Il y a des finitions haut de gamme et une laverie privée de taille normale. Un vrai condo de ski-in / ski-out et vous êtes à seulement quatre minutes à pied du coeur de River Run Village.

La grande salle dispose de plafonds voûtés de 30 pieds et de baies vitrées offrant une vue magnifique sur les arbres. We were in town for a wedding and fit multiple families in this unit. Having the pool/hot tub access in late June was a huge plus! There are multiple beds for people to crash in, multiple bathrooms for pre wedding prep, and the location was close to walk into town! There aren’t many 5 bedroom rentals, so having this was great! A few things in the property weren’t working but the company was very responsive and I appreciated their communication. Would stay again!

We had a great time in the Keystone condo. The 2 level condo has plenty of room to spread out and is in good shape. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub on the main level. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities. We especially liked the filtered water from the refrigerator. The only issues were the elevator didn't work one day and the hot tub wasn't hot enough but both things got fixed in a timely fashion. There should be a sign in the lobby directing renters to all of the units. Ours was not noted until we were on the elevator so we weren't sure we were in the right building after bringing all of our things in. Other than those small issues, everything was great!

If you are traveling with a large group, this condo is great! We came in February with a large family, ages ranging from three months to 68 years old. It is a ski in and ski out, which is perfect for the kids and the adults were able to easily bop in and out. There are plenty of beds and bedrooms. The condo is very spacious and clean. The hot tub and other amenities were enjoyed by all. The staff was great to work with. We had a great stay!

We’ve stayed in this building before, and it’s one of the few IDEAL spots for keystone skiing.
Most condos in River Run are good. This one is GREAT. It’s big, is nice. Is true ski in and out.

We stayed as a family of 13 for our first ever ski trip. We had grandparents and grandchildren ranging from age 1 to 67. We chose the Timbers initially because of the size of the unit being able to accommodate us. However, once we arrived we realized it was a perfect location. We were able to ski in and ski out easily and walk even with small children to all of the restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and we had plenty of toilet paper and laundry detergent. The only negative to our stay was the upstairs bedroom can get a little warm, even in December. Overall I highly recommend for a family traveling to Keystone. We hope to return!

The staff was very rude and careless with any requests that we asked , We stayed at timbers for the last 7 years never had any issues with satff until this time. It was very unpleasant communicating with the staff ,i tried to requset couple of things , they were very carelss didnt care ...we wont be returning or booking through summit rentals . Especially that we pay and get top notch houses. They definitely lost us as a customer. Horrible customer service.

Dishwasher was broke, cable in living room not working. I contacted property management and didn’t get any help till 48 hrs later, only after repeatedly calling. Dust bunnies all over the walls , some food caped on a few dishes in cabinets, just seemed to be not very well taken care of. Overall, a good location and a nice place to stay, just a bunch of small things that added up to be disappointing.

Had a very easy trip both from check-in to check-out at the spot. Location, amenities, condo itself, all worked out perfectly. We knew there was only 1 parking spot ahead of time so wasn't an issue. The owners/managers were very communicative throughout the stay and responded to all requests promptly. Would stay again!

The place was big enough that we did not feel on top of each other. Plenty of "supplies" for cooking, sleeping, towels etc. We did have an actual roof leak right on top of one bed and a large water bubble in the ceiling in another room. I left a rather large "honey do" list that should be done before the next renter.

The condo was perfect for our large family! There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was great for ski in and ski out. We have several children of differing abilities, so it made it easy for us to bring some of them in when they got tired. The hot tub and pool we’re great amenities. The managers were easy to get in contact with. We had no complaints!

We just came back from a weekend get away at the Timbers. This property was amazing! It was in a perfect location and provided plenty of space for eleven family members. My only complaint would be the parking arrangements. They only provide one parking space per rental. Otherwise, I would highly recommend staying at this property. We loved the hot tub!

Loved everything about the condo other than the parking. With such a big condo holding 12 or more people, one parking spot was not enough although we handled it. That is the only issue we had. The rest of the condo was excellent. Wouldn't change anything. We had a wonderful time.

We stayed here for a work conference. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. The unit is very well equipped and has just about everything you could need. It was very nice that each room had access to it's own bathroom. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. It would have been nice to have a little bigger dining table as we had some work associates over one evening and did not have enough space. There is also a very nice deck with seating if it is warm.My only complaint is the parking situation. You get one underground parking space only. There are 6 spaces in front of the building for the entire building. Is those are taken there is no where else to park unless you drive out to the parking lot by the village area. This is too far to walk back from.

We had a heating and stove issue which were taken care of efficiently and professionally. We have stayed at the Timbers when ever we are in Keystone. Wonderful people to work with and the location and amenities are well worth staying at this facility.

Surprisingly spectacular
It was hard booking this property given the price, however, upon our arrival we were extremely impressed! The ski-in ski-out was absolutely amazing, especially during night skiing. The kitchen was great (used the slow cooker for tacos), the balcony was refreshing, and the building was friendly. Highly reccomend!

This property is clean, spacious and steps away from the lift. Keurig, waffle makers, and good cutlery are just a few of the nice conveniences in the fully equipped kitchen. You never have to leave this property. There are restaurants, coffee shops, apparel stores, etc. in River Run village which is within (very close) walking distance.

Great location but needs updates
This condo was so close to the slopes at Keystone! It was definitely ski in/ski out. It was a short walk or drive to the River Run Village shopping area. It was great to have access to a pool and hot tub and ski lockers. The condo definitely needed some updating though. A fresh coat of paint and new rugs would improve the somewhat tired appearance. There were broken pantry doors and a steam shower that didn't work. The cleaning was just ok, There were hairs in some showers. Also, it was pretty inconvenient to have only one parking spot for our party of 12. Luckily, we were able to park two cars at the Summit County Reservations lot, but it took some time driving back and forth between lots to drop off extra vehicles.

Great spot for bridal party
I recently stayed in the Timbers with my bridesmaids the weekend of our wedding. It was a great spot to get ready in and plenty of natural light for photos. We loved the convenience to the River run gondola. Only complaint is there needs to be more parking spots for a house that sleeps 14. One spot is not enough.
