Very nice home ,clean with everything you need . we will be back again

The owners were very responsive and quick to respond to a problem we had.

The rental, located in a quiet, single family dwelling neighborhood, was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us because of its proximity to family and to shopping. We love to cook, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals. The host, Diane, was friendly, helpful, responsive, and easy to reach via phone and text. I can not speak highly enough of this property.

Property meet our expectations and needs. Host added nice touches (coffee after a 16 hour drive was the best!) and we would definitely stay again when in town.

Stayed at the property nice house quite neighborhood.

Our stay was very inviting and comfortable, exactly what we were looking for in a rental home for our 10 day vacation. The house was very well set up and the amenities were as described. We especially enjoyed the star fruit tree in the back and all the wildlife we got to see while hanging out around the fire pit. Great location, close to town and easy to get where you needed to go but didn't feel like you were super close to neighbors.

This house was immaculately clean and warm. Excellent neighborhood, exceptionally quiet, beautiful yard house, and amenities. 10 out of 10....staying here was a vacation in itself. Thank you very much.

The house was absolutely incredible. Very clean and well put together. Diane was very easy to contact and made sure that the house felt like home. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Comfortable house located in a quiet neighborhood

Communication was non existent when we were due to check in. Received no communication for entering the property. I texted, called and received nothing. I finally called VRBO and got the information needed. The property owners knew we were arriving, but made no contact with us. Very poor hosts. If you enjoy country life and don’t enjoy sleeping in then this is the place for you. You will wake up to roosters crowing every morning. When one checks in to a place one would expect toilet paper to be available and a couple extra rolls. The only TP was the little bit on the existing rolls in each bathroom. The master bed was so noisy and wobbly with every turn. Same with the guest room bed and Twin bed mattress constantly moved off the box springs. Even though we did not use the bikes, the tires were flat even if we wanted to go bike riding. Living Room furniture could use a good upholstery cleaning. Really unsure why the Dining Room table was more like a display than usable. Garbage disposal did not work. My brother ended up fixing it because the host had to work. There was a huge mango seed stuck in it. The outside table and chairs needs a really good power washing before being able to use. Unfortunately, this property is not maintained very well at all. It served its purpose for us as we sold our home and needed transitional housing before moving into our new home. If I were renting this home for a vacation I would be very disappointed.

Needed a home that allowed our two small dogs,the yard fit the bill, they enjoyed the sun, safe place to ride bikes and not too far from shopping etc

Backyard no lights or firewood, pwr defect on patio, BBQ dirty, utensils rusty. Mstr BR melted wax on elec plug, shwr head broken, toilet needed repair, board placed under mattress cut a leg. 2nd bdrm soiled sheet. Bath defect pwr plug. Kitchen dirty glassware. Defective stove. Pans dirty food residue left behind. Spent 40 min cleaning before able to cook. Coffee maker residue in carafe and on warming plate. House had a cozy look but is in need of overall maintenance.

Host was easy to communicate with. The house could use some updates.

This home is spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower and each tv in the home has a roku built in or attached. The back patio is screened in with a ton of seating in the backyard for hosting. This came in handy when we had a BBQ for commemorate our final night in Florida. The owners are responsive and checking in and out was very easy. Would love to stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. I spent countless hours on the back porch watching the lizards and birds run the yard. The house was clean, comfortable, and we settled right in easily. We would love to return on our next visit.

Nice Location, had a good time.

So pretty here and super clean! A/c was on point and super cold!! Which was much needed during the summer heat here. Host was friendly and accommodating!! Great stay overall, highly recommend this location

The primary bedroom was comfortable with nice sheets and extra features. Yes, we were satisfied with the home..in a good area for our purpose for this trip.
