Great rooms, staff was amazing. Pools were nice and everything was clean. I used the laundry and it was very easy and cheap as well.
Breakfast. I am used to it stopping at 10 am and this was 930am. No big deal and definitely not a deal breaker.

Stayed above the pool, young adults making noise in the pool until 1:00 am. Complained to the front desk about it and he would not do anything about it. Cleaning people did not give clean towels.

On checkin, asked for bathroom with walk in shower; was given bathroom with tub. Reservation confirmation showed getting a west facing Mountain View room; given an east view of parking lot.

Liked the location in North Colorado Springs, and it was close to the Air Force Academy 
The property in and of itself is fine. I liked that they had a washer dryer so you could wash them dirty clothes instead of putting stinky ones in your suitcase. Price was a little high. I suppose to be expected since it was IDay at the Air Force Academy

Front desk was unable to process my business CC on check in(no issues with the cc at other locations) Had to put hotel on personal card. Message light on phone blinked all night, had to unplug phone. No ice in any of the ice machines. No paper towels in restrooms outside the exercise room. Very disappointed in stay with the price that was paid.

It was not clean at all. The sheets were dirty, no towels, and there was food in the mini fridge from the people before.

The rooms were nice and cleaned daily. Breakfast choice was good.
We had to ask the front desk three different times within two different days thst we needed refill of shampoo, conditioner and body wash as the one in iur room was out. We also tried to tell the cleaning crew but due to language barrier they didn't understand us.

Nice, clean facility. The complimentary breakfast had lots of choices and was quite good.
There was ONE kleenex in the box in our bathroom and no replacement box. The USB ports next to the bed had been damaged previously and not fixed. Had to charge phones across the room from the nightstand.

We truly enjoyed the breakfasts served each morning. There was something good to eat for everyone. The food was delicious and kept to the perfect temperature and the breakfast area was clean and inviting. It was wonderful to be able to eat and look at the surrounding beautiful mountains. Thanks for a great start to each morning!
We didn't have any disappointments at all. We were pleased with our room which was graciously upgraded to a suite, without even asking for an upgrade. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

the placement, pool was great!
some of the amendments were broken the toilet paper hold was falling out the wall. Bed kept making a loud popping sound every time you got on and off.

Food and coffee at breakfast were constantly running out and staff was more interested in talking in the back room than doing their job.
It was a bit anoying having a timeshare salesman with a steady stream of people coming in and out of the lobby.
