Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home, whole house, Only 30 minutes to local beaches.
Niché dans une rue résidentielle calme, cette maison 3 chambres 2 salles de bain a été soigneusement entretenu et décoré avec goût pour offrir un cadre accueillant à nos clients. Le garage double mène à une grande cuisine entièrement équipée, comptoirs coréens, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, gamme de verre surmonté, réfrigérateur / congélateur, lave-vaisselle. Aussi laveuse / sécheuse soigneusement mis dans le coin des armoires de cuisine haute. La cuisine mène à la salle à manger à plan ouvert (siège 8 avec rallonge de table), accès à la salle de Florida Screened Porch par des portes françaises. Salon décoré avec goût avec canapé et causeuse, télévision à écran plat 48 ', films Netflix gratuits, lecteur DVD, câble et connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Chambre principale a un lit queen blanc, salle de bains / douche avec vanité séparée, beaucoup d'espace de rangement. La deuxième chambre a également un lit Queen et placards. Troisième chambre a des lits jumeaux, décorée de couleurs vives pour les jeunes invités, a TV et lecteur DVD pour regarder des films ou jouer à des jeux. Salle de bain principale a jacuzzi à remous ... parfait pour se détendre après une longue journée de visites ou tout simplement jouer sur la plage !! La salle de la Floride arrière, porche filtré est parfait pour se détendre dans la soirée, entendre l'appel du coucher du soleil des oiseaux, avoir un jeu de cartes .. ou discuter juste le jour. Le jardin arrière est entièrement clos avec une clôture de confidentialité, idéal pour les enfants et les animaux domestiques.
Attention à notre lapin sauvage résident 'Roland', il vient généralement visiter tôt le matin et après 17 heures du soir !! Il aime une carotte ou 2 donc n'ayez pas peur de lui donner une petite collation ... tant que c'est végétarien !! Si vous vous promenez dans le quartier, cherchez les paons, plusieurs vivent sauvages dans la région.

From the moment we walked into this property we knew we were going to have a great month. The property was clean and the hosts left little treats when we arrived, which was so appreciated. We loved the backyard in the morning for coffee and listening to the birds and rooster, and found the peacocks. Highly recommend this property for families! Close to shopping and about 30min to beach.

Green Gables was very clean and comfortable for our one month stay in Florida. The purpose of our visit was to escape the northern winter and to work remotely. Green Gables fit the bill for this. We especially enjoyed the sunporch and backyard. The house was clean and comfortable, and was exactly as advertised. We were able to take day trips and explore the area. I would recommend this property to others.

We enjoyed our time in the home. The owners were great to work with. The home not only smelled clean it was clean and I really appreciated that. Decorated nicely for Christmas. We enjoyed cooking, grilling and hanging out in the screened porch and backyard. Being able to use the garage was a bonus. Thanks for having us.

We needed a home close to our fishing destination and this was perfect for us. Nice quiet neighborhood with quick access to groceries and restaurants. All the amenities you could need for a very comfortable stay. Already eyeing the calendar for our next visit.

Graduation Getaway
Myself and my kids were in town for a high school graduation. When we arrived the house was exactly what was pictured, upon entry into the house it was everything that was pictured. This house exceeded my expectations as we literally did not need to go shopping only for groceries for the kids. The arrival treats were great! The rooms were immaculate, there were supplies for the beach that my very adventurous 6yr old daughter found in a closet that I wouldn’t have even looked in that I actually had ordered via Walmart to be picked up later that day and I was able to cancel the whole order. Lorenz was very attentive to our needs, communication was great. All around great property. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Comfortable and well stocked
Perfect rental for my family (2 kids, ages 4 and 8). It felt more like staying with family and not a bare-bones rental like some others we’ve stayed in. Having muffins, fresh fruit, milk and English muffins saved us a trip to the store after our cross-country journey. We loved the quiet ceiling fans in each bedroom, the ample table seating options (indoor or outdoor), the toiletries, nightlights, etc. Would absolutely stay again!

Thank you for your use of your house. Really liked the first day in supplies. Did not have to worry about getting to store right away. House was clean and plenty of supplies to start out with. Area was nice and quiet and located near any type of store you may want. Only complaint that I would have staying for 3 months the beds were not that comfortable.

Fantastic home!
Ginny and Lorenz are wonderful! Their communication from start to finish was very helpful! They are excellent hosts who have thought of every little detail that would make your stay comfortable including leaving breakfast food items for us when they knew we would be arriving late on the first day. The house is beautiful, spacious and very very clean. We were so happy with the entire experience! Would definitely recommend this home and we will definitely be back! Thanks again!!

