Cette spectaculaire rez-de-chaussée / face sud est située dans le complexe de condominiums Hawk Ridge, à moins de 1/4 mile du parcours de golf de championnat Wolf Creek Championship le mieux noté de Mesquite. Situé à environ une heure au nord-est de Las Vegas, Mesquite offre beaucoup à voir avec 7 parcours de golf de championnat avec des casinos, des spas et des restaurants à proximité. Les parcs nationaux de St George Utah, Bryce et Zion valent bien le détour pour découvrir les magnifiques canyons de roches rouges.
Calme et joliment décoré, cet appareil vous offre une maison confortable loin de chez vous tout en profitant d'une vue sur la montagne depuis le patio et les températures chaudes de Mesquite. Notre cuisine de comptoir en granit est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner. Il y a une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur dans l'unité ainsi qu'un club house sur place avec un centre de fitness, piscine chauffée, spa et barbecue. Il y a un bec d'eau filtrée dans la cuisine et un adoucisseur d'eau pour notre unité individuelle et une télévision de 55 "avec câble et WIFI gratuit dans le salon spacieux et confortable. Le complexe propose également de nombreux parkings pour VR et bateaux.
La chambre principale a une salle de bain complète et un matelas queen Sealy Premium avec un surmatelas Serenity Temperpedic Memory Foam. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux qui peuvent facilement être rapprochés pour faire un roi si vous le souhaitez. Les deux lits ont également un matelas en mousse à mémoire et les deux chambres sont équipées de téléviseurs Samsung 42 "avec télécommande et d'un ventilateur de plafond! Les chambres sont également orientées au nord, donc ne vous réveillez pas au soleil éclatant jusqu'à ce que vous soyez prêt!
De plus, à seulement une minute à pied du parc Marilyn, il y a un terrain de beach-volley, un terrain de basket-ball de taille standard, un espace barbecue et une aire de pique-nique couverte et une aire de jeux pour enfants.

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was well furnished with everything we needed, very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The host was easy to get in touch with ( there was a water issue in the complex, she communicated VERY well) and we had a great time!

We had a great time. The condo is nice but we did have a few issues with noise from the upstairs neighbors. Last time we stayed here it must have been empty. This time it was 2 adults 2 elementary aged kids and two dogs. It was very noisy. It is very close to all golf courses and has nice covered parking. Great for a quick weekend getaway.

We had a very nice stay at this property in Mesquite. The condo was clean and well supplied. There was a slow leak coming out of the dishwasher, I made a quick text, and there was a repair man and house keeper at our door in less than an hour on a Sunday! The dishwasher washer was brand new and installed the day before we arrived....the hose was faulty. We loved the end unit with no stairs, and our elderly dog loved it too! Thank you Debi for such a nice rental experience. We'll be back!

We stayed here for my son’s football tournament and this was one of the best places we have ever stayed in. The place was clean and complete with kitchen stuff! We had a little mishap with check in but the host was able to fix the problem right away and even gave me a refund for the 1 day. Overall this was the best experience and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Mesquite.

The Hawk Ridge Condo was perfect! It had everything we needed to enjoy the stay and be ready for a good day of golf! Everything was clean and comfortable! Kitchen was very well equipped and beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect with plenty of close golf courses. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will definitely rent again! Thank you!

The condo was updated and well maintained. It was clean and there was a lot of towels and pool towels. The kitchen was well stocked with any gadget we needed. The pool and hot tub made the stay enjoyable. The corner ground level was nice with amazing views of the mountains.

We enjoyed our stay. I have only 2 things to critic. The toilet paper rule. And the dust. Light bulbs and plants. I went to make coffee and there was a used pod in the Kurig. So I am assuming the cleaning people over looked it. We ran out of toilet paper on our last day and had to replace it. We used it as kleenex tissue since none was provided

Very nice complex. This unit has the best view because it’s at the end not blocked by other units. Very nice place. Clean except dog hair which is not a surprise since pets are allowed. Hair balls in closet. And big clump or hair left in washer. We had a great stay. Great communication with the host.

We had a wonderful time at Debi's condo. It was perfect for our family of four. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was very well decorated. The beds were really comfortable. We were in Mesquite visiting family, and after along day, it was nice to come back to such a great place!! It's close to the casinos and the grocery store. There is a nice park down the hill from the condo. The owner, Debi, was such a pleasure to work with. She answered all of my messages quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Really nice condo in a very convenient location. Almost walking distance to Wolf Creek and surrounded by Canyon Course of Oasis (you can't really see it but it's there). I would definitely stay there again. Owners were very attentive to a cable TV problem and had it fixed in no time.

Wonderful Golf Week
My husband and I stayed in Debi’s first floor Hawk Ridge condo for a week in April. The location was an easy drive to golf courses, restaurants (not a mecca for foodies), Walmart and Smith’s Food and Drug (which are the only major stores in Mesquite) and Utah, less than an hour north.
Debi was a perfect host who quickly responded to our questions. Her condo was spotless, spacious, with a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds with top quality linens. We especially enjoyed having coffee on the deck looking at the distant mountains.
We highly recommend Debi’s condo and hope to return in the near future!
