Property offered everything we needed and more. We loved the ocean front decks, spacious living areas, well-equipped kitchen, and pool table. This was the second year we rented here and loved it.

This property has the most amazing views!! Best sunrises you could ever ask for! House is equipped with almost every essential at your fingertips. All you have to do is come and enjoy yourself. Owner is a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back!!

This is easily the best beach home we have rented. We had four generations together, ages 1 to 87, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Two gathering areas allowed for playtime and quiet conversation. Beach front access was easy and access to chairs and beach toys much appreciated. Honestly though, the most positive comments were on the quality of the linens and paper products provided. Too many hosts scrimp on these basic items, so having higher quality sheets, etc was much appreciated!

My friends, family and I had a great time at this property located in beautiful Pine Knoll Shores. The location is great - very close to Atlantic Beach and not too far from Emerald Isle. There is much to see and do around the area. The house was spacious - we especially enjoyed using the 2 decks - and had several amenities which we enjoyed using (pool table, washer/dryer, TVs.) We would return!

We loved the house. Very large porch upstairs and down. Perfect location for sunrises and sunsets. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family to split up. Everything was included: paper products, laundry supplies, baby items, beach chairs, beach towels. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores. Had a wonderful time!

We once again had a lovely family vacation in Pine Knoll Shores. Great house ! Everything you can possibly want is there. The beach is amazing and never crowded. So enjoyable!

This was our first time staying directly on the beach! The home has beautiful views, great beach access and plenty of room for everyone! Great bonus: all of the supplies were appreciated! (soaps, bath towels, beach towels, paper products). We had a wonderful week!

Two years ago, we stayed at this house and loved it so much that we came back! It is just perfect! Great layout. So spacious. Being right on the beach is awesome. Plus, that part of the beach is not crowded. Lynn has so many things that we were able to use, like beach chairs, towels, and toys. We went to a couple local bars--super fun! There are plenty of stores close by. I am considering booking again for a family trip. Also, Lynn responded super fast to my texts. I do not have one complaint!!!!

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay with our dog. House had everything we needed. View is absolutely amazing. The only downside were the showers which we struggled to operate. The walk in one in the master bedroom was OK so we used it. It wasn’t an issue for us, but the house has many stairs. The kitchen is upstairs so keep it in mind if you are limited.

I have to admit, I’m a little confused by this property because it seems like the owners took a lot of care and consideration in accommodating what their guests might need/want, but the home is in serious need of some attention. The pros: The furniture was very comfortable, there was an abundance of towels/linens/pillow, as well as kitchen supplies, and the location was spectacular. However, there were SEVERAL negatives that added up quickly: the home was not cleaned properly before we got there (one toilet still had excrement, the master sink was covered in a greasy substance, there was hair/dirt in the bathroom floor, the refrigerator smelled like rotten food, etc.) In addition, the pool table needs attention as there are several tears in the felt, the jets in the master bathroom tub are all rusted, the tub faucet is also broken/coming off the foundation, the master shower is FULL of mildew, one of the bathroom towel holders kept breaking, the HVAC intake is full of rust, and the kitchen cookware was unusable, with one pan being completely charred on the bottom. It was so bad we had to go out and buy a new pan on which to cook. (We left it there for the next guests.) if you plan on being outside on the beach for most of your vacation, and you don’t mind rust and mildew, you’ll probably be content. However, if you’re looking for cleanliness and a place that is well maintained, this might not be the place for you.

This is our 3rd year staying here. Family trip every year . We love it!!! Well stocked and very clean. Lynn is easy to reach if you need anything. Highly recommend!

Great floor plan layout, comfortable furniture, good for folks with allergies(no sandy, dusty carpets!), super close to ocean, well stocked kitchen, very thoughtful owner with many paper & linen supplies provided. So sad to leave

This vacation home provided everything needed for a wonderful week with family and friends. The whole group enjoyed the spacious two decks, two separate living spaces, and the pool table. The beach views were amazing. There are a lot of stairs to climb which might pose a problem for some, but other than that, we give it a 5 Star rating.