Very easy checkin. The owners left us a few items to start off with like milk, pastries, and some snacks. They were very willing to help in anyway they could. House was very well stocked with things needed in kitchen, bathrooms etc. we would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay in this beautiful home. The owners could not have been more helpful and made us feel like we were at home by their kind welcoming ways and yummy treats upon our arrival; it was delightful from beginning to end. The home itself is quite accommodating to suit anyone’s needs with comfortable and stylish furniture, beautiful, large and private backyard, but above all, it had everything and anything one could ever want or need to spend a fun vacation. Nice property
The house was very clean and roomy. The host provided some fruit and muffins, also milk and eggs. The fact that they allow pets is what sold me as that is not very common. There is a peacock across the street that we saw on the roof! Definitely recommend this property.

O my gosh y'all!
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Close to our son, close to shopping (if you want/need to). That back porch! I never wanted to leave it. We were there during Christmas, we walked into a Christmas tree, little goodies, ...it was like walking into your own home. We will definitely try to book there again!!

Our last night there we were hungry in the middle of the night and I scrambled up some eggs and we had those with a scone. We do quite a bit of travelling and most rentals are ran by rental companies that do not provide anything extra for comfort. So these extra touches were so appreciated. The home was lovely and clean. Yard was perfect for our dogs to run around in. We will be back for sure.

Little things go a long way!
Our stay was wonderful. The best part was the small things like providing a high chair for our baby, beach items, laundry detergent, and leaving us some breakfast items upon check in. Our kids loved the jet tub. The outdoor shower was a pleasant surprise!

Great place for a family vacation stay
Lorenz and Ginny have a nice house, in a quiet neighborhood, where you won't be bothered. This was the second time we stayed there, and we were just as happy this time as we were last Christmas. We'll definitely be back, as we have great-granddaughters to come visit, and this house is a perfect place for several of us from Georgia to stay, and it's even a nice place for the locals to join us for an afternoon or evening. Definitely a thumbs up!

Excellent Stay
This property is very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, close to stores/restaurants, and well-situated for excursions in the Palm Bay and Melbourne area. Lorenz and Ginny answered all our questions very quickly. We especially appreciated the long dining table (two leaves available) and eight chairs, which made our large family dinners very enjoyable! We used almost all of the appliances without any issues. We enjoyed the jetted spa tub in the main bathroom (which works really well). It was also nice to have a private bathroom in the master bedroom. We highly recommend this property.

Great Location - Great Place to Stay
Where do I begin? We chose this property to come visit our granddaughter's family (with great-granddaughter!!), as well as taking our daughter and other granddaughter with us, and it was a great place to call our home base. We could all sit around the living room and relax, the sleeping arrangements were great, and the amenities, well, they were great.
The hosts had set up a Christmas tree, so that was a great finishing touch, where we could put all of the presents for that beautiful great-grandbaby. What a great special touch!
There's a washer and dryer, and with that many people in the house, that is a real bonus. The master bath gave my wife and me the privacy that we so desire, and while we didn't use the back yard, it was beautiful and looks to be mostly private, and if we'd had time (with all of our other activities) that baby would have loved playing in that back yard.
Oh, and Lorenz and Ginny are awesome hosts. They're very friendly, and seemed to be willing to help out with any problems we may have had, though we didn't have any. They have provided a great set of directions for all of the various things (washer, dryer, tv, satellite, dvd, and so on), and a list of places to go, as well.
I've stayed in about 6 or 8 different VRBO properties (more than my profile shows, because I had to recreate my account a year or so ago), and I can't think of one that was a nicer place. Since we have a granddaughter and great-grandbaby living in the area, I have no doubt that we'll be back.

We had such a wonderful time. This house was just beautiful, with so much attention paid to details. Check in was a breeze, even though we arrived quite late. On entering this home we were taken back by how lovely and warm it was. Lorenz left us a little welcome gift of bakery items and fruit which were appreciated and enjoyed. Everything one might need on vacation was supplied from pails and shovels for the beach to pots and pans in the kitchen. The porch was an extra treat. We loved having coffee in the morning in that beautiful space. We are looking forward to to returning in the near future. We strongly recommend these accommodations when in the Palm Bay area! We could not have asked for more! Definitely 5 stars!!

Nice and cozy
We were shocked to see that they’ve been renting the house for 14 years and it was very nice and cozy there and I was reading through their guestbook and everyone seemed to have a great experience as much as we did I would definitely Recommend it and will probably be staying there more often since our kids will be going to college up there

Great location with everything we needed!
Clean, well maintained home with plenty of space to relax. The little details made all the difference ... toys in the closet for the kids, coffee in the cabinet, and milk and eggs and water bottles in the fridge! We really appreciated the thoughtfulness of plenty of extras!
