We had 3 couples and 3 young kids and there was plenty of beds and room for visiting. The view is spectacular and there is easy access to the beach. There was quick response time from the rental company. Overall the experience was awesome!

Check in went very easy code worked the first try. Location, view, directions were great. Our disappointment/concerns. We had to plunger the kitchen sink right off as it was draining slow. The toilet on the main was slow, and the shower flow on the main bath was very low. As an owner I would want to know because they may have a pipe or pluming issue. The stove top was damaged and slow to boil. The oven was a 100 degrees off. At those rates I expect better. The owners must know because they just stuck a thermometer in the oven. The toilets are not ADA they are to low. There were very specific rules for the garbage cans but two of the three were full when we got there. Bamboo, paint cans, garbage. Then to be threatened about a fee for garbage bags left next to the cans was disconcerting. We felt that the requests for the towels and sheets washed was fair. Everything else was great and the view and location was fantastic. Being handicapped it was wonderful to be so close to the beach. It was beautiful weather and mom and daughter had a relaxed and low key Mother’s Day weekend. Thank you.

House is large, plenty of bedrooms, great location in lincoln city, hot tub was great. 7 steps to the beach is not true. Staircase to beach is closer to 20 stairs. If you have little ones or guests with mobility issues you may want to think about it. Home was mostly clean, kitchen had issues. Fridge was dirty and was warm on arrival. Cooled down after about 12 hours. Rental management company was helpful.

The home was easy to enjoy. Vintage rooms, comfortable beds, clean upstairs and down, close to town. Managing the stairs and small spaces (little showers, kitchen nook, cozy bedrooms) was perfect for us! The living room couches were clean and comfortable. The fireplace masonry and the beautiful woodwork of the ceilings and pine wood is 100% charm. The home was well insulated and quiet. The flat screen TV was unobtrusive and easy to use. Quick access to the beach via stairs from the front yard. The kitchen had the typical odd assortment of utensils, pans, dishes. If you like brand new everything and lots of room, this would not be a place you'd enjoy, but we love quaint, cozy, rustic - and it was a real treat to get to stay in an original home built so well from the 1920s. We LOVED it. The showers are TINY so if you're big body people or super tall, this home would be very challenging. We stayed in the little loft room with the angled ceiling and loved waking up to the ocean view from its little attic window. None of the bedrooms have a view of the ocean but the dining room and living rooms have it all - spectacular view from where it matters most.

However, we have noticed that a couple things desperately need to be updated. The old key entry with it's antiquated system has to go. Going down to the kitchen entry, opening the lockbox, getting the key, unlocking the door, putting the key back, running upstairs to manually unlock the upstairs door while guests are waiting in the rain to unload their luggage, etc. This process has to be done each time you leave the house. Electronic door locks with codes available that can be assigned to each guest group are cheap and easy to use. Guests could unlock the upper area and unload immediately upon arriving. PLEASE UPDATE!!! We also had trouble charging our phones, etc. Several outlets are not working and I worry about old wiring being a safety issue. We at least need modern USB chargers placed in bedrooms, living rooms, charge our phones/computers. This is also a cheap fix. Other issues, there is nothing in the description online that says there is now a Keurig coffee maker..we brought ground coffee because there's always been a drip coffee maker - we had to run to the store to get coffee pods and most of us have them at home. The drip coffee maker that is there doesn't work, it dumps grounds into the coffee. Toilets need updating and microwave needs to be replaced; TV remote controls and system are ridiculous to figure out, needs a combo remote that works all. I'm a techy, and even I had to struggle to figure it out. We called your help number printed on the papers on the coffee table and got no answer and no call-back.

We had a great time at this property. Plenty of room for 4 women to spread out and enjoy time away. The hosts were very responsive and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

If you are a family who eats meals out or orders in, this is a family unit that works. If you enjoy cooking elaborate meals or bbq with family not so much. Large table does not match with tiny kitchen, or NO lawn chairs on lawn as beautiful picture shows. The Do Nots are overwhelming

Loved this home with lots of character and charm. Cozy feeling, but plenty of room for the 10 of us. We especially liked the easy access to the beach and big picture windows of the ocean. We would stay here again.

Our family of seven adults spent Christmas at the beach and it will be one to remember due to that beautiful oceanview being right there especially with high tide! The house was charming and comfy. Loved the gas fireplace. Plenty of sleeping room. Loved our walks on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, cozy house. It felt like a home not just a rental. Everything worked, the kitchen is small but well stocked with good pots and pans, utensils etc. We found everything we needed. The views from the front windows was fabulous!

The house location and view is great. The entire house was poorly cleaned. There was gloves under the kitchen table seat cushions. Stuff under beds and couches. They should not advertise there is a hot tub. Only 3 jets work in it. So it’s unusable. This home could be very special with a hot upgrade and better cleaning service.

We all (5 sisters) had a great time it was a really big house with 5 bedrooms .. which was great! The ocean view was amazing!!! The pictures don’t do it Justice!!!! We would love to stay there again … maybe with some of our grandkids

Cozy place to stay. Plenty of room for preparing you family meals. Playing games. Time at the beach. Really handy hose to wash up outside. Kids loved the cabin dormers to sleep in. The issues we have is a very limited amount of bathroom tissue/paper towels. For over $500/night we should not have to worry about running out. Also, the number of towels, glasses, wine glasses, dishes in general should be enough to handle all guests (8) reported. We had to locate the storage for towels in the laundry room for a set. Plus we ended up using plastic cups at times because of the lack of glasses, etc. Small juice-size cups and small wine glasses would be welcome.

As pictured, very nice space, everything works, hot tub was a nightly way to unwind, recover from hiking and watch the sunset, nice big kitchen table fit the 9 of us, high chair was appreciated, only suggestion is the towels and rugs could be newer, really lovely to watch and hear the surf

A little to much chemicals in the hot tub and low water, but opening it and letting sit awhile helped the chemical smell to dissipate some. I would most definitely choose this place again!

6 high school friends from 56 years ago, one of them an exchange student from Norway, met at your house and had an awesome reunion making memories to last the rest of our lives with our foreigner friend! We may be back as the house was perfect...location was perfect. We loved everything about it, except maybe the oven! The temperature was hard to gauge, and it didn't ever get up to temp to cook our pizza's, but we kept them in there and ended up burning the crust of one pizza.

Property as described. Plenty of spaces for 2 families + grandma. Well equipped.
