The room was not acceptable clean, I see dust, spiders, and the bath have like 3 colors and they do not bring towels enough for all.

Breakfast had a good variety.

The overnight worker, Charles, was very rude! And not friendly at all! Told us we had to be out of the lobby by midnight, we were sitting quietly with a group of friends!

Location was good.

The room was not cleaned well. Hair in the bathroom, stained sheets, grime in bathroom and shower. Mini fridge also looked like it had not been cleaned recently.

I liked the beds.

The toilet wouldn’t flush all night. And there was hair in the shower along with the sink was dirty. I did bring it to the front desk, she offered to move rooms but the other room was very small. We just bleached the shower ourselves.

Breakfast was well-stocked and the food was very good. Area was very clean and morning staff wiped down tables to keep it that way.

Pillows were low quality and there was mold on the ceiling above shower. Male reception guy in his 20's was a bit rude upon check-in stating we had a big truck and not to take up 2-3 spots like others do.

I tried to cancel my reservation and was told by the woman that answered the phone that it would not be a problem even though I was within the 2 week window of having to pay for the first night. she said Booking.com.com had to actually call since they booked it. when they called they were told no. I called back a couple of days later and a gentleman refused to honor what the woman told me a couple of days prior. I ended up finding somebody else to take my reservation so I didn’t get charged the fee. I suggest you go listen to the call because I was clearly told it wouldn’t be a problem. Terrible customer service

Employees were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Room had some damage, the clothes rack/bar was broken (hangers just laying on the floor). Stain on the beadspread.

I didn't have breakfast but when I got some Orange Juice. Everything looked good that was available for breakfast. The only issue with the room is the bed could be a little more comfortable. Everything else was very high standard and I loved the shower and the non-slip pad in the tub was perfect.

Room overall had many problems. Plug in the Sink area didn't work. Had to find another for hair dryer. Couldn't plug in clock radio as plug was bent. Air conditioner made loud sounds. Lastly, the refrigerator in the room had a layer of ice on top and was leaking a over the floor. Door on fridge would close tightly. We reported it to the front desk, but when we checked out, it still wasn't fixed
