Charmante maison de plage de style Nantucket, proche de la plage avec une vue sur l'océan de la célèbre plage de Pierpont. Vous allez adorer la grande cour arrière et le jardin clôturés! Maison de plage classique sur deux étages avec cuisine, salon et balcon au deuxième étage. C'est comme si on vivait dans une cabane dans les arbres avec une vue panoramique. Charme à l'ancienne mis à jour avec toutes les commodités, y compris WiFi, Internet, télévision par câble! Notre maison est claire et lumineuse et bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement sur une charmante ruelle bordant la célèbre plage de Pierpont à Ventura. Deux chambres et une salle de bain à l'étage de (KING SIZE BED et deux jumeaux) avec des plafonds voûtés, grand balcon et planchers de bois. Il ya une salle familiale / ou la troisième chambre du bas (lit double et canapé-lit queen) avec grand walk-in et sa propre salle de bains avec douche. A votre arrivée vous trouverez des draps de lits déjà faites.
La cuisine ouverte avec cuisinière à gaz est agréable à cuisiner tout en restant dans une conversation animée dans le salon ou tout simplement en profitant de la vue. Bronzer et profiter du coucher de soleil sur le balcon. Les enfants ou les adultes, ont leur propre espace en bas, dans la salle familiale, où ils peuvent regarder la télévision ou jouer à des jeux. Il y a une grande cour arrière avec une pelouse, une table de pique-nique, un canapé, un barbecue et un foyer pour un feu de joie. Il ya une douche de plage dans la cour avec de l'eau chaude pour profiter quand vous revenez de la natation ou du surf à la plage.
Restaurants et centre commercial sont à cinq minutes à pied de Seaward Avenue. Si vous cherchez la scène de la ville, la rue principale est à 10 minutes et offre tout de magasins, restaurants, théâtres, jazz et vins des bars, spas et cafés.
Notre maison est le mieux adapté pour les vacances, les voyageurs d'affaires, les couples et les petites familles.
Certaines personnes disent que ce quartier spécial, connu sous le nom de plage Pierpont, est comme remonter dans le temps. There are so many wonderful things to say about this property. Walk few minutes to the beach and close to everything in Ventura. (Bike trails, restaurants, marina, pier). The house is adorable, clean and well equipped. Not large in square footage, but feels larger. A big private fully fenced backyard with plenty of seating and balcony off living room was nice. I loved the beautiful landscaped front yard, patio & white picket fence. Looks like something out of a movie. Comfortable beds & linens, outdoor shower, the use of the garage/laundry area for our bikes. Adequate parking space. My family love this house and the vacation stay. Wanted to stay longer. The interior is a little dated, could use a facelift, But that is the vintage charm of it. I wish I owned this house. Jane is a wonderful host. Very attentive and easy to deal with. Would love to come back sometime! Thank you Jane

This property was perfect for our beach getaway. The beach is a 2 minute walk. Short distance to shops and stores. We will definitely be coming back.

Had a lovely stay at this charming beachhouse. Great lighting, multiple sitting areas, heating and Central AC, good water pressure in showers, and very clean.
The kitchen has a coffeemaker with coffee and filters (whew!). Has lots of cookware if you cook. Too many good restaurants in Ventura to cook on vacation if you have the option. (Lure Fishhouse, Cafe Nouveau for weekday brunch/lunch, and Spasso Italian Just a 6 minute walk!)
The downstairs has its own bathroom, sitting area with TV (only one in house, but wifi good for small devices) and access to backyard and laundry room. A screen separates the downstairs bed from view of people coming and going upstairs. (It was a concern when I viewed the VRBO pix online as it looks like it was wide open.). An interior door at bottom of stairs and entry into house separates the downstairs from upstairs or quiet, kids or pets. We had a night owl group (kids) and we are warly risers so that was a benefit.
The upstairs has a living room, kitchen, dining room and two more bedrooms, and direct access to the front yard. The queen bedroom upstairs has a nice vibe and we enjoyed it. Bed was super comfortable.
My adult daughter and adult granddaughter enjoyed the downstairs with the dogs.
Only negative, The kids bedroom (3rd bedroom upstairs) is like most VRBO’a - adults will not want to stay in it. It could be charming if intended for adults. Two twin beds only appeals to kids or large group. a queen bed in there wb partial fix

Clean quaint house on a quiet street about a hundred yards from the beach.
Couple hundred yards from a street where we found a sushi place and a great restaurant called Social Tap where there’s tv’s and something on the menu for everyone! Quarter mile from grocery store. Perfect!!

