Beautiful little beach apartment right on the ocean. Great home away from home. Everything you need to relax and take in the scenery.

We really enjoyed staying in this cozy beach apartment. The views of the Puget Sound are beautiful and listening to the waves was incredibly relaxing. Close to everything but still surrounded by greenery and water. Linda was an excellent host.

Flight delays made trip shorter, but still had great views and enjoyed what we had left. Not far from Seattle

Pretty simple. Wonderful spot and hosts on Puget Sound,Was looking for a relaxing week and that was exactly what we got. Unit was small but comfortable to return to after exploring and Linda and Rikel are ideal hosts.

Great stay but limited parking

My family enjoyed our stay at Three Tree Point! Besides being clean and quiet, the apartment delivered everything we needed to enjoy our adventures in the PNW. Great location with easy access to everything. We were in town during the June heatwave, but the Puget Sound delivered cool temps each morning and night. Hosts Linda and Rikel are both kind and available. We would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were great and the history of the neighborhood made for a unique experience and the location was perfect for day trips to Seattle and other various attractions. Recommended!

Linda and her husband were excellent hosts to their beautiful cozy downstairs water view apartment . Care and love were obviously used in decorating and upkeep. They were caring respectful and helpful. The water mountain sunsets were spectacular and world class. I highly recommend this space and the hosts. Carol

This place was perfect and fit all of our needs. We wanted to be close to the city but removed from city life and immersed in nature. This was the perfect place for that. The water. The mountains. The views. All incredible. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. It was our little hideaway and have us the respite we need. They even had S’mores kit so we court enjoy them with our fire on the beach.

Cozy apartment overlooking the Puget Sound, with beautiful views of Vashon Island and the Olympic Mts. Very peaceful & rejuvenating weekend. Enjoyed wallking the historical Indian Trail nearby and on the beach during low tide. Marvelled at the engineering of how the homes in the area were built on the steep hillsides. 3 Tree Point is a hidden gem!

Our accommodations were fantastic. This is a beautiful, peaceful retreat area right on the beach. It was cozy with special extra touches. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and were quick to help with our needs and questions. We slept great!

It was a great place to social distance, relax and canoe!

Had a wonderful time visiting three tree point. Linda was a wonderful host. Loved exploring the beach, had a fire on the beach, and relaxing in the cozy accommadation.

We cozied up here for a rainy weekend. Loved our view of the water. Proprietor is sweet and helpful. Access to Seattle restaurants is fair. Traffic is hellish. Kitchen could use a small stove for food preparation when you wish to eat in.

A beautiful place to stay just far away enough from the city to feel peaceful. Absolutely gorgeous to wake up at.

The location was breathtaking and it was conveniently located to the airport, downtown, attractions!! The host was very accommodating and made great recommendations! When I visit WA again, I will absolutely stay here again!

This place was the perfect little place to stay. It was so private and beautiful and yet close to Seattle. I loved that we could see the waterfront from in our room and also walk down to the beach. Linda was so helpful and responded quickly to any needs we had. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. You can't beat the price! I would definitely go back another time.

It was a great stay for a little Seattle getaway, but still close enough to enjoy everything the Seattle metro has to offer!

Linda is awesome, when she meets you she ensures you have EVERYTHING and I mean everything! Hairdryer, huge fluffy towels...great beach home!!! Fire on the beach was so much fun! Walked the beach collecting the most beautiful and interesting rocks! This cottage is so comfortable and charming. Only issue would be outside furniture needs updating but still a five star rating and highly strongly recommended!

Small but cozy, with wonderful hosts and beautiful views. Especially enjoyed the extras - smores on the beach, kayak and fishing poles available. Would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed finding this peaceful retreat and it truly is a hidden gem.

The place was perfectly located. It had a swing and access tone walk on the beach. The beds were the most comfortable ever slept in on vacation.

WE LOVED IT! It was the perfect choice. Wish we were able to stay longer. Our host, Linda, was gracious, welcoming and like an old friend. The location of the apartment is also perfect. So convenient to the airport, the city, and so much of Seattle and Washington’s natural beauty. Stay here! You will love it too!

We spent very little time here, as we had plans and just used this place to sleep and shower. The driveway is very narrow and steep. If you have a large car, youre going to have a tough time parking. From the parking spot down to the apartment is a long walk down including uneven steps. The apartment is under the owners home. Which means you hear them talking and walking above you. If youre a light sleeper as we are, you wont get much rest. I am surprised there were no prior comments about the noise from above. Overall, it was ok. However, we feel like we would have been much more comfortable in a hotel.
