Charming Beachfront Vacation Home On Crystal Lake: Sept & Oct 2024 Available!
Ce chalet entretenu avec amour a une vue magnifique et une plage privée avec quai sur Crystal Lake. Le chalet est propre et spacieux, 10 couchages avec un parking pour 3 voitures. 4 chambres (3 au niveau supérieur, 1 au niveau principal), 3 salles de bain complètes. Il y a un lit king dans chacune des grandes chambres à l'étage, 4 lits jumeaux pleine taille (2 ensembles de lits superposés) dans la troisième chambre (au niveau supérieur) et un lit king dans la quatrième chambre (au premier étage). Tous les meubles et lits sont neufs depuis l'hiver 2011.
Salon spacieux / coin télévision sur le palier du niveau supérieur, cuisine entièrement équipée avec appareils électroménagers améliorés, salles à manger et salons ouverts avec parquet en chêne, superbe cheminée en pierre des champs, excellente vue sur le lac depuis presque toutes les pièces, balcon supérieur. Salle familiale au rez-de-chaussée avec télévision à écran plat 42 'et DVD, 2 canapés pleine grandeur, coin bureau, terrasse à l'extérieur de la salle familiale avec meubles de patio et barbecue au charbon. Salle de lavage adjacente à la cuisine avec laveuse et sécheuse.
La plage et les commodités - une belle plage de sable, un foyer et un bassin de baignade sont fournis, du bois de chauffage est également fourni pour le foyer. Le chalet est situé sur la rive sud de Crystal Lake et fait face presque au nord. Il n'y a pas de marches à la plage, c'est juste en face de la belle pelouse. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour profiter de la plage, du foyer et jouer à des jeux.
Notre propriété est adjacente à la Betsie Valley Trail. Faire du vélo ou marcher à Beulah est de 1,4 miles et à Frankfort est un agréable 8 miles. Nous sommes à proximité de Crystal Mountain Resort & Spa, de Frankfort Lighthouse & Beach, de Riverside Canoe et de Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Venez voir cela et plus encore, il y a tellement de choses à apprécier. Crystal Lake vous tiraillera le cœur. Il y a une raison pour laquelle notre famille a des locataires qui viennent chaque année depuis plus de 20 ans; c'est l'été comme il devait l'être.

Our 2 families had a great stay at this property on Crystal Lake. It was our first trip to Michigan and I was impressed by the beauty of the lake itself and the peacefulness of the area. The location of the house is perfect- right on the lake with a very large grassy yard area too. Our kids all loved swimming, fishing, and kayaking in the lake as well as playing in the yard. The house was a great size for 2 families with 2 separate living rooms and a large fully equipped kitchen. The owners live in the house next door and were very friendly and hospitable. They even smoked some fish for us that we caught on a fishing charter!

We had a wonderful week staying with Stephanie and Erik. The house and property are well- appointed, private, and beautiful with easy access to town by car or on the Betsie Valley trail. We felt relaxed and right at home!

Our extended family of 10 had an amazing week at this beautiful house. We loved the layout of the property - the waterfront is right across the lawn, so we could easily go back and forth from the house without lugging a lot of stuff. The lake is gorgeous - perfectly clear water and not too cold for swimming. We rented kayaks and stand up paddle boards from Adventure Sports in Beulah and used them every day.
One of our favorite things about this location was the bike path right behind the house. It’s a short easy bike ride or walk into Beulah where we enjoyed the shops and restaurants. Or for the more adventurous, the trail goes all the way to the shore of Lake Michigan in Frankfort, which is a fun ride or run.
The house was very well equipped; there wasn’t anything we needed that we couldn’t find. We were even pleasantly surprised to find inflatable water tubes and sand toys.
We liked that we were dealing directly with the owners when booking, not a property management company. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive to messages. They live next door and came over to say hello when we first arrived. They were in and out of the garage storage area at the house a few times, but mostly we didn’t see them all week.
The only negative thing I can say about the house is that the bed pillows were pretty old and flat — you may want to bring your own if you book this place.
All in all, highly recommend! We hope we’ll be able to come back someday!

The property is located in a private, quiet area with Crystal Lake right out the backyard. With three couples, we enjoyed the number of beds & baths not normally available in lake homes.
The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed cooking several meals while there. Having a second tv available in the second floor sitting room gave the guys a space to watch sports. The bedrooms were spacious and the property was clean and well-maintained. We enjoy the walking trails as we walked into Beulah one day. The fire pit was really nice and we used the indoor wood burning fireplace on those damp, chilly nights. The weather was not super cooperative, but we were able to enjoy our getaway very much. We were close enough to wineries, fishing, lighthouses and shopping but really enjoyed returning to a quiet piece of paradise.

The dining chairs were in poor shape and we had to repair them ourselves. 4 bedrooms but only 3 bathrooms. Hard to share one with kids.
The firepit was great for s’mores. Overall a good place to stay.

It is a beautifully decorated lake house. We enjoyed our stay. A few things need replacing: both living couches are very uncomfortable to sit on and get up from. The large bedroom upstairs needs a new mattress. The side close to the door drops down when 2 people lay on the bed. Otherwise we had a great time here.