Cozy, clean and convenient, this beach house has a very private backyard and a lovely view of the ocean from the 2nd floor balcony. Our group of four adults was very comfortable and the location was perfect for visiting my friends and family.

Our past three Christmases have been at this Pierpont home and we have really enjoyed them. It has been only two couples so there was more than enough room and an extra bedroom. We enjoy being able to see the ocean from our second floor deck and peeks of it from upstairs.
There are Christmas lights strung along the outside deck that we can enjoy from the livingroom and fresh flowers in vases, a lovely touch. The large kitchen windows have huge honeysuckle blooming and lots of room in the backward which is fenced as is the small front yard. Plenty of dishes and kitchenware and basic condiments. Parking for two in the driveway and a possible third car out front. Very steep stairs go to the upstairs from the door to the downstairs full bedroom, bath and tv, couch and chairs. Short walk to the beach and very quiet neighbors. This home has everything you need but the steep stairway wouldnt be good for young children altho there is a gate that can be set up at the top of the stairs.

It was wonderful. I had my dog and this house is about a mile away from Marina Beach. It is a dog beach. Wonderful people and fun dogs.

We slept well - all the beds were comfortable, and there were multiple spots for our family to hang out and congregate without feeling like we were on top of each other. Another reviewer expressed concern about the steepness of the stairs for his elderly father, but our 85-year-old father did fine with them - there's a railing. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We hope to be back here.

The house was very expensive for what you got.
We told the owner that we were bringing my 94 year old father.The stairs to get up to the kitchen were impossible even for me. I am in pretty good shape. They were like a ladder. I think she should of mentioned that to us.
The toilet down stairs kept stopping up.
The kitchen was not adequate had 2 sauce pans and the knives you could use at all. Wouldn’t cut anything.
I thought it was dirty.
I have rented a lot from VERBO but never paid this much. Definitely was not worth the money. We left 2 week’s early to go home. That’s how uncomfortable we were.

Great stay in Pierpont, beautiful beach and quiet neighborhood. 2 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to Von's and some great restaurants in Pierpont and 7 minute drive to downtown Ventura. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. We'll be back!

Two of the best parts of this rental are it’s balcony and very short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Lots of beach toys in the garage, along with briquettes for the barbecue. This is a great place for families.

We had a great time at this Cozy n Comfortable house. We loved the fact you could see the ocean from the front balcony and sitting at the kitchen table. Hearing it as well was a nice surprise. The yard was great for our dog, and we loved the swing. Yes the downstairs bed is part of family room but it also has a huge bathroom and closet plus opens to the backyard. Upstairs rooms comfortable. Super bright upstairs with lots of windows. Beach less than a block away and the sunsets were amazing. We could walk to several good restaurants, and a frozen yogurt place. Grocery store really close as well. Neighborhood was quaint and quiet. Kitchen small but super well stocked. We will definitely come back. Jane was a super host and communicated well.

The home is very comfortable and enjoys a cool sea breeze. The downstairs flows into a very well-maintained backyard that is an enjoyable place to relax and reflect. The neighborhood is quiet. A balcony is the perfect spot for cheese and wine. The walk to the sand is about one-minute; just enough time to shed the sand from your feet. Ready to relax? This is the spot!

The beach is right there and fantastic, walk a mile or so to the pier. Lovely sunsets from the balcony, great restaurants within easy walking distance. Unique place with lots of hummingbird viewing opportunities

The area is perfect for a walk to the beach and areas around Ventura. The fenced in yard was fantastic for our daughters dog. Very quiet neighborhood.
