This was a ski trip. The condo was stocked with needed kitchen items and a good amount of basic seasoning. The hot tub is a little hard to find at first but once we figured it out was a very short walk. Pat does a great job of communicating when asked a question. I would definitely stay again.

So clean and comfortable. Very spacious for two couples. Cozy with the gas fireplace. Many thoughtful touches. The walk to the lake was easiest down the road, but we did manage to snowshoe there thru a nice park across the street from our lodging. About 20 minute drive to Mt Rose for good snowshoeing and sledding areas.

The McCloud community is quiet and nicely located with an easy walk down to the lake or up to the commercial area. This unit was clean and accurately described in the VRBO listing. Easy check in and out process and a responsive host.

We had a wonderful time & enjoyed the condo & it's location. We barely put any miles on the rental car once we got here, because everything is so close! Walking to the casino at the Hyatt, and many restaurants is easy. We rented Ebikes and rode to Sand Harbor, that was fun and not very far!
The check in process was easy and the host is quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

My husband and I rented for 3 days. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and visit while visiting our daughter & family in Tahoe Vista. The condo was amazing, very clean, comforting and so well stocked with everything. Furnishings look staged and brand new. We happened to meet John, the owner, when we first arrived and he was so pleasant and welcoming. We would definitely rent again if going to Incline & would definitely remommend the condo and area, very quiet & clean, it’s in such a convenient location and within blocks of the private beaches and The Hyatt!

Beside just a great place to stay this condo is located near the beach and from the front door you can ride your bike straight to Sand Harbor. Raley's Store, Hyatt Casino and Rookie's Sports Bar all less than a mile. Book me for next year Pat!

Great Location and Comfy Condo
Fabulous find and just perfect for our gals weekend getaway. Very close to Lake Tahoe and Incline Village pickleball courts. Lovely neighborhoods to walk in and easy access to lots of nearby hikes. Thank you!

Nice condo; Great location!
The condo is very nice and the location is wonderful. It's close to restaurants, the beach, and the East Shore Trail. The pictures are accurate - what you see is what you get. Personally, I would have welcomed a little more storage in the bedroom(s) (the dressers were just 3 small drawers) but for others it might be just fine. It was nice to have a garage but be aware that if you have a large vehicle, it may not fit. And while the condo does not have air conditioning, the fans were much appreciated and helped keep the condo cool. Dealing with the owner was very easy and she was very responsive to my emails.

Beautiful Property in an Idyllic Location
This beautiful 2-BR, 2-Bath, upstairs unit is located in the McCloud community in Incline Village. Quiet and relaxed compared to the frenzy of South Shore. Easy access to the lake, numerous CA and NV state parks, skiing, excellent restaurants, groceries, and more. Starting out the morning out on the balcony among the trees and wide variety of birds provides significant potential for coming down with mental health. A true gem!

Love Incline!
The property served its purpose in a great neighborhood! Gas fireplace set the mood for a cozy weekend. Unit has everything you need for the basics for cooking and beds were comfortable. Shared Sauna and hot tub were a nice bonus. Unfortunately there was not grill as listed and the dishwasher didn’t work for our stay. When I reached out to the property manager about the dishwasher she was very unapologetic. I’ve washed plenty of dishes by hand in my day, but when I go vacation with my family now we tend to choose places that have dishwashers. I hand washed/dried and put away all of the dishes meticulously. I reached out to the property owner multiple times, But there was no recognition or willingness to make any sort of accommodation for the dishwasher not working when The listing was sold to us with a functioning dishwasher.

great spot to explore the snow
Our family had a lovely stay at Pat's condo in Incline Village. It was centrally located to some beautiful hikes, grocery, coffee, and free snow play areas. The community is quiet and well maintained. We couldn't get the TV's to work, but it was better to read and relax anyway. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Would love to return!

Great place!
Ideal condo for a family or two couples. Two really good couches and a window bench to sit on, as well as two tables to work on. Very roomy, not overfilled, enough space to put your stuff. Many windows. Good beds. And there is a hot tub (a bit on the hot side) and a sauna! If you have a car that does not fit into a garage, there is parking behind the garages and we always found a spot there. Thanks for letting us stay here!

Lovely, quite and comfortable stay
Our family of 4 (we have 2 girls ages 9 and 12) stayed for 4 nights over Thanksgiving. To echo others who have stayed here, this place is nicer than the pictures look. It is a comfortable and pleasant place to stay in a great location. Pat was easy to reach by phone when needed. Everything worked great. The kitchen appliances are new and stainless. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. The furniture was comfortable and cozy. My only feedback would be that the light switches take a minute to get used to, and not all the lamps seem to be working, and the showerheads could use replacement.

Family get together
Our daughter, son-in-law, and grandchild stayed at this property. It is an upper level unit in a very quiet area. Lay out was good and the kitchen is well set up. Very nice place for a weeks get away. Close to many amenities in Incline Village including the Rec Center, The Hyatt Casino, restaurants, and the grocery store. The owner also had a punch card to use for local Beach access (Incline and Burnt Cedar Beach).
