Plus récent ajout à notre collection ModShop de location de vacances sous le soleil de Miami, en Floride. Cette maison de vacances de luxe est situé sur l'eau, 3 portes de la baie ouverte, avec 75 pieds les rives du canal, et se trouve sur 1/3 acres de paysage tropical luxuriant.
Ouverte niveau inférieur espace de vie dispose de murs de verre avec vue sur l'eau et le jardin tropical. Custom made cuisine conçu et fabriqué par ModShop, mettant en vedette les appareils haut de gamme. Intérieur - vie en plein air à son meilleur, avec de grands curseurs qui ouvrent à une enveloppe autour du pont.
Le niveau supérieur dispose de 3 chambres. Il ya une grande suite de maître (lit King size) avec double douche et une grande baignoire moderne. Le "Crew Room" est parfait pour les vacanciers voyageant enfants et dispose de 2 sur mesure lits superposés.
Il ya une deuxième "Master" qui partage une salle de bains avec la chambre de l'équipage, si parfaite mise en place pour les familles. Cela a un lit King size et ouvre sur la terrasse supérieure, avec vue panoramique sur la baie. La maison est une chambre 3, 3 salles de bains à domicile, nous avons aussi un canapé-lit queen dans le salon pour les invités supplémentaires, qui a sa propre salle de bain complète à ce niveau.
La maison est situé dans un beau quartier résidentiel calme, à 10 minutes de South Beach & Design District, à 15 minutes de l'aéroport international MIA ...... Ceci est l'endroit idéal pour sortir, profiter du soleil et voir les curiosités de la culture colorée Miami!

The house was very nice beds were comfortably. The house had an oder like dirty carpets and the pool was very dirty. But outside of that this was a nice place to stay while we were here

It had been over a decade since we last visited Miami and we decided to pick this location to broaden our accessibility to so many of its great neighborhoods! We loved how beautiful the block was, how artsy the house felt and how communicative the hosts were. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

House as listed: clean and well appointed. Check in and communications with manager was great and timely. Good house for a family or group. The pool is amazing and actually heated.

Home was large and spacious. Overall good stay. A few issues to note:
1. Dead roach upon entering home while unappealing for first impression, we just took it as being in hot humid Florida.
2. 3 showers available however the water pressure was poor and the water temperature was lukewarm at best.
3. The master room/bathroom has no separating wall so if you're sharing the room there is no privacy to toilet or shower.
4. The master shower was massive with 2 waterfall shower heads however, the construction of the shower was not well done as the right side did not drain leaving standing pooled water all weekend. Additionally, there was a fly issue, maybe gnats? Small dead flies all over the floor by the toilet and shower. When you stepped inside there was more all dead and pooling in the corners and puddles of water. There was a window in the shower as well and it contained dead ants all along the windowsill. I am not sure where they came from, maybe the drain pipe but they continuously accumulated all weekend which was very unappealing from a cleanliness perspective.
5. Plumbing system was a septic tank so flushing was not always liable. I kept hearing gurgling sounds in the tub drain making me think maybe the septic system needed some

We brought our boat and really enjoyed the location. The dock has deep water, about 5 ft at low tide, at least 60 plus linear feet, and very easy access in and out of the canal.
Bring fenders though and the dock is not padded and does not have any piles to keep you off the concrete bulk head.

We had the best stay here! The house exceeded expectations, it was even nicer than the pictures when we saw it in person. The check in process was smooth and the host was kind enough to allow us to check in early so a great start to the trip. The house fit a group of 6 comfortably and the pool was perfect for relaxing! Would definitely recommend for a group trip.

I visited Miami with my girlfriends and had a wonderful stay here!!! Beverly was very responsive to any questions during the stay. The house looked just like the pictures and is very comfortable. The pool is a huge plus!!!

Lovely stay in Miami over Christmas. Nicely furnished property - had everything you needed. Lovely pool out back although weather a bit chilly on some days to take full advantage. Near to supermarket and a great Italian restaurant called Ferraro’s kitchen which you could walk too. Near the waterways - very safe and friendly neighbourhood.

The property was gorgeous and clean. I was able to communicate with the manager daily with quick response. The oven had stopped working but the manager send over a brand new toaster oven for our casseroles. Overall, this was a wonderful stay i highly recommend it.