Very nice house and location. Beach was beautiful with easy access and some very cool shells including a starfish. Great place for a cyclist, low traffic and bike lanes or Greenways. Renter was awesome with everything from communication to well stocked house to quality grill. We will absolutely stay again and would recommend to others. Truly a pleasurable experience all around

We’ve stayed in many beach houses before and this is by far our favorite one! Great quiet location but close enough to everything you may need. Our hosts were easy to get in touch with and the house itself was large enough for our group of 8 to feel right at home. Will definitely be back!

Event was held at Coral Bay. We were extremely happy with the house. The location to the venue was awesome!! Hurricane Ian did not hold us back at all!! The perfect house for 4 couples! Our house was called the over 63 house!! Plenty far away from the 30 year olds!!!

We've stayed at several VRBO properties over the past 9 years, and this was the best place, ever. Everything you could expect for an oceanside property is provided, and a few things you didn't think of was provided as well. Sunrises, sunsets, perfect weather, it was a dream getaway. Plenty of room for everyone! Absolutely a top-rated property with an attentive host.

This was our first trip to Emerald Isle, as I have stayed at many other beaches along the East Coast, and I will definitely be back. Overall, everyone was impressed and had a fantastic stay. Positives: Spacious enough to accommodate everyone (both sets of in-laws and kids). While we decided not to bring our dog, this would have been a great place to bring her to. The house really does have everything you need. A few family members were skeptical and brought their chairs/umbrellas, but they really didn't need to. The beach suppliers (towels/chairs/etc.) were all in great shape. The house was clean/smelled clean. The beach was quiet and not crowded. Owner was very responsive to questions. The grocery store is like 10 min away. We pre-ordered groceries and that worked out great. A few comments: The number of stairs/steepness was a bit much for my in-laws who are in their mid 70's). The stair layout is not something I thought about when renting but maybe should have. It all worked out in the end. There are no sidewalks and nothing close to walk to, so you must drive everywhere. (P.S. I was ok with this. I was there to relax). It would be nice to have an airfyer in the kitchen. Thanks again for a great stay.

This is out third year staying at the property. We really enjoy our week. The house is fantastic and the amenities first class.

Perfect cottage for the group - everyone had their own space when they wanted it and there was plenty of great space to all hang out together. Great kitchen and right on the beach.

Stayed with my family, my parents, and my sister’s family. Bedroom layout was perfect with each family close to their kids. A minute to get to the beach from the back door. Covered porch with ocean views as well as a deck. Kitchen had all the cookware to serve our needs. The thing I wish we’d known and that I’m telling you is don’t bring beach stuff. There were toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, etc. I’d only bring a chair if you prefer one that sits up high, as I only saw low sitting ones. Save yourself the hassle of packing all that stuff and use the stuff in the house.

We stayed for a week with our adult children. We could not have asked for a better location -- wonderful views from every room, and the beach was beautiful and peaceful. The house was perfect for adults, with plenty of areas to gather as well as plenty of privacy, and all the equipment you could need. The outside shower was especially helpful after beach time. We all left looking forward to another stay. Thank you for such a special visit!

We can’t say enough about this place and how lovely it is. We enjoyed our experience immensely and the hosts were wonderful. We can’t wait to vacation here again with our family!

Having lived in the area where this property is located I already knew it is in the most beautiful part of the island. The house accommodates a family vacation, everything that is needed for a pleasant vacation.

We rented this beach haven for my husband's 68th with friends from India for a long week end. All 5 bedrooms rooms have ocean views and there was plenty of space to play, eat and lounge for all 9 of us. The kitchen is well stocked for making meals. The location is great for visiting Beaufort and seeing the horses. The easy beach access was a huge plus for the older visitors. We highly nrecommend this great VRBO property.
