Récemment reconstitué 1000 sq ft & New location de 2 chambres à coucher avec des équipements de cuisson en acier inoxydable Whirlpool dans la cuisine Galley. Comprend un nouveau lit queen avec coussins dans la chambre principale, 2 nouveaux lits jumeaux dans la chambre, un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon, une laveuse et une sécheuse, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes, un grand réfrigérateur avec congélateur en bas, Internet par câble et haute vitesse sans fil, téléphone fixe offre des appels gratuits entre le Canada et Porto Rico.
Cuisine entièrement équipée, tous les draps et serviettes de plage inclus ainsi que 4 chaises de plage. Un joli balcon au-dessus du salon offre une vue sur le parc. Gril à gaz privé extérieur inox à l'extérieur du bâtiment avec numéro d'unité.
Notre établissement propose des installations de loisirs, telles qu'une salle de sport spacieuse, un jacuzzi spa intérieur et une salle de billard, 2 piscines chauffées dont une à côté du bâtiment, 3 piliers juste devant la porte à partir desquels vous pouvez pêcher (avec permis). Le condo a un nouveau gril à gaz à 5 brûleurs portant le numéro d’unité. Les tables de pique-nique dans les allées complexes sont municipales et destinées à votre usage.
Les plages exceptionnelles du golfe de sable blanc et de sable blanc sont idéalement situées à proximité.
Nouveau document pour attraper un nouveau ferry vers et depuis Tampa, directement à la sortie de la porte.
Le nouveau parc merveilleux de Madeira Beach est situé juste à côté de notre porte de sortie. Le parc est pavé de promenades autour de la voie navigable, de courts de tennis et de basket-ball éclairés, d’un Event Field et d’une salle de sport ombragée dans la jungle. Notre bibliothèque locale est également à côté du parc. Les épiceries, les restaurants et les pharmacies (CVS) sont à proximité et une promenade facile.
Tampa Busch Gardens est à 1/2 heure et Disneyworld & Universal Studios à seulement 90 minutes en voiture. John's Pass se trouve à 1,5 km au sud de Gulf Blvd. Il propose un port de plaisance pour la pêche, l'observation des dauphins, des dîners-croisières ou la location de sports nautiques. De nombreux magasins et restaurants célèbres se trouvent également au John's Pass.

The property and location was great. Accommodations had everything we needed and more! Internet and TV services were excellent! Beds were comfortable. Living room furniture is a little soft and sunk in - may be difficult for elderly people to use. Everything was clean! Our host, Tina was great - good communication, fast responses.
We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable Madeira Beach property. It was as described: up-to-date furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, within walking distance to beach, grocery store, restaurants & shops. We also enjoyed easy check-in and prompt communication with our host, Tina. The only improvement: the grill really does need cleaning or possibly some new parts. Regardless, we highly recommend this property and hope to return on our next vacation to Madeira Beach.

We had a great week staying here, the property had everything we could need as a family with 2 young children. Perfect location, with the beach and supermarket close by, and Roc park just next door. It was a good base for exploring the coast.
Tina was a great host, with clear simple check in instructions, and lots of information about the complex. The property was clean and very well equipped. We had no issues during our stay and would very happily stay here again

Great place!
Highly recommend. Good area, 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to boardwalk for fun shops and restaurants. Super easy contactless check in and getting the keys. Excellent communication! Grill seriously needed a cleaning, but other than that we had a great stay.

Quaint and convenient
This quaint property has all amenities you need for a relaxing coastal vacation. Perfect size for a smaller family. Beds were comfy. Plenty of storage. Laundry in the unit was a plus, allowing us to pack light. Access to/from the property was convenient. Tina even had everything you need for the beach or on-site pools, both of which are close. We will be back.

Nice condo
This is a nicely setup condo really well -stocked with about anything you need for vacation. The only downside are the steep stairs, but a nice place with a responsive manager

It was in a nice area, a short walk to the beach park across the street. My only issue was with the screen on the door to the deck was always a battle to open &.close.

We had a very nice time staying in Tinas condo. It was clean, well kept, and she was great to work with!

Condo was perfect
Condo was well stocked with all we needed for our stay, from kitchen ware to beach supplies.
Tina was easy to contact and answered all questions extremely timely.
Only suggestion I have is for nicer sheets. They are thin and pilly so glad I brought my own. Also, some kind of holder in shower for soap, etc. would be nice.

Great value-we'd stay again!
Tina was great to work with, and attentive to correspondence. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we were expecting. The condo was very well equipped, with nice beds, kitchen appliances, and beach supplies. The gas grill worked great. Pools were clean. We checked into the temporary library card, but it was $25 (lasts 3mo). Overall, we found the unit comfortable and of great value for the price.

WE LOVE IT
Clean,neat, comfy bed, good wi-fi, close to shopping and beach and the folks around you are quiet and polite. Parking is easy and it is in the safest of areas.

This condo was perfectly located in the Madeira beach yacht club. The pictures are exactly as the condo is. Close to local stores, restaurants, across the lot from sports park. Archibald bech is across the street. Great place to stay. We will be back

Good place to stay
This condo was a good place to stay while in Madeira Beach. It has two bedrooms, o e shower and toilet with two separate wash areas. Also the walk to the beach was a bit longer than I expected, about 15 minutes. The condo is within walking g distance to some local bars and restaurants. The pools are also well maintained and heated, as was the clubhouse. The pantry was also nicely stocked. There were also beach chairs and toys available for use. The Hammocks Park was also a good fun beach to enjoy with a bar, restaurant and live music. The place is worthwhile to check out.

Beautiful beach, well situated and equipped condo - clean and quiet.
The Good: kitchen is extremely well equipped, best Rental kitchen I’ve ever been in. Condo is clean with good beds and updated decor. The dollar store and Winn Dixie are a 5 minute walk, the beach is 10 minutes. Beach is FABULOUS. Loved the area, easy walk to John’s Pass and a multitude of bars and restaurants. Pools are great and well maintained. Complex is quiet and well tended. $22 Uber to PIE and $26 to TPA.
The Bad: master bedroom absolutely needs blackout curtains. It’s very, very bright all night due to exterior complex lighting. Internet needs more bandwidth, hangs when two people using it at same time (so could not be used while one of us was working). BBQ needs cleaning and maintenance, not really useable as is. Suggest a better (more sociable) layout for living room furniture. The patio is small but useable but needs a side table or two, and it does not get sun. The tub did not hold water, might be an issue for those with young children.
The Ugly: there’s no ugly, we would return in a heartbeat.