I rented this house for my in laws and all of my S.O siblings in this home and they loved it. We probably spend 90% of our time in the living space, because it was very open with lots of spaces to sit and relax while laughing, eating/cooking, watching the kids play games, etc.
Definitely worth the price, for any sort of trip.
The pool and backyard are absolutely stunning. I would book this house again and again for all my family trips!

Great house // No WiFi
We stayed here last weekend, and the house is well fit for entertaining. Beds were comfy and entertaining space was plenty. We had no WiFi all weekend, as many times as we tried the WiFi being out all weekend was not ideal.

Beautiful Stay for Bachelorette Weekend
We hosted a bachelorette weekend at the house and it was the perfect size for 7 girls, with room for at least one more. Beautifully decorated and all of the amenities we needed. We loved the living room and dining room space for hanging out, and the bedrooms were good sizes. Beverley was incredibly responsive regarding some small issues with internet, etc. The pool was perfect for lounging (the area was clean but note lots of leaves due to typically Miami storms, but it is cleaned regularly and we just did touch ups). Very nice bathrooms accommodated us. Definitely recommend renting a car as ride share options can definitely add up, but otherwise the location brought us everywhere we needed to go in 20 minutes. We felt safe in the neighborhood for walks, and actually had our boat rental pick us up directly from the dock at our house! Highly recommend this home.

Wonderful vacation in Miami
My family and I had a wonderful time in Miami. The house was absolutely amazing. The pictures on verbal does not do it justice. We had plenty of space and room to enjoy each other. Outside of one of the side doors not working. We were able to still enjoy the house. Beverley was amazing. She was available for everything that I needed. I would totally love to rent this property again in the future.

EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS BY A LAND SLIDE!
Loved this place, me and the bachelorettes were so impressed with the home and decorations.
We needed to decorate for the bachelorette activities, but to be honest, it wasn't even necessary, the home was so well decorated, feminine and clean, you couldn't even tell the difference between the decorations we bought and the homes decor.
The beds were so comfortable, bathrooms very clean, the pool was very nice along with the backyard.
The atmosphere of this home was so warm, welcoming and comfortable.
I highly recommend this place, the host was very nice as well, let us in a little early to decorate.

Everything was as pictured and better. I loved the decor and the resort feel.
The back yard is your own private sanctuary. The owner was super responsive and pleasant. Would definitely rent again and I don't say that often in Miami.

Beautiful home perfect for groups!
This home was completely stunning! It looked even better in person than in the pictures. Bev made it super easy to check in and was very responsive. We had a bachelorette party and the furniture was beautiful. Looks like you are in a Tulum bungalow! All the beds were super comfortable and everything was decorated. I already recommended this place to other friends. 10/10 amazing for big groups and events!

Lovely Home
We stayed here over Christmas & NYE and has a wonderful time! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood right on an inlet where you can easily hop on a boat or rent jet skis. It’s also only a few min from a grocery store, which was important for us since we ate most meals there. The home is well appointed, including all your linens and kitchen needs. The pool was amazing for my kiddos. While there we met a number of neighbors, all of which were very friendly. The property manager was quick to answer our questions and provide suggestions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a fun time staying at this house for my bachelorette party. Cleanliness didn't meet our expectations and the house itself needs repairs, but the beds were comfy and the pool was lovely.

Family Fun
We had an amazing time at this house. We especially loved the pool. My son and grandson were able to catch lots of South Florida fish in the canal right across from the front door. The beds were so comfortable after our long, fun summer days!

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway
Absolutely perfect location for our girls weekend. The house was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities required for a great trip. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. The pool was fantastic and the backyard extremely private with all the surrounding trees. Location was very convenient to drive to downtown and easy parking directly in front of the house. We all had a blast and would absolutely book again.

Property was absolutely beautiful & the neighborhood was very quiet & easy going. About a 20 minute Uber into South Beach, maybe 30 if traffic is heavy. Property was very easy to access & the manager was very helpful, easy to contact, & very responsive. Chose Miami for a girls weekend, we only had minor issues with the property. Ants in the bathrooms & the patio covers on the pool chairs outdoors were worn down a little. We simply got some ant traps and placed them down & were good to go!
