Cette maison a été entièrement rénovée avec tous les meubles neufs et les draps de lit haut de gamme. Il est proche du campus et de l'Oxford Square. Il s'agit d'une maison de 3 lits 2 et 1/2 salle de bain qui offre 1 king size avec TV et 2 lits queen. Cuisine nouvellement rénovée avec tous les appareils modernes. This place has it all! Mamas came to visit for sorority rush and this was darling, cute, and clean home that had everything, literally everything we needed. Host was lovely and quickly responsive to the one question we had. Easy in and out. Definitely coming back!

We were thrilled with this property. The host added numerous small touches that only added to a wonderful (and very clean!) property: coffee, bath robes, bath amenities. The decor was lovely and comfortable. The swing on the front porch was wonderful for morning coffee, and the back patio was private and relaxing. Thank you for helping to make our trip to watch our granddaughter/ niece graduate such a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay at this very clean, very well located townhouse! Short drive to the Square and to campus. It’s in a small community of very well maintained townhouses. Host was very responsive and nice to interact with. Lots of little extras that made our stay even nicer:). Definitely would love to stay here again!

The townhouse was just perfect for our trip to Oxford to visit our student. We had two adults and a teen. The property was just the right size, very well laid out, very clean and up-to-date, and a great location. The beds were all comfortable. It was nice having 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. Good Wi-Fi, cable TV and streaming options were all appreciated. Will definitely recommend this property to other Ole Miss parents we know.

Before arriving I had questions about the area and the owner always responded very quickly. The property was very clean, in a great area and very close to everything. A quick, less than 5 minute drive to Ole Miss. We will definitely be staying there again, probably many times over the next 4 years.

The townhouse is in a great location, absolutely spotless and had the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in at a VRBO. Tracey was quick to respond to any questions and was an amazing host. We would most definitely stay here again!

This is our second visit to this property. Again, it is a lovely place to stay when staying in Oxford. It is close to everything, but far enough away to stay out of the hoopla. We will always be booking with Tracy as long as we are welcome. She’s easy to communicate with, and always responds to messages.

If you’re looking for a house that is close to the Ole Miss campus and the town square - this is it (approximately a mile to both). The house is in a quiet neighborhood and features all the amenities a family or small group could possibly need. The host was extremely gracious, provided tons of great recommendations for our stay, and was very responsive. I highly recommend this VRBO rental for your future stay in Oxford - it will definitely be our first option.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! Everything was well-appointed - plenty of towels, washcloths, lots of kitchen items & dishes, a nice laundry setup, fireplace, etc. The only small problem we had was that Google Maps tries to send you into the housing subdivision just before this one. Two entrances close together; use the 2nd one with the Autumn Ridge sign.

Perfect “girl get-away”!
The location is quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces … from the front porch swing to the private patio. Inside was perfectly designed for three single friends and all amenities were top notch. A very nice property and a great host.

Everything was great! The most important thing about a stay in Oxford, Mississippi when it is hot and humid is the air conditioner! It was great too! We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!
