Beautiful river view and conveniently located. But, the place could definitely use an update and refresh, including an update and cleaning of the cabinets, utensils, pots and pans etc. But it is a very good set up for a larger group with plenty of beds and bathrooms, and a cozy living area.

We stayed here during late spring and it is so well appointed and charming! The beds are SO COMFY and we could spend hours just sitting on the deck watching / listening to the river. Feels super private, yet a 5 minute walk into town.

Jessica’s condo gave us an amazing stay at Breckenridge. The location is walking distance from both the Peak 9 quicksilver chair and the town itself while still being quiet and comfy. The place itself was great and Jessica was extremely responsive, answering every question we had preparing for this visit very quickly. Jessica also responded to a faucet issue immediately, getting a plumber in after we noticed it was leaking, preventing any longer term issues. I would absolutely consider rebooking again in a future trip to Breckenridge.

This condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and even though it was a smaller condo for two families they used the space very efficiently. Large seating area for two families to play games and watch tv. There was even dining for two families. The best part was the location. We could walk to the lift in 5min which was great with young kids. Also the walk to town was quick as well and there was no need to worry about getting a parking spot while eating/shopping.
We were able to relax and enjoy each others company while making great memories. We played a lot of games after boarding which they provided.
I would recommend this place and will definitely be staying there again.

This is our second time on this place and we love it every time. Jessica is super nice and very communicative. The house is tidy and clean. And the view is something out of this world. Makes us feel like we were inside of a Christmas movie .

Had a fantastic stay at this condo in Breckenridge! Location on Blue River was wonderful-water feature right outside our doors and my husband and granddaughter able to fish!!! Walk into town was a short stroll so didn't have to move car once. Made the hike to the Breckenridge Troll that is just up the road from condo-a must see. Looking forward to future stays and this property.

Perfect location and gorgeous accommodations. We loved being able to listen to the creek rush by, being in the quiet amongst the tree's and still within an easy 5 min walk to the village and its shops and restaurants! The condo was decorated beautifully with attention to extra details like games and a fully stocked kitchen! We would highly recommend staying here!

This is our second time staying at this amazing condo. The host is so accommodating and friendly. The location is perfect on the Blue River. We loved opening the windows and listening to the river while we played the games that the host provided and while we cooked or ate meals. And the path right out of the condo next to the river down to Maggie pond and Main Street was our favorite part. Also there was plenty room for everyone and the fact that there are three full baths is perfect!! The first time we stayed here we stayed for a month. This time we stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave!!

Jess is by far the best host we have had on VRBO! Attentive, kind, helpful! She deserves an A++! Condo was clean and cozy. Coffee on the balcony in the morning was heavenly. We loved being able to walk to town for dinner or breakfast. Our favorite dinner spots were: Aurum, Rootstalk and Radicato. Lunch: Pho Real. Breakfast: Lolo Juice and La Francaise. Both bedrooms have exterior doors that are locked from the inside. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Great location and owners.

This home was just right for a weekend in Breckenridge with my two friends. Many mountain rentals are packed with run down, oversized, outdated furnishings. This one is spacious, complete with a beautiful kitchen and otherwise had what we needed. My favorite features are the gas fireplace connected to the thermostat and the views of the creek from the couch. The kitchen has just about everything you’d need. You might consider bringing a personal humidifier for the bedroom if you aren’t used to mountain air. And to the extent you’re skiing, it’s not exactly ski in/out as there are a few hundred yards you’ll need to walk to peak 9’s Quicksilver loft. Overall, a great place for small groups seeking solitude.

We had an amazing time at Breck. Very cosy, warm and big condo. Very well located too! ski in/out-near downtown. No car needed! The owner Jess was very attentive. It was very easy to communicate with her. Thanks Jess for hosting us. The after ski was wonderful too with lots of restaurants and shops near by. The resort is huge and high. We loved our week there!

The property was perfect for our family's first ski trip. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and even had extras like spices, coffee, ect. The condo felt large for the 4 of us and we loved how it looked out towards the creek/river. It made for a very peaceful view. The owner was also very responsive (best ever) with tips and any questions we had. This was our first time taking our 4 and 3 year olds skiing and they had a blast. The ski lifts were a short walk for us but a little long for the kids in ski boots so we pulled them in a sled. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit is lovely and spacious. The view from the balcony was dreamy! We especially loved the short trail walk to the slopes & shops from the back. We even discovered a little wooden bridge that was perfect covered in snow for an impromptu family portrait! We would love to return in the summer or fall. The only tiny issue we encountered was that the unit was not ready at check in time. we had to wait 40 mins for the cleaning person to finish. We were exhausted from the flight and long car ride so it was a little annoying but Jessica apologized and i guess hurried them up as soon as i messaged her about it. Jessica was also quick to answer any questions even months before we arrived. I definitely recommend!

The location was exactly as described. Beautiful accomodations and very near the downtown area. It was pretty cold while we were there, so we ended up driving most of the time downtown, but it is very accessible on foot as well. Jess is a very responsive host, would highly recommend!

We had 5 adults & a toddler and we’re very comfortable staying here. My son loved playing with all the toys that he found in the living room. It was like a home away from home and we loved the Christmas tree! A beautiful view of the blue river and a beautiful pathway to town. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could possibly need and more. The hot tub is super close and loved that there was a locker room to change. We walked the trail to the lift to snowboard and couldn’t get enough of the beauty. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here!

This was our first visit to Breckenridge and this condo made all the difference in the world as it was very close to one of the main peak ski lifts and walking distance to several other attractions, including restaurants, ski villages, etc.

We like the unit, it is well decorated and total bonus it is on the water. The downsides were the bed pillows are absolutely terrible, oddly there is no toaster, but the cleaning company needs to up their game. There was a used Band-Aid on the bathroom floor, and sticky handles on the fridge and freezer, tons of handprints and some thing liquid that had run down the entire surface of the fridge, that tells us it had not been cleaned. It’s nice there’s an extra bathroom, and the deck on the water was very nice.

Picture Perfect
The condo is exactly as described. It looks like a Hallmark location complete with a beautiful kitchen, cozy fireplace, well appointed bathrooms as well as awesome beds. The flowing river behind the unit is just icing on the cake. Jessica was so easy to communicate with. The snow we had the past several days was just icing on the cake. As for myself, I was very ill most all the time we were there. There was a company whose NP came to the condo and thank goodness he was so professional and helped immediately. I can tell you that the Steak Place she recommended was spot on. Oh my goodness so delicious. I had high hopes of bringing my grand-chidren to this condo in May, however, one of mine has a severe heart issue and I don't think the altitude would be his friend. I am so thankful I was able to check this off of my bucket list. It was perfect.

Perfect ski trip
Such a cute clean place. We loved playing the Wii and having a patio. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to make all our meals. My only suggestion, bring your own pillow! Haha
