Majestic bayfront home. 450’ pier w/ boat access, crabbing, fishing, & swimming.
Une belle maison située sur le côté de la baie de Grand Isle. Nous avons un quai de 400 'de pêche avec de superbes couchers de soleil. Notre maison est assez grande pour accueillir plusieurs familles. Nous avons un bar intégré à l'intérieur, parfait pour se divertir ou se détendre pour boire un après-midi. Nous partageons le quai de 400 pieds avec le camp voisin. Il n'y a pas de bordereau de bateau pour ce camp, si vous souhaitez garer votre bateau sur la jetée, veuillez utiliser le côté droit de la jetée. (Côté droit - si vous regardez la baie).
Une des chambres au 2ème niveau. Il dispose d'un lit double et de lits superposés.
Beaucoup de places sur notre porche qui donne sur la baie; avec des balançoires et des chaises. Nous avons un porche blindé qui est parfait pour faire bouillir les crabes. Nous fournissons une fosse de barbecue avec un réservoir de propane, un pot de crabe et un brûleur. Il y a une station de nettoyage du poisson et une machine à glace.
Cuisine extérieure avec réfrigérateur, congélateur, cuisinière, four, évier, micro-ondes, table de cuisine, grande machine à glaçons, bacs à crabe, casseroles, cafetière et plus.

Our overall stay was wonderful. The description, amenities and location was wonderful. The host was wonderful to communicate with. The camp was top notch. I would recommend for anyone to stay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One suggestion we would be to put a concrete pad under the camp for boiling so it is easy to clean and doesn’t smell. Also, maybe try to consider adding a small window unit to the apartment bathroom.

This was the perfect house for our family. Very spacious and well equipped with everything you need to cook and boil seafood. We really enjoyed fishing and crabbing off the pier. The sunrises and sunsets did not disappoint...Beautiful!!! We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Melanie for sharing it with my family!

Obviously this fully-equipped camp was more than two people needed, but we certainly made use of its’ many amenities…….the large kitchen with all the equipment we needed for preparing meals; the master bedroom with plenty of chest storage for clothing; numerous large closets; and several convenient bathrooms.
Husband loved having the lower level for all his fishing equipment and where he could clean and cook his catches.
Obviously the dock saw a LOT of use as my husband could fish 24/7!
My favorite space? Sitting in a chair on the upper porch and taking in the sunsets. Those GORGEOUS sunsets!!
Melanie and Bill were the MOST gracious hosts with treats, helpful suggestions, and making us feel so very welcome to their beautiful camp and we can’t thank them enough!

The Grand Isle beach house for our buddies' fishing bachelor party was nothing short of amazing. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the awesome pier and the breathtaking view it offered.
The pier allowed us to fish right from the comfort of the house, making it a fisherman's dream. We caught some memorable catches and enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the water.
The house itself was spacious and comfortably slept all of us, making it ideal for a group getaway. The amenities were top-notch, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking up our fresh catches.
The location on Grand Isle provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. It was a fantastic mix of relaxation and adventure, and we couldn't have asked for a better spot for a bachelor party. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a coastal retreat with a fantastic pier and stunning views.

This house is absolutely gorgeous, everything you can possibly need is included. Spent a lot of time fishing off the new pier which is fantastic and big enough for any size group! Beach is close, we used golf carts to go over and enjoy that daily. Highly recommend, host was very responsive!

Very roomy, large back porch with amazing view, screened porch for suppers or boils, 2 kitchens, commercial ice machine was awesome to have, close to the beach, private lighted pier. This home / camp was an excellent spot for our annual college and lifelong friends fishing trip to Grand Isle. The home was 'as advertised' providing a great layout for a weekend of good times! We plan to book again - for sure! Communication with owner was fantastic!

This house has every comfort you could ask for — comfortable rooms, great kitchen spaces, and absolutely gorgeous views. We watched dolphins play in the bay every morning, to our delight. We are looking forward to going back once the pier has been restored. Melanie was a very accommodating and communicative host.

My fiancé rented this VRBO for his bachelor party. They had ten guys that went down to bay fish. The boys loved the property & all the amenities it had to offer. Their favorite part was having the pool table. The property manager was excellent at communication even before we booked the listing. We would 100% recommend this property for a family or friend getaway.

This property has everything you need. It is centrally located on the island and close to restaurants, grocery stores and bars. The views are unbelievable, the breeze on the deck makes the evening sunsets pleasant and enjoyable and the property is immaculate. This property is a great spot for a family reunion, business trip, bachelor trip or a guys weekend to enjoy fishing. Very versatile!

From beginning to end, our family gathered and enjoyed this property to the fullest. The kitchen and living room were very spacious and comfortable for our large group. An added bonus was the pool table. The bedrooms had room for our pack-n-plays for the 3 little ones. The two main level bathrooms were great. The only downside was the third full bathroom located on the second level didn’t have an A/C window unit, so it was too hot to use. All outside decks are very nice and have plenty seating available. The sunsets are gorgeous!

Great week on the island
Better than advertised with more individual sleeping space than expected. We will have to return soon to experience the rebuilt pier and dock and watch the dolphins every morning. Pool table was a fun way to spend time as a family. Loved having two kitchens. So close to the beach. We had a wonderful experience.

Excellent Bayside camp
Great views and great dock on the bay. Caught crabs and trout off the dock. Nice outdoor kitchen for cooking them. Easy golf cart ride to the beach. Very good place for a big group.
