Location only

AC units in above beds leaked/dripped on us in both rooms. One room was never cooled had to return to original. Smoked smell heavily. Dirty stove/range black cooked food left on stove range. Base board's had lots of dirt and floors.

Location is good - situated in the middle of Grand Isle. There is a nice courtyard that's shaded and the beach is right over the sand dune.

My only complaint is the overuse of the air freshener. It was overwhelming.

The location was right on the beach, which was perfect. Staff was friendly and accommodating! If we ever end up in the area again, we would stay here for sure!

The only thing that could have been better was there were alot of shops and things that were closed that we weren't aware of. There was nothing at any fault of the hosts... the area was still nice.

Great location with easy beach access! Cute cottage with ocean view. It was very clean and homey

Literally the only complaint I have is there were no baking sheet to use in the oven

Location was great!!

The cottages were not well equipped . There was not enough outdoor seating on porches or end tables to set anything Not enough outlets for today's electronics Not enough silverware or utensils for grilling There were no towel racks in our first cottage and minimal in our second cottage Handtowels in bathrooms would be very nice not just bath towels and wash cloths. Our first cottage had bathrooms mounted in random locations in the bedroom and bathroom...so bizarre. It was the little things that we look for in any where that we stay. The island itself had minimal restaurant availability due to seasonal timeline and hurricane damage. We understand that this is totally no one's fault, but it is challenging for tourists.

Good location with private patio and distant sea view. Hosts Lisa and Gary were very nice and helpful. They took us to shop to help sort problem with our car key when it would not allow us to open the car doors. Also thanks to Ed in the supermarket who was great.
