LV021 A Single Story Studio Close to the Main Pools, Gym and La Quinta Resort!
Un studio à un étage à Legacy Villas à La Quinta. Le logement comprend un lit king-size, un bureau, une télévision et un minibar avec un petit réfrigérateur et un four micro-ondes. À quelques pas d'une piscine satellite et d'un bain à remous et à quelques pas de la piscine principale et de la salle de remise en forme, profitez de la vie dans le désert dans l'un des meilleurs endroits des Legacy Villas. La salle de bain studio a une vanité simple et une douche séparée et une baignoire. La chambre s'ouvre sur un patio privé sur une ceinture de verdure avec la communauté de villégiature fermée. Le stationnement est situé sur Classic Drive à moins de 30 pieds de l'unité. La villa offre une valeur exceptionnelle pour votre prochain voyage dans le désert de Californie. This studio was just as advertised. It was incredibly convenient to two pools. From what I understand, it was off season so it was quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again.

It was a perfect four days to rest and relax. I love the variety of pools and hot tubs to choose from. It’s a 30 minute walk to old town La Quinta. Really lovely place – I especially love the hammocks!

the place was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable and linens were soft. They have now put EV chargers in the community so you can charge your EV, which is new.

We love the Legacy Villas! Super cute and conveniently located in darling La Quinta. We had a 15 second walk to the pool, great little patio for mornings, wifi, great parking, and a cute breakfast spot at the big pool. All we needed! Our grown kids stayed in another unit across the street!

We have stayed at a few of these in Legacy Villa and this one has a great location. Real nice outside patio by the greenbelt, very close to the main pool and to the lap pool. Definitely would recommend it!

In town for the weekend. We love staying at the Legacy Villas. This unit was very clean and great location with easy parking and across from pool. Will definitely stay again!

I have stayed in many l9ck out studios in Legacy Villas. This one was clean, quiet but pretty bare bones. Had to stand out in front for 20 minutes to reach an agent when code for entry did not work. The agent was helpful and got a new code which resolved the issue.
The room was clean and everything worked, but would have liked written instructions for wifi and TV. The heating system was a mystery, either freezing or stuffy, with only one speed on the overhead fan (high) but luckily a window opened and it was fine with the cool night air coming in.
So, all Ok.

This was the perfect getaway for us. The room was clean and quiet with just the amenities we needed and the grounds offered so many options for pools that it was easy to find a place to relax and enjoy the sun.

Weekend Getaway
We had a wonderful time at this stay. The place was beautiful, and is 20x better than the pictures provided! Loved that it was gated and the security was great informing us where our stay was located.

Great location in La Quinta
This studio unit is in a very nice location across from the main pool and very close to a smaller more private pool and spa area. There is a very nice patio to relax on. The abilty to take a short walk to the La Quinta resort is a very nice option to enjoy drinks and dining.

Good spot
Hard to find late arrival. Light was out on patio and smelled a bit musty. Overall, fine spot for a quick weekend getaway. Didn’t use the amenities but all close by.

Very Good
We love our times at Legacy Villas. The grounds are so pleasant to walk around. We enjoy our studio. Our only issue with LV021 was with the refrigerator. We had a thermometer and it never got colder than 49 degrees. We lost a couple of items of food. But other than that, we appreciate the closeness of the lap pool. It always a special time for us at Legacy Villas. May we have many more! Joel and Marylee

Legacy vacation
The villa was ok except for the TV. Very small TV. Had to stand in front of it to read what was on the screen. Also I have not received my damage deposit. It’s been 18 days

An Oasis in the California Desert
The whole experience was seamless from check in to check out. The property was gorgeous, tucked right inside the mountains. Morning walks around the complex were breathtaking!
The location is great, close to stores, restaurants and sights. You definitely need a car to see it all. Within a half hour from Palm Desert and Palm Springs.The room was comfortable and clean although we missed having a full kitchen since we stayed 2 weeks.
The numerous pools were beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tubs as well .
The Grill restaurant near the main pool has amazing breakfast and lunch on weekends.
We wished it were open every day!
Any questions we had, were quickly answered and addressed by the management.
Bring warm clothing for the morning since temps in the desert can drop to 40 degrees
But reach the mid 70’s by noon.
El Paseo in Palm Desert is a quick 15 minute drive and we’ll worth the trip for a huge variety of restaurants to suit all budgets.
The shopping is amazing too.
So we’ll kept with events happening all the time.
Palm Springs is where to go for night life that starts at 5pm.... Live bands with cocktails or the best meal of your life!
Definitely recommend this place and love the area. I’m hooked on the Coachella Valley for a sunny mid Winter getaway .

Lovely, but needed a little more attention.
Fireplace did not work -- management said would fix, but did not. Towel rack by shower was loose - simple to tighten with an allen wrench - fell off the wall. Otherwise , we had a great time and could come back

Coachella Weekend 1 Visit
Everything about the resort was fantastic. Our stay was amazing. Having access to a busy pool and many quiet pools made it that much more welcoming to the area. The only thing that left a bad taste was how you either had to have a down payment of $500 for incidentals to the room or the $37 insurance fee. It seemed like a bit of a cash grab, and I understand you had too do it for the weekend, but I wish it wasn’t as a down payment and taken out of our account and later returned. It would have allowed us out of country people a bit more spending money on the trip, etc.

The whole process from renting to arriving went very well and smoothly. Property managers handled the few small issues, such as toaster malfunction, very efficiently. Location anywhere in this complex would be satisfactory...lots of pool choices, easy walking paths. So easy to get to Old Village, and also to main shopping area. I would have liked some tourist informationl available, such as a map of La Quinta and basic shopping/restaurants and what to do in and around La Quinta.....maybe in a small binder. Appreciate why all plastic kitchen supplies, but a couple of Correlle mugs and glasses would be appreciated, same with one sharp knife! We bought our own once we got there. We would stay here again. Loved the peacefulness.

Our apartment was perfect with everything we needed for the whole stay. It was also close enough to the La Quinta resort for us to take a shuttle bus to the tennis tournament and drive at dinner time close to some of our favorite restaurants.