We all had a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable. The house provided space and areas to offer privacy for those needing it. Weather was glorious. We walked to town several times, but when we come again I would definitely bring bikes. The hosts, Stephanie and Eric, were so gracious. Thank you again. Hope to be back soon.

This is our 2nd time staying here. Clean, open 1st floor great for hanging out. Beautiful waterfront, Great Lake for swimming. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. Quiet location yet close to downtown for dining and shopping. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly.

This was our first time to Crystal Lake and there was so much to explore. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. The lake in the backyard and the bike trail in the front yard were the highlights. We brought bikes and rode on the bike trail everyday. Tennis courts, playground, coffee shop, restaurants and shops are a short bike ride away. Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore and Traverse City were great day trips. Arcadia Bluffs is a golfers paradise and a great place for dinner where you can enjoy views of Lake Michigan. The house was well stocked with everything you need. We had a great time!

5 stars!!! We have been visiting Northern Michigan properties for 30 years. This is by far the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in and the most well equipped kitchen. Property was beautiful. Views from living room and kitchen were perfect. Enjoyed the fireplace too.

We had an enjoyable return visit to this cottage on Crystal Lake. It’s good size and located about 20 minutes away from Crystal Mountain, and just a few minutes away from local shops and restaurants. Property owner was very accommodating as well.

What a pleasant find on Crystal Lake! Wonderful secluded property on the water w/ a wide, sandy beach. Large grassy backyard w/ pretty white birch trees between house and lake. Interior of the home is very open and spacious w/ nice separation of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen w/ all sorts of appliances! Two family gathering areas- one downstairs and one upstairs. Nice primary bedroom retreat w/ lakeside covered porch. Fireplace and outside fire pit. Home sits right on the Betsie Valley Trail- great for walking into Beulah or biking to Frankfort. Extremely gracious hosts Stephanie and Erik. Not sure you can find a genuinely nicer home to rent on all of Crystal Lake!

We had a great stay in mid-October. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 to spread out. Even though the weather was cold and rainy, we enjoyed cozying up by the fireplace and taking in the fall scenery and the local towns.

Beautiful house. Responsive welcoming owners. Lovely beach and dock, Gorgeous sunrises. A nice walking/biking trail adjacent to the property. Easy driving distance to Frankfort, Arcadia Dunes, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, and the wineries of the Leelenau Peninsula.

Property was very clean, and very well stocked. Kitchen had all the required appliances and more even though we did spend most nights out in the local town.
The rooms were very spacious and can definitely provide a vacation for multiple families.
All in all we had a fantastic vacation, the private beach was where I found my girls pretty much all the time, the trails are great for walking/biking and easy access to the 2 towns.
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to get away from every day life and chores. My girls are already planning their next visit on the way home from this one.
You will be very pleased when you book this rental.

This home is a perfect location with plenty of room and all you need for a lake house. However the home needs LOTS of TLC. The refrigerator is dated and has no door shelves left. There are no baking dishes and many of the frying pans need to be replaced. The toaster didn’t work and there were ants all over the kitchen. The upstairs guest shower has little to no pressure and the mixing valve doesn’t work to provide any hot water. The A/C failed but the owners were aggressive about getting it repaired immediately which was nice. This could be a nice home but for $5600/week it should’ve been much better and it needs lots of work.

We had our family vacation here. The house was clean, well equipped and quiet. The waterfront area is great for swimming,, very shallow then gradually deepens. The water bottom is rocky so I would recommend water shoes. Bike/walking trail runs just behind the house for easy access. Easy bike ride into downtown Beulah. Host was very nice and told us the interesting history behind the property. Already booked for next year!

Well equipped kitchen! Nice to have sheets and towels ready to use. The comforters and blankets need to be cleaned after weekly usage. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and the weather was great!

Great Place for family gathering.
Beautiful property, well-maintained, super clean. Backs to Crystal Lake near charming town of Beulah. Little cold for swimming this time of year but crystal clear lake perfect for boating and wading. Best equipped kitchen I’ve ever encountered in a rental. It had everything.. Lots of small local restaurants in Beulah and neighboring towns. Don’t miss the Sleeping Bear dunes or the Lake Michigan beaches if you are a hiker.

Wonderful stay!
The home is very spacious, clean and comfortable having everything we needed to accommodate our family and make it a great vacation for everyone. The owner was very responsive and helpful making sure we had a good stay. The home sits directly on the magnificent Crystal Lake for easy access to water activities and is also in close proximity to many other attractions in the area. Wonderful vacation!

The communication with Stephanie and her husband was fantastic and our favorite thing was the most amazing all grass lawn between the house and crystal lake. Gorgeous views, fun for kids and spacious inside!

This property was perfect for a week on Crystal Lake. We had friends and family for the Labor Day weekend. We enjoyed the the lake and the home very much. The house was very clean and a great space.Being on the bike trail is a big plus.When booking be aware that there is an extra charge for parking in the driveway ! I have never seen this before and when I asked the owner there was no explanation or reply.
