Notre maison est située dans une communauté calme et relaxante au bord du lac. Regardez le cerf du porche ou un lever du soleil comme aucun autre du quai. Poisson et nage toute la journée puis passez un feu de joie près du lac! Prenez le déjeuner ou le dîner sur le parvis ou le solarium. Si vous cherchez une retraite paisible avec plaisir au soleil, c'est l'endroit pour vous.
Si vous souhaitez associer un football universitaire aux activités du lac, vous avez de la chance ... Clemson est à 45 minutes et l'Université de Géorgie est à 1 heure.

Beautiful home, comfortable and kid friendly. Loved morning coffee on the porch, watching the deer. Enjoyed the lake and fishing. Was a great week with our family!

This was our second stay at this property and live every part of it. House has been improved with even more living space and updated upper and lower decks for great outdoor living. House is spacious, modern, clean, and very inviting! I he dock is a great place to hang out with ample seating and great water to swim/float your day away. Will definitely be coming back for more summer time fun! Thanks for the great stay!

I don’t even know where to begin. This property is beautiful and just and pictured. The dock ladder was so convenient. Communication with the host was simple and answered promptly. I’d love to be there now!!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful time here. The house is perfectly decorated, the beds were so comfortable. Watching the deer every morning on the screen porch over coffee was fabulous!! We caught a good bit of catfish and cooked them while we were there. I am ready to come and stay again!

This served as our family’s summer vacation spot this year and beat all our expectations! The property is even better in person, spacious, and well kept! We spent the week taking advantage of the dock and enjoying the sunshine. The kitchen is huge and accommodated our family of 8 perfectly. Host is incredible and very helpful responsive to any questions or needs that may arise. We will definitely consider visiting this site again! Thanks, Karen!

Perfect location
This is a FANTASTIC place if you have a family with little ones. So much room, inside and outside play area for the kids, infant equipped, a ton of room to gather in the kitchen. A great place and enough room for 2 families to share. We had a blast.

Summer mid week lake stay
This is great property, exactly as advertised. Perfect for our blended family of three generations (one grand, two adults, four teens).
Only about 10 minutes on water to the marina to rent boat there, or about 5 minutes from the nearby State Park that also has boat put in.
Interior and exterior spaces were great and supported all of our eating/gaming/ relaxing activities. Nice swim off the dock and fantastic to float on some rafts as the dock is in a cove (not much boat traffic at all).
Gas grill worked great. Dishwasher was broken but I think has since been replaced. We didn't mind.
Communication was great.
Overall peaceful and fun. We will stay again!!

A wonderful kid friendly property with a lot to do! Choose between the beach or the dock for lake fun and the playground or vast lawn for kid fun. Such a wonderful space.

Absolutely beautiful!
The home was perfect and the lake is amazing. It's in a quiet cove and the water is about 8 ft deep at the dock. It's perfect for swimming, paddleboarding or kayaking. The home was perfect for our group. All the beds were comfy, the kitchen was very nice and had everything that we needed, and the bathrooms were very nice, especially the upstairs one. We all spent a ton of time on the screen porch too. We'll be coming back!

Our stay was the perfect way to unwind
Loved our vacation time. The house and location were perfect for our family’s wants and our time spent on the dock was super relaxing with the swing and chairs. The host was great!!! It was a great get away. In the evenings we explored local restaurants and also went over to Hartwell and Clemson.

Perfect weekend getaway
My husband, friends, and myself really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is perfect. The dock is a really great place to spend the day fishing or relaxing. The lake is about as clean as lakewater can be, the view is beautiful, and everything was as advertised. We had everything we needed. Thank you for renting out such a lovely place.

Beautiful home
This home fit all of our needs and more! The property is beautiful - perfect for all ages. We had a range of adults, young teenagers and a toddler and all were thoroughly happy. We were able to bring our boat and launch it nearby and keep at the property which made it super easy to go out for the day or whenever we want. Family fun Retreat
Our accommodation was Great. The pictures don't do justice to this property. The dock was perfect for swimming and relaxing. Loved that we could eat out on the picnic table on the dock. We would love to stay here again soon.

Wonderful lake house
Our family had an excellent experience from start to finish. Karen, the owner, was very response and helpful. The home was exceptionally clean and neat with beautiful decor. We loved the screened in porch and watching the deer visit each day. The walk down to the dock was an easy walk and the dock was perfect for swimming, swinging and pure relaxation! We played cards on the picnic table on the dock in the evening. We also kept our tritoon boat rental easily on the side of the dock. Our family enjoyed grilling and cooking all our meals with the well stocked kitchen. The only thing that surprised us was that the master bedroom upstairs did not have a door. It has more of a semi private loft feel. With teenagers it was less private than we expected, but overall we had a wonderful time!

I had high expectations for this rental having grown up on the other side of this lake and it met every expectation with flying colors and beyond. House is fantastic and lakefront/dock couldn't be better! Definitely a 5star property. Can't wait to come back!

We absolutely LOVED this home!! There wasn't alot of clutter, and the screened in porch is carpeted which made watching our 9 month old so much easier!!! It seriously felt like home (if your home is gorgeous and on the lake with neighborhood deer that stop by all day.) I seriously felt so sad to leave!!

Top Notch House
This house was amazing. We have stayed at a number of other houses and this one was by far our favorite. It was a nice quiet setting with great views and you could set your watch by what time the deer would come through. While not having WIFI was sometimes an inconvenience it was actually nice to disconnect from everything for a while.

Beautiful, roomy, very well stocked, gorgeous lake views, fishing, shopping, Taccoa Falls, and so much more...We enjoyed Thanksgiving week, sandwiched between two Clemson football game weekends. Thanks so much to the owners for sharing their home with our family. We'd love to return.

Warm Beautiful Lake Home
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in your warm, comfortable home. We like to cook and found everything we needed in the kitchen - it is very well equipped. The fall decorations added to the feeling we were "at home." Even the sheets were soft and the beds very comfortable - we all slept really well.
We travel to Lavonia several times a year to be with grandkids and all agree we have found our home away from home. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Clemson Fall Family Weekend
We had already planned to arrive for Family Weekend at Clemson but came a day early because we evacuated from Myrtle Beach due to Hurricane Florence. The kind homeowner offered us an additional night for free. We were overwhelmed with anxiety so this was a very nice gesture.
The home was beautiful. It was decorated for Fall and was perfect. The upstairs had wall to ceiling tongue and groove white knotty pine. Just absolutely gorgeous!
The deer were plentiful and visited us morning and night. The view from the house was a sight to see. There is a huge screened in porch where we sat and put together a puzzle as a family.
The Tugaloo State Park is just down the street. We took the teenagers there to rent kayaks and canoes. The water was clear and refreshing. We swam and paddled for hours with awesome views of the mountains in the background.
We would recommend this house to anyone that just wants to unplug and will try to rent again when we visit our daughter at Clemson University.
