Breckenridge Ski Area Views from 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath Home
Construction plus récente, maison de 2 900 pieds carrés (2300 'niveaux principaux, 600' sous-sol) avec vue imprenable sur le domaine skiable de Breckenridge et la gamme Ten Mile. We had a wonderful stay at the house. Great location walk to downtown. Fantastic views and the sound of the stream at your doorstep. The house is large enough for our group of 7 adults to each have some room for privacy or work. We will definitely return. Highly recommend.

The location and house layout is great! We didn’t step on each other, could sleep in, space ourselves out or gather at the big table or family room. Two playgrounds were close by plus the free bus! The views are exceptional.

We loved our stay in Breckenridge! The house was so spacious and when you walk in you get the most incredible views with the river flowing right by the house. We loved having the windows open with the sounds of the river flowing. The house was very clean, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen to cook in. The house was in a good location and only a few minute drive to town (or you can take the bus which is close by).
We enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and walking the path right by the house. My kids enjoyed the foosball table in the basement and the house has a lot of board games to play. Great home for families! I would highly recommend staying here!

Stay was perfect for us as we attended a family wedding at the Breckenridge Lodge. Space was perfect and a great layout. Kitchen centrally located and easy to prepare a family meal. No shortage of bathrooms making it easy to get ready for the day. Communication with the host was excellent, any inquiry was answered very quickly. We would recommend staying!

Nice home with all standard amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Bedrooms were comfortable and each had a bathroom in the room or right outside the bedroom door. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. Master had a oversize shower and tub. Jacuzzi was just big enough for the four of us. The views were fantastic. The property manager needs to pay more attention to details (trash cans were full when we arrived- problem was fixed, dirt in front of sliding glass door, can and cigarette butts by patio, grill brush and outdoor electrical outlet cover thrown over deck in the snow, and the grill drip can hadn't been cleaned in a while- we fixed or cleaned these other issues.) The owner does need to update the renter instructions concerning the jacuzzi cover and checkout instructions. All that being said the home was fantastic and I would gladly stay again on our next ski trip to Breckinridge.

Nice place, easy to get too, close to the Gondola and downtown Breck, pretty private. We spent the entire week there. Only a couple things we wished could have been better. Felt like we had to clean up from the previous guest or whomever stayed there prior to us. Examples of this were drawers in the fridge were not clean, everything was really dusty, and the worst of it all was there was a bunch of dog poop on the deck, covered by recent snow that enviably ended up on our shoes when we went to shovel snow off the deck to ise the grill. Also another complaint would be the upstairs bedrooms were really really hot. Turned down thermostat to no avail. Made it difficult to sleep, grab the downstairs or main floor to sleep if you have a choice.

We really enjoyed out stay. Everything was so close to the house - nothing more than a 5-10 minute drive. The house is so cute and great for a group of friend or a family trip. Would stay here again!!

We had a great time at this home. So much space for our two families. The kids enjoyed sharing the bunk room and having four full bathrooms was so convenient. The house is well stocked with paper products, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Hot tub was relaxing after a day of skiing. Easy to get to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. Would definitely stay here again.

The views from the windows of this property alone make us want to get back there as soon as possible! Quiet neighborhood close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Breck — but not too close! The bus stop was a little bit of a walk, which was no problem for our group but could be tricky for anyone with limited mobility - especially in snow/ice conditions. But once you are on the bus - getting around Breck was super easy and convenient - no need to rent a car! Fully stocked kitchen and plentiful amenities made for a very convenient and comfortable stay. The hot tub was AMAZING! We appreciated the host's willingness to work with us on our check-out time to coincide with our airport shuttle pick-up. The home was in need of a deep clean, but cleanliness level was comparable to other Vrbo properties I have rented. Will definitely go back if I ever have the opportunity! Highly recommend this property and host!

We loved the location of this house, away from traffic but convenient to town. Seven of us adults were very comfortable, with some beds to spare.
Excellent HVAC, fast Wi-Fi (some of us had to do some work teleconferencing), nicely appointed kitchen, nice big dining table with a beautiful mountain view. The owners were very responsive before and after our stay.
At night, the back porch provides a great view of the stars.
An unexpected pleasure was walking out the back door onto a path that leads up the mountain or down to Main Street.
We hope to return to Breckenridge, and this will be our go-to place, even after having scouted other areas.

We loved staying here! No complaints! The stream outback was a great for the kids and very relaxing! Walking trail right out back was easy access to two parks. House was minutes from the gondola and downtown Breck.
The house owners were quick to response with any questions.

What a wonderful home! Our family enjoyed the proximity to downtown but really enjoyed the hiking/walking trails directly behind the house! The views from this house are spectacular and the house is roomy and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were there for my oldest son's wedding at Blue Lake. We absolutely loved the house. The views were breath taking and the location was unbeatable. The house was everything we could hope for and more.

We had the absolute best time at this house. It was well equipped. Super convenient to Breck and Keystone we skied both while we were there. Our kids aged 16-5 also had a blast playing Foosball and building a sled hill in the back while the adults lounged in the hot tub and enjoyed the sounds of the creek behind the house. The views from just about every window were stunning. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us.

Beautiful home in excellent location. Short ride to town and/or slopes. Accommodations for every age. Well equipped kitchen. The hot tub is very nice with a sledding 'luge' run and sleds to use which was sooooooooo much fun for the kids and adults alike. Nice neighbors too.

Rarely do VRBO homes live up to or exceed expectations, but this home did. We had 8 of us stay for the week and we all had a blast. The proximity to town and the ski resort were phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the views are breathtaking. We hope to return in the future!

We were very impressed with this property. All of the rooms were big and the beds are comfortable. Loved the 3 different seating area (couches) and the foose ball table in the basement was a major plus. Having a 2 car garage was perfect for our minivans. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, coffee filters, soap, cleaners and even spices! (Of course we added a few). The gas fireplace was nice and hot and would dry out wet gloves quickly. The entire house felt very warm with the thermostat at 65F. We often lowered it during the day. The owners were very responsive even though we didn't really have any issues. Overall this place exceeded our expectations and we would be happy to stay here again.

Everything was great ! House is located 5 mins away from everything you need like gondola or main street shops so you have peaceful place to stay and can dive into crowd in minutes .
The cleanliness could be better but I totally understand that during the peak season this property is booked months ahead so they have only 4-5 hours in between tenants so I can't complain much about it .

This property in Breck was wonderful. Incredible views, beautiful huge windows, lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was complete with everything we needed. The hot tub was outstanding. Access to skiing was easy. Highly recommend this property!

The home was perfect for our vacation. We had 3 adult couples and teenage kids. The bunkbeds fit the teens perfect, the master suite was fantastic with a big shower and tub. Plenty of bathrooms and nice hot tub outside. Close to the ski hill and town.
