The property had this breathtaking view of the Rocky’s! Our group had seniors, adults, teens and little kids, there was something for all ages! We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation !

Place was well stocked and I a good location. Grocery and places to eat were close and picking up the bus to the resort was very convenient. The hot tub was spacious and great way to relax after skiing all day. The owners communicated before and during our stay and was attentive to an issue with setting the temperature in the condo.

The property was super nice a short 7 minutes from the winter park lifts to go skiing. Beautiful view of the mountains just right out the balcony! Definitely would stay again.

This home was great for our group and we enjoyed having coffee every morning on the back porch taking in the incredible views of Byers Peak. Home was very well stocked and the management company was very accomodating. Can't wait to go back!

Overall, we really enjoyed the space. The beds were comfortable, wha kitchen was nice and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. Our only complaint is the dining room, chairs, dining room table, and kitchen barstools. All were quite uncomfortable, and should be replaced with new / modern furniture that is comfortable and easy to sit for card games. Everyone in our group is fit and all agree that the dining room/kitchen furniture were less than desirable and should be replaced. The issue with the kitchen table is that either of the end wings are super sticky and could not be cleaned to make them non-sticky. Something is up with the varnish. Apologies for this perspective, but for what we paid, having comfortable dining furniture, would have been Much preferred.

The large dining table and island gave us a great place to fellowship and eat. Kitchen was fully stocked. Lots of games and movies to choose from, plus great streaming options. Hot tub was a hit. Loft was ideal for some privacy for the kids but we could still hear and see them easily.

We loved this property. We came in on a Friday, planned to ski Saturday and Sunday and then tube on Monday. After we arrived, we all got settled into our rooms. There is plenty of space for everyone! My husband and I stayed on the entry level in the master bedroom, my nephew and his son stayed in the basement level where there are 2 bedrooms and a bath. My kids all stayed in the bunk room, on the 4th floor. The kitchen was fully stocked, we cooked breakfast every morning and had everything we needed. The bus stop was steps away from the front door. We hopped on the bus and to go and rent our ski gear at a nearby place. We hopped on the bus to go to the very close by grocery store. We rode the bus to get to the Winter Park resort and back with no issues. The house was perfect! Would stay again!!

Great stay in Winter Park
This was a great rental for our multi-family ski trip to Winter Park. The large bunk loft was the perfect space for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The staff was very communicative and responsive with any questions. A bonus was the free shuttle that stopped just down the road to take us to/from the resort.

Room for all the girls
This condo accommodated all our family plus my daughters brides maids. We loved it, everything you could need and the property manager easy to contact for questions. If I had to be picky, staying there in summer months it lacks air conditioning and the upstairs gets quite warm.

Wonderful Stay!!
Great location with beautiful views! Plenty of space for all of our family! Definitely one of the nicest places that we have stayed at in the Winter Park area! Management was wonderful to check in with us too! It was so great to have absolutely everything we needed from all cooking utensils in the kitchen to the games for our kids to play and to also having enough linens! We would most definitely recommend this place to anyone and plan on coming back next year!! Thanks Again!!

Thank you for the use of your beautiful home....lovely view all the amenities of home, plus some. comfortable beds ,there was 12 of us and Spruce Ridge accommodated everyone comfortably....the stairs gave us all a work out but it was well worth it.

A great place
Spruce Ridge 708C is a great place for a large group. We brought our family of 6 and also 4 teenage friends this year. 10 total. The guys shared the 2 bedrooms downstairs, and the girls shared the loft. My wife and I were in the master bedroom. This setup worked really well. The style of the condo is great. It has a real mountain feel. The large living room windows give a beautiful view of the mountains in the morning. And soaking in the hot tub after a day of skiing was wonderful.

Great view, plenty of space!
Great location, beautiful view of the mountains, plenty of space, and very clean! They even change the hot tub water between guests. The management company was very friendly and helpful. They responded promptly when our dryer went out and tried to get a part to repair as quickly as possible. They were very friendly and never acted put out. The only reason this is not a 5-star review is because of the lack of dresser and pantry storage in the unit. The master bedroom is the only area with a dresser, and there are no pantry or food storage shelves in the kitchen so the counter becomes cluttered. The addition of some free-standing storage space for clothing and pantry items would make this a 5-star location no doubt!

Excellent Winter Park Ski Condo
The condo is on the Lift bus system that takes you right to the mountain but it's only an 8 minute drive if you would rather not use the shuttle. Super close to the Safeway for groceries. The bedrooms offer lots of privacy and having 4 bathrooms worked out well for our group. We loved the private hot tub. Our only complaint would be that the loft was not isolated from the noise of the kitchen and living room. If you were hoping to sleep, or get kids to sleep, upstairs while anyone cooked or watched TV it would be tough. We would stay here again.

Lots of stairs, but an awesome stay!
This property was beautiful and very well equipped. There were plenty of beds, blankets, pillows etc for the 5 of us and for the 4 family members that joined us one evening from Denver. I manage condos at the beach in Alabama and I have to say WPLC gave me a new bar to reach for as far as service and expectations. The team at WPLC was there for me for pizza delivery suggestions, snow plow advice, fire place repair (we couldn't get the fire place to light one day and they had a guy there to fix it w/in 30 minutes) etc. Our only complaint was all the stairs, but we knew this before we booked it thanks to the awesome floor plans provided in the photos. The hot tub was awesome and we were glad that beach towels were provided for that. We didn't use the grill because it was cold. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped and even had baggies, saran wrap, dish soap and on and on. We will come back to Winter Park and we will rent through WPLC again for sure!
