at this house, and it was as lovely as last year. Sited with beautiful views of the Catalinas, it is large & very well-equipped. Zach is a very thoughtful host, stocking a delicious treat for new arrivals along with a good supply of necessities to tide you over until you shop. We’ll be back!

We love to hike and with Sabino Canyon just 1 mile away, this was the perfect home for us. Clean, comfortable, spacious! Would definitely stay here again if our travels take us back to Tuscon!

We had a great trip to Tucson in large part due to this wonderful home. We had plenty of space, there was a great outdoor space and the location was perfect for all the activities and places we wanted to visit.

WOW! You were so thoughtful in all the food, decorations and preparation that you did. The property exceeded expectations. We had a very nice view of the mountains and enjoyed watching the sun rise. Groceries and El Charro were literally within walking distance. We left you some honey unique to our area in Florida and our daughter from Savannah left you some pralines, a Savannah delicacy .A memorable vacation. Lyle, Hilda, Beth, Stephanie, Dave and Eric.

Our family had a wonderful visit to the Catalina Foothills! The property location was beautiful and the views at sunrise and sunset were impressive! This home was just that, home - so well cared for, extremely comfortable and with every convenience. The warm hospitality shared by the homeowner made us feel as though we were visiting family- thank you, thank you! When our travels return us to Tucson, we hope to be back!

We rented this home while visiting Tucson for our daughter's graduation from U of A. It is a lovely spacious home with so many amenities .. anything and everything you will need, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Our host Zach left us a danish, homemade tamales, salsa and guacamole along with coffee pods for the Keurig. So thoughtful!

What a blessings it was to call this home away from home the weekend of our wedding! We had close family come far and wide to celebrate and were able to have a beautifully intimate and relaxed reception! It took quite some time to find a vacation home that would be open to hosting our gathering, but it was worth the wait! Don't let the cleaning fee scare you away! This beautiful home is definitely ideal for your intimate family gathering and equipped with everything you can possibly need - and if there is something you do need, Zach is so responsive to your needs! The surrounding area is painted with the beauty of the mountains, closeness of a grocery store (a must have for us!), and peace and serenity. The house is pretty close to other houses, but once you're in the house, you lose track of that! Many blessings on this home and all others that stay there!

Great house and Zach was very accommodating for our needs. On arrival we had fresh tamales and a bottle of wine. Two of us in were in wheelchairs and it was nice having a house that we could access.

What’s exceptional in this home? - views of the foothills from the house & patio - the layout & furnishings; very attractive & comfortable - cleanliness - the kitchen equipment; almost as well-equipped as my gourmet kitchen at home; - a thoughtful & generous host; with all the things you need to start a stay like TP, soap, dishwasher detergent plus many other basics needed for staying awhile. Not to mention the lovely welcome treats and use of an annual pass to Sabino Canyon Area just 4 minutes away! We became hikers thanks to this location & pass! We loved it so much, we have already rented it for next year’

We thoroughly enjoyed this magnificent property…so much that we are talking about it 3 weeks later. The perfect house for guests of all ages- we were ages 18 through 76- with plenty of room for congregating and yet spaces for privacy. Our family celebrated a University of Arizona graduation with every convenience imaginable. Thank you, Zach, for providing us with a wonderful experience. And thank you for the tamales. They were delicious, especially after a day of travel!

We had a great stay at this house in Tucson. The pictures don’t do it justice. Super clean property, well stocked kitchen, perfect for relaxing family time.

The house was exactly as listed. Everything was clean and in great shape. We would go back there again.

My family of 3 and my sister's family of 5 were very comfortable in this home and used all the amenities the host offered. We all loved the location!! It is close to everything we needed/wanted.
