This hotel was nice! The whole place looked new and clean and well cared for. Our suite was large and had a separate bedroom that closed off from the living room. The bed was very comfortable. There was a large TV in the living room and another in the bedroom. We didn't need it on this trip but there was a full kitchen, including a small dishwasher and garbage disposal. The public areas were lovely as well, and included a large lobby and seating area, an indoor pool, and outdoor basketball. The breakfast was more than adequate an included several hot dishes. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property itself is clean, and the rooms are above average.

Since this is a pet friendly motel, I had a neglected dog barking in the room next door for 2-5 hours on and off from 11pm -7am The general manager at this location Matt Plant said since they were pet, friendly hotel they could not do anything about it. I love dogs, but I think the customers paying the bill -not the pet. I was not pleased that the staff at this location did not care if their customer could sleep comfortably due to a neglected dog barking most of the night. Per the staff -the owner of the dog was not there and the dog was alone in the room for a long time. When I called in at 11pm to make sure the front desk knew what was going on w the room that had the dog.The night attendant at the front desk said another customer complained. But again he said he could not do anything about it.

The degrading corner and rust in the shower in the second room we moved too. Pool wasn’t working

Check in was a breeze. Professional and efficient staff at the reception. Room was spacious , clean and very comfortable. We asked for bedding for the sofa-bed And were asked to pick it up from the reception. This was 12/25 and they could have been short-staffed. Breakfast was fresh with a lot of variety. The main hot item was cheese omelette and I asked if we could get eggs without cheese. The attendant made us fresh scrambled eggs! I requested a late checkout and was allowed to do so after the receptionist signed me in to the bonvoy club. Very positive experience.

The coffee was atrocious. Both in the room and at breakfast.

The location was perfect. you are with numerous great restaurants with dine-in, carry-out and delivery. Walmart is within 5 mins, Gas station within 2 mins, and Tippecanoe Mall within 10-15mins. With having kids their first question is “where’s the pool?” it was nice walking in and it not being the first thing you see. Even though it is in view when pulling up; it looks to be in a different building from the lobby. with that being said it away from the lobby on the first floor with washer and dryers , as well as a very large nice gym. it’s was beautiful and very spacious.

I really don’t have complaints. My room looked to have had someone come in. the pillow the ordinarily is on the couch was on the floor. there was a spill that wasn’t cleaned up. I did have a room that had a joining room door and it was unlocked and slightly opened when we came in. the closest door in the king suite bedroom was also open. even the extra linens for the sofa bed was not in there.
