The Lakeside Getaway - newly renovated condo on Lake Conroe
Ce condo magnifique est l'endroit idéal pour tout couple, voyageur solo ou famille pour se détendre au lac. Le condo peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement. Il a été rénové en mars 2017. Il est très bien situé et dispose d'une hôtesse gracieuse et hospitalière qui habite à moins de deux kilomètres de la propriété et est très facile à contacter en cas de besoin! N'y allez plus sur le lac, vous pouvez trouver un balcon directement sur l'eau, les clients se trouvent à distance de marche d'une aire de jeux, d'un terrain de basket, d'une piscine, d'un court de tennis et d'une rampe pour bateaux.
Le condo a un lit king dans la chambre et un grand canapé-lit dans le salon (des lits supplémentaires peuvent être demandés si besoin est).

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this charming condo! Being situated on the first floor allowed us to indulge in our love for fishing right off the balcony—a dream come true for any fishing enthusiast! The cozy one-bedroom, one-bath layout with a small kitchen area open to the living and dining space was perfect for our needs. Although our stay was brief, every moment was filled with comfort and enjoyment. The condo was impeccably clean and adorned with adorable decor, making it feel like a home away from home. We only stayed for one night, but we were left wishing we could have extended our visit for a couple more days to fully immerse ourselves in the experience. Plus, the abundance of activities available in the area ensured that there was never a dull moment. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return for another memorable stay!

This was our second time staying here. After I washed my hair the first morning I realized there was no hairdryer as stated so my husband had to go buy one. Also, the outlets are very weak and don’t hold the plug very well. The property is very old and the people upstairs were extremely noisy.

The balcony right over the water of Lake Conroe has a beautiful, extensive view! The apartment is wel- appointed & maintained. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there & it won’t be the last!

Great, convenient place for my Aunt to stay after Thanksgiving! Property as described, neighborhood quiet, check-in and check-out simple! Would use again!

This is a great place to stay. Lovely furnishings and wonderful view. My only complaint would be that the kitchen is not well stocked (no baking pans, paper towels or dish soap for handwashing). We made a run to Dollar General and made it work. Fabulous neighborhood pool and quiet area.

Perfect little condo for a couple to enjoy! Quaint open concept for the kitchen/living room, comfortable king bed, two sinks in the bathroom with a shower with perfect pressure! Definitely a 5-Star stay!

My husband and I had an awesome time fishing right out the back door. The home had all the amenities you need for a week/weekend getaway. I look forward to contacting the homeowner again when we plan another trip to lake Conroe.

The view of the lake was wonderful. We enjoyed fishing off the balcony. The condo was nice and spacious with a great view from the kitchen and living room.

Awesome location
First off they offered a military discount which was much appreciated. Secondly the location right on the water was spectacular.
The only issues were:
1. The cleaning was not great. Example: Clumps of hair in the bathroom floor
corner
2. It’s showing some wear and tear. Examples: shower curtain rod was broken, some door stops were broken, could use some paint.
3. There was a Keurig but there weren’t really and k cups.
Other than that it was great and I would stay there again

Nice property
This was a wonderful 1 night stay for us! The people outside would be my only complaint, that and the poor lighting in the house! Otherwise it was wonderful!

Birthday Stay
A few maintenance issues like the couch, wasn't too comfortable, the bed squeaks a little and not as sturdy, and the stopper to the shower kept closing causing water to fill in the tub. Also, the balcony needed to be wiped down, there were a lot of cob webs. Overall my husband and I enjoyed our time.

Great find
The place was clean, cozy and easily accessible. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. I asked for an iron and it was provided. The view of the lake was spectacular. The only down side was the broken living room sleeper sofa. It did not greatly impact our stay. I spent most of my time enjoying the view off the deck. Would recommend

Nice Balcony View
The A/C struggled to keep the living area cool in the daytime. The electrical sockets and light switches are in need of updating. Some sockets and lights worked, some not. Overall property is dated. Otherwise the best thing about the property was the patio view of the lake.

Great, short stay
Everything was as advertised and the water really is RIGHT there. I was cute, well appointed and had what I needed for my stay. The bed was super comfortable too and I am a picky sleeper! Communications with the owner were helpful and timely.

This condo is perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed watching the ducks playing and the pool was great too.

Nice Stay
The upstairs neighbor were very noisy all night...the property was neat and clean, however SOMETHING bit me up and the owner’s response was quick and responsive until I mentioned being bitten by something there...I never heard back from her.

Great Getaway
We had such an amazing 2 night stay here! The view was beyond stunning, and the condo was extremely clean. My husband and I were very impressed and are planning on coming back and staying more days! It was a much needed, relaxing getaway. All of my friends that I’ve shown have already asked for the link for this property! It’s a must stay! Sarah is also an amazing hostess who responds very quickly!

Extra comfy, extra cute
I am a bed perfectionist. A comfy bed makes a stay worthwhile, and this place has an amazing bed with wonderful cotton linens, and the pillows are fluffy soft. With the new flooring; everything seemed so clean. We have stayed at many wonderful condos on Lake Conroe, and this is at the top for sure. Beautiful view (as they all have) and so relaxing to watch the sun rise over the lake. Bring your coffee pods- or be prepared for French press (which we had the first morning- still very good!). We even used the rackets to play tennis on the court. Fun stay. Thank you!

What a view!!
The patio was awesome!! I spent most of my time enjoying the view!! There is a restaurant in the same parking lot that had live music, a pool, and right on the water. We enjoyed our trip!!

GREAT CONDO
Had a wonderful stay at this amazing Condo. Love the interior decorations, everything you could need is available. There's never a blender or a cork-screw in these places and this Condo had both. Could have stayed longer and will definitely return. Thank you Sarah for your great communication!

Cozy with big views!
This little cozy condos packs a punch. It was beautifully set up,clean and easy to find. The view of the lake expands out, with a marvelous view of the sunset, and beautiful view of the moon and stars. The property owner is responsive and do helpful. (Thanks again for helping me when I jumbled the dates. ) Oh and the on site bar and grill was excellent outdoor eating right next to the lake.im coming back again for a longer stay this time. Definitely recomend for romantic getaway! Have fun.

We had some confusion in trying to find the property. Property owner talked us "in" and helped us.
Property has been redone and brought up to date. The owner is an exceptionally nice and thoughtful young woman who did all she could to help us throughout our stay. I would definitely welcome the opportunity to stay at this condo again.

If you enjoy sitting lakeside this condo delivers; the balcony actually extends over the water! This one bedroom condo was perfect for the wife and I. The balcony faces north-east so create your own summer breeze with a box fan. We look forward to staying here again.
