Perfect location for access to Kahalu’u Beach.

We booked this place to have access to a pool and were told a few days before trip that it would be closed for one of the days we were staying... It ended up being closed almost the whole time we were there. Clearly not the owner's fault, but still a bit of a bummer to not have after long days of adventure in the hot sun

Washing clothes before the departure was a bit much.

I didn't like having to buy toliet paper, and not nbeing able to use the closet and underneath the sink. Many extra thjngs were there to use, but it made me a little uncomfortable. You want to feel like your a guest for a few days and not an iintruder

Well equipped, great location, easy communication with owners and managers, spacious for 4 adults and two teenagers, beds were very comfortable to sleep in.

The pullout bed had bread crumbs in it, so I don’t think those blankets had been washed. we placed a clean blanket over it. this was the only issue we encountered.

We loved the location of the condo, perfectly located not to far from downtown. There is also a trolley that goes right by and can ride downtown The condo has a view of ocean to watch sunsets

There was everything we needed especially in the kitchen. It was an excellent location and very clean. It was very helpful to have beach towels and beach chairs for us to use. It was very convenient to have washer and dryer in the unit with detergent provided. We would definitely recommend and stay again. We travel every year and this was one of the best places we have ever stayed at.

This was our first trip to Hawaii. Enjoyed the Kona area. The Condo was well nice, clean & well equipped. Nice kitchen, with all the necessary items for cooking. The outside patio was a great place to eat breakfast. There were beach items for use (a plus) and just steps to the beach. Nice pool & hot tub on the property. The bedding was very nice/high quality. Great communication from the owner. Highly recommended staying here!

Dryer was slow to dry, but not sure if slowly going out or just humidity 🤔

This unit had everything we could ask for! The location is perfect, right across the street from our favorite snorkeling spot on HI island. We would go back in a minute!

No complaints! Everything was perfect.

The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The beds and linens were luxurious! We bought the same Beautyrest mattress when we got home. Convenient location. Our unit was in the back but still had a nice view from the lanai and there was no noise from Ali'i Drive. Just a short drive to the market in a mall with restaurants. There's a fresh fish roadside lace to get excellent seafood.

The best thing we liked was the location. The condo was very comfortable and had many extras in the unit. We loved the pool and the beautiful setting. Enjoyed having meals on the lanai. Access to town and the rest of the big island was perfect.

Location was a convenient drive to main restaurants while still being far away enough to feel quiet. We loved the pool and hot tub! Our condo was very spacious and comfortable. We saw lots of fish snorkeling at the beach.

Super squeaky beds, no pool or jacuzzi available, dirty bedroom windows (amplified by the view beyond)

The unit was equipped with everything we needed. From a pressure cooker to beach equipment to sunscreen and other personal care items left for you to use. The location was terrific! Pool and hit tub were used every day. Great snorkeling and sunsets right across the beach. Kona was very close. Would definitely stay here again.

For the cleaning fee charged, I shouldn't have to take my trash out or be restricted to 1 set of towels on the last day.

Pool! Privacy! View! Condo set up! Outside dining! Really a lovely location and condo. We will be back!

Nothing everything was great so was the parking easy to get to our rooms.
