Stayed to fish and relax

Beds were comfortable. Plenty of dishes, ware & bath supplies. Affordable.

This was our 3rd summer renting Frank's vacation home and we just love it more and more each year. Frank is so easy to rent with, the house is so clean, and the house & location are just perfect for a lakeview vacation rental. We love & look forward to going back every summer!

My husband & I have stayed here a few times, but this was the first trip there with family. It was a little tight inside for 6 adults, but it worked out just fine. The house is always very clean and host is very responsive. Absolutely recommend & I hope that we can continue to visit this cozy little cottage in the future. My only suggestion might be a mattress upgrade, but it’s still much better than other places I’ve stayed in the area.

Property was very clean and fits the lake house vibe. Host was very nice and called the day before to make sure i received all the info and or had any questions. Only 2 issues we had which one wasnt really an issue was on the listing description they claimed the cookville boat dock was only 4 miles away and in reality its 14 miles away.... luckly we were able to use the dirt boat ramp below the house because the water was up so high. Next in the listing they claimed that if unable to park vehicles in the driveway, which i had a boat and it stuck out into the road, that we could use the lot next to the house and that turned out to be someone else's property that did not want us to park there for the weekend. Luckily we talked to them and they were nice enough to let us use their driveway beside the lot we were told to use. All in all was a good stay but host may need to change some of the things they claim on the listing.

My family stayed here the last few days and it was absolutely amazing! The house is as great as advertised and was very clean and orderly when we arrived. We spent a lot of time in the screened in porch area listening to the doves and catching up. It was perfect! Definitely will book again in the future!

It was a lovely stay. Clean and cozy and away from all city distractions. The property is just as described. It was just my husband and I with our dog, perfectly comfortable. It was beautiful to see the fog on the lake in the early morning hours and the beautiful sunset in the evening.

The house is wonderful. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and nice kitchen makes this as comfy as home. The owner is first-rate and will help with any question quickly!

We came to get away and paddleboard and this house allowed both. Check in was easy. There was a snaffu with the water but Frank was on it quickly and it was resolved to our satisfaction. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our lake time. We especially liked the screened in porch to sit and relax. We would stay here again.

This property was very clean and comfortable. Great location to enjoy the quiet with views of the lake. The host was quick to respond to reservation and check in was a breeze. Very enjoyable.

Very clean ,we were skeptical of the boat ramp by the property but we had zero issues lots of people used it to launch big boats without any issues. Definitely plan on staying again. Great communication with owners. Very friendly neighbors which live there year around.

Once again we had a great vacation at Frank's lake house on Centerhill Lake. House & location are perfect! Will be back again next summer.

We live locally and I rented this house for my brother and his family. It's a great little house that's clean and has 3 good bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms. The open living room/kitchen feels large due to the attached nice size screened in porch. The lake is just a short walk or quick car ride. I would highly recommend this house and we could be booking it again in the future ourselves!

We enjoyed this house for a month, using it as a home base while we explored all areas of Tennessee. The house itself was clean, and roomy enough for our needs. Great internet as my husband worked remotely during this time. They have a cell phone signal booster in the house so mobile phones work fine. Owner and manager were very prompt with communication, friendly and responsive. The location was perfect for our excursions to Chattanooga, Great Smokies, Nashville and other sites. We would definitely stay again.

This is our second time staying here and just as good as the first time. Great neighbors, quiet area. Perfect place for kids to ride bikes and play down at the lake.

Great place to stay and get on the lake for the weekend

Came with a few workers for a project we had in lascassas TN. This was the perfect little spot for us to retire at the end of the day and have relaxation time. Was honestly cleaner than any other VRBO we've been to. Cleaning lady had put chemicals in oven to clean it out and forgot but the owner came out and took care of it for us. Very nice. The only suggestion I can give is a rug under the bed in the back room would help as it slides across the floor. Other than that everything was great 😃. We will definitely be back when we get another project in this area.

Cute little lake house cottage. We only stayed overnight while traveling from NC to MO. We were all comfortable and slept well.

The owner is top notch. He does a great job of keeping the place up-to-date. We were there for 4 months and had do problems. So wonderful we are coming back late summer for 2 months!!

Really peaceful place here with great neighbors. The lake is gorgeous. Easy drive to Cookeville. The owners are highly responsive and even told us a great place to go trick or treating.

We can’t wait to figure out when to come back! We have family in the area who doesn’t have room for us and this was the perfect spot with an added bonus of adventuring around the lake. It was all super clean and the host were so nice they even stopped by mid trip to drop off salt to make sure no one slipped if the deck got icy!

We had a great time at this home. The location is right by the lake in a quiet area. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The bed in the master was so comfortable! Loved the 3 season room. Plenty of space for the family. Everything was great, and I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway!

We enjoyed our stay

My boyfriend and I came up from Georgia for a wedding and chose this house for the lake. We had a great stay here. The house is beautiful and Frank was very helpful with any questions we had! He even let us check in early and checkout late. The only downside was there is a lot of neighbors, but it is still very peaceful. The neighbors were nice and even let us cut through their yard to go fish. The first night here a man had a seizure driving and hit the cabin across the street from us, but luckily everyone was okay!! Also with the house allowing pets you wouldn’t even be able to tell! Very clean and no foul smells. With all that being said if you don’t mind some nice neighbors over your stay then this is the place to go! We’d recommend it 100%! Definitely thinking about bringing the boat up next year and staying again! Thank you for having us Frank! (:
