Nice basement in a nice home
Ce 1700 sf agréable, confortable fini sous-sol débrayage dans une maison sf 6000, avec 2 grandes chambres, salles de bains séparées et la porte d'entrée privée (avec serrure à clé), peut accueillir 6. A sa propre cuisine, éviers, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, et une buanderie (lave-linge et sèche-linge), salon, et un téléviseur à écran plat. Assez pour une famille de 6 en vacances. CECI EST UN SOUS-SOL, mais toujours fraîche en été et chaude en hiver.
Les clients peuvent accéder à tout ce que prévoient leurs besoins quotidiens, y compris le linge, shampoing ... (stockage pour four, chauffe-eau, et une salle d'eau sont hors limites pour les invités.)
Nous vivons à l'étage, donc, nous pouvons aider les clients avec tout ce dont ils ont besoin.

Was in town for a short work trip, the property worked nicely for us. Had a nice backyard with was a plus. The neighborhood was very nice and the basement where we stayed was very nice and clean. Thanks for making it available!

This was a pleasant stay in a nice apartment style accommodation. The area is comfortable and very safe feeling. The unit itself was clean and sparse and we loved that. For our use, there was nothing we needed that we didn't have; however, we did little cooking. It was a perfect setting for mature college friends who spent a lot of time exploring and not much time hanging out in the apartment. Overall, this was a winner for us. We'd love to come back.
One negative was that the electrical outlets in both bathrooms did not work. We didn't seem to have a reliable way to contact the landlords expeditiously, but that was an inconvenience, not a deal breaker.

My family of four stayed at this property in July 2024. It was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Check-in and out was easy. Communication with the host was prompt. I highly recommend this property for families.

We recently stayed here for a weekend girl’s getaway! The home is lovely and in a very safe feeling neighborhood. We loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Communication with the owner was easy.
We did want to mention that since this is a basement apartment, you can hear foot traffic and the occasional conversation from upstairs. But we never heard anything during normal sleep times 9Pm-9am. We weren’t bothered by it at all… but wanted to mention it for others.
We also had a couple of minor issues with cleanliness. Both bathrooms had soap and hair on the soap dish tray. The master bath mirror looked like it had been sprayed down but then not wiped. The fridge had crumbs on the shelves. And the microwave had some food on the inside. These were not a huge deal, as we just wiped them clean and went about our day.
The rest of the apartment was very clean! Including the beds! Which is what really matters to me!
Overall, we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay, finding the amenities perfect for our needs. If I were to ever stay in the area, it would love to stay here again.

Stayed in this apartment over the weekend with a friend of mine. It was plenty spacious for the two of us. I came directly from a week in Glacier National Park so I appreciated the host stocking the laundry room so I could do a load of laundry.
The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful area. We spent most of our time in Boulder which was very close by but this apartment was much more affordable than the options we had in Boulder. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.

Yes, was clean, nice neighborhood. But in a basement owners lived overhead. Got loud whenever someone moved upstairs. Provided with bare minimum but adequate.

This walk-out basement was very comfortable. Beds were comfy. So much space! It was nice to have 2 bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was spacious so everyone can help out cooking/clean up. Washer/dryer was a benefit too.
The hosts communicated well with us and were very responsive with any help we needed. The neighborhood was very peaceful and there was a wonderful bicycle/walking trail at the end of the street.
We would gladly stay again.

Excellent Lodging
We stayed with our 2 young children and parents while in town for a family wedding. The property was perfect if you are traveling with children - lots of space, toys to play with. I was especially thankful to discover they had a washer/dryer for us to use. Hoang Tran was very easy to communicate with and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Colorado.

When we arrived it was snowing. You have into the back yard to get to the room. The pathway is steep and hard to manage. Especially when it is snowing.
When we entered the property we were told to put our shoes into the corner and wear the sandals that were provided.
We also could hear everything from upstairs.
We finally left and went to a hotel.

Great location, clean, roomy and private
This home was a great location for us, as we were within easy driving range of downtown Denver, as well as close to the natural sights and towns in the Rocky Mountain foothills. Hoang provided everything that we needed. The living and sleeping arrangements were spacious, clean and private. Would stay here again! John and Lilian.

Great option for family
We enjoyed our stay! The spacious bedroom is perfect for multiple people, ideal for children. Plenty of little toys to keep them interested. The neighborhood is beautiful and has great walking paths and walkable playground. A bit far out from restaurants etc but a grocery is just a few minutes drive away. Conveniences of washer and dryer were very nice. Apartment is well maintain, bright and cheerful decor. Would recommend!

Amazing place with very friendly and accommodating host.
This was one of the best properties I’ve rented in this area. There was plenty of space, toys for my kids to play with and Mr. Trang even brought a basketball down for my kids to use on the basketball court in their backyard! The hosts gave us plenty of privacy but were always available if we needed them. I highly recommend this place and would definitely book it again!

The house was very clean.
We had plenty of room for everyone, celebrated Christmas and there was lots of toys for the children to play with. The older boys enjoyed the Foosball table. There was a very nice backyard the little ones enjoyed. The owners of the home were very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall Comfortable Stay
The rooms were large and I booked it because it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was hard to find. It was very clean. Furniture was a little sparse in living room with an odd arrangement but we made it work. Beds were comfortable but the sheets were AWFUL. They were old and "Pilly", very rough. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Family was a little noisy on the night we arrived but the piano music was lovely and it was Christmas Eve. The rest of the time we didn't hear a thing. Overall a nice experience. One thing to note, the basement does not have its own thermostat so you can't adjust the temperature. We didn't really use the kitchen so can't comment on it's functionality.

Roomy and comfortable
This roomy basement was just what we needed to house six of our family members while visiting in the area. It is in a nice neighborhood, the rental space is cheery and comfortable, and the price is very reasonable. We were able to do all the cooking we wanted to do and we enjoyed the wide screen TV with DVD player. Checking in and out was easy. No soap in the shower, however.
