Cette maison, située sur le bord de la baie de Long Beach Island est à quelques pas de la plage avec un feu de circulation pour un accès facile / sûr sur le boulevard, à un demi-pâté de maisons de la baie avec une ligne de plage, et la meilleure partie .. .. 1/2 mile de Fantasy Island et toutes les attractions de Beach Haven. Profitez des journées passées à la plage, des soirées sur la grande roue ou promenez-vous dans la baie pour admirer le coucher du soleil avec des cocktails à la main.
L'unité au deuxième étage a une sensation de concept ouvert avec de nouveaux appareils, des vues sur la baie et une terrasse sur le toit avec un ensemble de chaises de conversation pour regarder les couchers de soleil ou travailler sur un bronzage. Il y a 2 chambres avec un lit gigogne dans l'une, un lit queen dans l'autre et un lit queen dans l'autre. L'unité est sans fumée et sans animaux, La grande cour arrière est commune avec 2 barbecues, 2 tables de pique-nique et des chaises extérieures supplémentaires pour se détendre au son des mouettes. Il y a aussi une douche extérieure pour se laver après une journée à la plage et 2 places de parking par unité. Encore une fois, laissez vos voitures à leur place et promenez-vous à pied ou à vélo dans tout ce que LBI a à offrir. Ai-je mentionné qu'il y a un mini-golf à 1/2 pâté de maisons, un magasin de crème glacée au bout du coin et de merveilleux restaurants à quelques pâtés de maisons? Cette maison sur Waverly Ave. est l'endroit parfait pour vos prochaines vacances sur l'île de Long Beach.

Super clean and spacious, perfect location
Had a great long MDW weekend in this space. The second floor apartment is incredibly spacious with a full kitchen and living room, and private roof deck. The AC worked great, rooms had comfy beds, and was in perfect proximity to all the things you want to do in Beach Haven. Owners were responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay again.

Five stars all around! Perfect!
This property was perfect for our family of four with two kids ages 10 and 7. Sunset and bay views swim the roof deck, quick walk/bike to a variety of eateries and attractions, 5 min walk to the beach, what more could you ask for? Unit was clean and adequate and communication with the owner was impeccable. Highly recommended - would stay here again!

Great location, property, and vacation. We were looking to have some family time close to the beach. This property was close to both the beach and the bay and we ended up spending quite a bit of time paddle boarding and kayaking on the bay. You can park the car and leave it for the week.

Awesome Vacation
Susie is an understanding and compassionate owner who was able to help make our vacation one we will always remember. The house was exactly as described and in a great location. We rented both units and it worked out perfectly for my family. We will definitely be back again next year.

Lovely comfortable family trip
Perfect for a family trip. The washer and dryer are inside of the master bedroom so you can pack less. The open living space was great during meal time. Overall nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The owner is very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

We had a very nice vacation here. The neighborhood is very quiet. Upstairs apartment was clean. Downstairs vacationers were very nice. I would add beach badges to the package since there were none when we arrived. Basically, all you need at the shore. Looking forward to next year already.

Great House!
Clean, comfortable, room with a great location. Nice open concept in living areas. We like being near the bay for the sunsets, which could be viewed from the roof deck. It was within walking distance of a number of attractions either north, south, or east on the island. Ice cream stand was right there on the boulevard and restaurants close by, too.

Quainte getaway
Space was perfect for our trip. Perfect distance to our attractions. Only issues I had were the AC unit being broken for 4 out of 7 days.

Good location, outdoor shower, rooftop patio, and Weber grill!
Owner's agent a doll and very responsive and pleasant! Unit is small - LR open to kitchen, two small(ish) bedrooms, and bath, but rooftop patio (for use only by second floor renter - us!) was very nice and has good views of bay. Living room loveseat and arm chair need to be replaced or well cleaned, as does the carpeting in the LR and "master" bedroom. No large frying pan, cheese grater, pasta colander and some other kitchen ware you'd expect to find. Outdoor shower the bomb as was Weber grill (easy to operate and automatic on) with picnic table(s) for dining. Reasonably good location. Enjoy if you come!

Nice beach house
Very nice beach house but small. We loved the open living and kitchen area. We stayed on the first floor last year and although that was nice as well I think I like the layout of the 2nd floor better. Nice back yard and great outside shower. The washer and dryer was a plus. Curtains in bedrooms would be nice. Even with blinds it was so bright in the morning which woke my grandson up earlier than we would have liked lol. Overall we enjoyed the house.

We loved it here. The home was so clean and came with literally everything you need. It felt like home. There is a washer and dryer. And the roof top was beautiful. It's so close to everything, fantasy island and bay village are within walking distance same with ice cream, fine dining and golfing. Easy walk to the beach. There is wifi. And the landlord was so helpful with all my questions. I absolutely recommend this rental and intend to rent again
