We had a great stay. The condo is as advertised. This was a great location to Beaver Creek, and the free shuttle to Beaver & Vail is a great plus! The decor was a bit dated, and the dishes and cooking was old and mismatched. This did not matter for our group because we ate out. The hot tub and other facilities were great, and we enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was amazing!! We had two families and this property was perfect for sleeping and shuttle location was right out our front door!! The hot tub and outdoor pool were great also!! It was everything we needed! Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

The condo was a good size and each of the rooms had their own bathrooms. The kitchen was workable and has most things you would expect. The beds vary in firmness. The pool area is pretty close as well.

As advertised. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Furnishings were well used with remodeled bathrooms. Bring your own towels and pillows. Tricky fireplace flue. Pool, Sauna and hot tubs well maintained but not the bathrooms.

Very good on many things. The things that were frustrating included the loose wall outlets which needed to be adjusted so your plugs wouldn't fall out. The stove was very old and the setting labels were worn off to the point it made it difficult to read. The unit lacked air circulation so that at times it felt very stuffy. The television was a challenge to hook up. These are all things that can and should be easy to fix. The unit was very spacious and we did enjoy our stay! These few items fixed would make the overall visit "excellent".

Great stay!!! Shout out to Jesse and Lorrayne for their assistance with a minor maintenance issue. Their quick response and immediate action to fix the issue was extremely appreciated!

Great stay
It was a great place to stay. We had a few minor issues but they could have happened anywhere and the front desk was quick to respond. Will stay here again if we are in the area again.

Summer vacation
Property was in a good location for our stay. We basically used this a home base for all the activities that we did. The property was as advertised. The unit was clean and had basically everything you need for a weeks stay. The one thing that would help this unit is if the carpet was replaced. It was clean just stained from use. Our family had a great vacation.

Spacious, but a little tired.
A lot of room for the price. Carpet is trashed. Fireplace basically unusable, due to lack of doors. Bathrooms are decent, 2 have walk in showers and one has jetted tub/shower. All three baths are on suite, so good for 3 separate couples. A bit noisy with upstairs unit occupied.

Needs major renovation
Couch and rugs are 1970 era. Noise from unit above us sounded like a rodeo. 6am until 10-11 pm. Absolutely no soundproofing. Fairly Dark and pretty dingy

Great Location and size
Loved the location and the size of the unit. The stove/kitchen is very outdated and it felt a little smoky inside when we used the fireplace. But it is super convenient with the fact that the building has its own shuttle to the Beavercreek Riverfront gondola. The property manager was very attentive and the unit was clean.

Great place
This townhouse a exactly what you expected and more. Shuttle pickup right outside every 20 mins with the hot tube and sauna a less than 3 min walk. We will come back if beaver creek and vail are on the schedule again.

Don’t use the fireplace, it doesn’t draw air correctly and the house fills with smoke. Otherwise good place

Just Okay
Not fancy. In desperate need of new furniture- especially mattresses. Cleaning crew left several unclean areas which we had to address on arrival. If you aren't too particular, this property will work for you.

Met all our expectations!
A group of five friends stayed here for a wedding in Beaver Creek. The condo was a good value. It was clean and comfortable and met all our needs. The hot tub felt great after a day of hiking too!

Great place to stay and a quick walk/ride to everything
Our group really enjoyed our stay. All of the rooms were comfortable and any time we had a question or concern, the staff in the office promptly met our request. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable.
The shuttles to Beaver Creek and Vail were wonderful, and we were able to easily walk or ride a bus to everywhere in town.
The decor and some of the furniture in the house could use some updating, but we didn't mind because it made if feel very "lodge-y."
