Beautiful 5 Bedroom Home 3 Houses From Beach In Prime Lbi Location
Vue fantastique de 3 ponts. Dînez en plein air sur le pont hors de la cuisine et la salle familiale. Profitez de fabuleux couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse sur le toit. vue sur l'océan de la salle à manger et salon. Parfait pour les grandes vacances en famille. Cuisine gastronomique. Planchers de bois franc. Profitez de la table de ping-pong, douche extérieure, terrasse couverte avec hamac et arrière-cour. Chaque chambre lumineuse et aérée. Ascenseur dessert tous les étages (ne pas aller à la terrasse sur le toit). Nous ne acceptons les groupes de bal. Toutes les personnes non apparentées doivent être 21 ans ou plus.

The house was great and an awesome location, the only suggestion I could make is to have bikes to use and charge a little more and include towel and linen service.

Great family vacation spot! The location of the house was great for beach access. The first floor is a full game room (ping pong, pinball, arcade games, Jenga) which was great for the kids at night and when we had some rain. Plenty of space for large family dinners (11 people). Bill was flexible with check-in time and available for any questions.

The house was very nice, clean, and well maintained. All the amenities you would expect and more. Nice and close to the beach in a quiet area, but still close to restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely perfect time celebrating with friends in this home. The layout was incredible, we joked about needing to hang out in every sitting area/social space in the house before the weekend was over (there are so many!) The views are gorgeous, the home and property are immaculate and our host was above and beyond thoughtful and helpful. Can not say enough nice things about this listing!

Spent 2 weeks here March-April. Wonderful location! Great kitchen and entertaining areas (indoors and out). Enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommended!

Something for everyone
From the minute we pulled up and opened the garage full of games we knew we were in the right spot. From the games and hot tub downstairs to the amazing sunset views on the roof top deck no details were left out. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The house was spotless. The walk to the beach is less then 3 mins which makes it easy with kids! We have rented many properties and this house is by far the best.

Long Weekend with Family
Beautiful house, even better than the pictures! More than enough space for our getaway with close extended family (three families of 4). It was too windy to stay long at the beach during our stay, but with the the roof deck and the games in the garage, we barely missed it. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all the tools/utensils we needed. It was the perfect place!
Bill was extremely easy to communicate with, with timely responses all throughout the booking, stay, and checkout processes. We would love to come back to this house in the future!

This property offered a great escape and much needed respite for our family. It offered everything as described and was a perfect location for Sun and Fun. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Relaxation on both the beach and the roof top deck were great features.

Simply Awesome Home!
I've been vacationing to LBI the past 7 years and this house may be the best one yet. Owner is super attentive and responsive to all questions/inquiries. Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and amenities a large group could need. The kitchen is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances. Great outdoor spaces for eating and lounging. Property was very clean. Less than 100 yards to beach entrance makes lugging sand toys and chairs a breeze. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Great Vacation
This house is great. The layout worked well for seven adults, some of whom needed to work remotely from time to time during the week. Lots of gathering places for cocktails on the roof watching the sun set or dinner on deck. The location couldn't be better for access to the beach and to head out on a bike ride. The host was friendly and responsive. Five stars without a doubt!

Family Vacation 2019
This was our second year at LBI!! Our children & grandchildren had a wonderful time!! We were 8 adults & 7 children with plenty of room. We made dinner every night with all the convenience of home. Bill is very responsive to anything you need. Thank you again for a great week. ANNMARIE & PAT

AMAZING!
Beautiful home in a great location. Bill was super helpful before and throughout our stay. The house is well equipped and has plenty of stuff to keep you busy after the sun goes down. I can’t decide what my favorite part of the house was, but the rooftop deck is THE PERFECT place to catch the sunset. We had 10 adults and 4 kids (age 5 and under), highly recommend!

Great beach house
Bill's house was roomy, with great outdoor space and a relaxed beach feel. He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and coordination was very easy. The house is extremely clean, well stocked and just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Unimaginably Perfect Beach House for Everything!
Wonderful accommodations, well maintained & designed, fantastically located right on the beach as well as on the island for all of the activities & restaurants! The house is stocked with anything/everything that you can possibly need & all the outdoor areas are just magical - you can see all of LBI from the roof deck.

Beautiful maintained home!!
We highly recommend this vacation house. Large kitchen/dining/living area was so convenient for family gatherings. Bill has thought of everything a family needs in a vacation home. Short walk to beach, outside showers, hot tub bbq grill on deck outside kitchen etc. etc. etc. Our children & grandchildren didn’t want to go home. Thanks, Bill for a great week!

Beautiful spatious home. Pictures don’t do it justice. So close to the beach. Elevator is really helpful! Owner is accessible and helpful! Highly recommend!

Wonderful house
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at this beautiful house. Everything we needed was on hand to have a perfect beach experience.The house was spacious and clean and the location was steps from the beach. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop deck with the beautiful views.
All in all it was a hit!
