The listing was just as described, but if I’m being honest it was even better in person. It was so clean! The location is perfect, a few minutes outside of Cruz Bay makes easy access to the ferry, dining, and shopping. Jessica and family were extremely kind and accomodating. We will definitely be back

Was just perfect for our needs. Felt comfortable and homey. Very clean. Perfect, convenient location to stores and Cruz bay area. I was wondering how it would be to have a family right above us, but honestly, you could barely tell they were there at all - unless you need help with something, then very responsive. I'll probably never get to go back to St. John, but if I did I'd totally stay there again.

This is a great home away from home. House was super clean and Jessie was always easy to contact if we had any questions. Anything that we may have needed for the beach was provided. We really enjoyed our stay here and will book with them again.

This was the first time that I rented from VRBO and I was extremely happy that I chose this property. It was better than I could have imagined. Our host, Jesse, was very friendly and greeted us when we arrived. We had everything we needed to make our vacation very comfortable. The house was very clean and we had plenty of room. The property was in a great location less than 10 minutes from Cruz Bay. I would highly recommend this property, and hope to stay here again.

House was very comfortable and convenient to many things in the Cruz Bay area. The hosts, Jesse and husband were also helpful in getting us started when we first arrived.

It was helpful to have the small items provided. The kitchen is set up well for cooking and there is a dinette table, although it is not shown in the pictures. The living area is very comfortable with multiple ceiling and floor fans and the bedrooms have air conditioning. The location provides close driving distance to Cruz Bay.

Renting a jeep was very important to beach hop on all of the North Shore beaches. It is too far of a walk to Cruz Bay to get a taxi. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and the hosts were very sweet.

Property was conveniently close to Cruz Bay. It was a huge help to have beach chairs and coolers available to us along with the ice maker. Property was clean and the kitchen was great. Host replied quickly to questions and property was easy to find and check-in.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jessie went out of her way to make us comfortable and provide anything that we needed. The apartment is very roomy… We’ve stayed on Saint John several times and this is by far the most elbow room we’ve ever had in a two bedroom. The yard is a nice plus if you’re traveling with children because there’s plenty of space for them to run around and play. The kitchen is fairly large, the refrigerator has an icemaker, and outdoors there was a large chest of beach toys, tent, chairs… Etc. The water in the house is filtered so it’s drinkable which is also nice. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The rental is very clean and has everything that you could possibly need on St John. Jessie and Brian go above and beyond! Great location-close to all of the restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved our time here. Jessie was so kind, and they made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time in St. John. There is a full size kitchen with everything you need. Our daughter loved to play on the play set outside. There was an assortment of sunscreen available to use while we were there. The place is very conveniently located near town. We still enjoyed renting a Jeep to explore the island because there was so much to see. We really enjoyed the tacos and overall experience at Lime Out. You can rent kayaks at Hansen Bay to paddle out to the floating restaurant. Our daughter loved snorkeling, and we were all very happy to see the island rebounding after the recent hurricanes. There is a great sense of community here. Overall, highly recommended!

Was overwhelmed with the attention to details and thoughtfulness towards supplying everything a guest could want. Very convenient location. Clean, updated, roomy, and Brian and Jessie were very friendly and accommodating. Couldn't ask for more and is a great place to bring your family. So what are you waiting for? Book it now!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was a short drive from Cruz Bay and less than a mile from a grocery store, so it was handy to stop in to pick up grocery items on the way to and from Cruz Bay. The apartment seemed to have everything we needed. The kitchen had every imaginable kitchen item, the beds were comfortable and good for my husband who has a bad back. There were beach towels, beach chairs, and some flippers and snorkels. I appreciated having all the light switches labeled. The refrigerator had filtered water and an ice machine. The porch had several comfortable chairs, and was a nice spot to sit outside and read. Jesse and Brian were friendly and available if needed. Pat and Ted

Easy check-in as they live upstairs. But you can’t hear anything, so no worries. Clean, nicely decorated, updated kitchen with all the supplies for cooking. Big enough for two couples. Jessie was quick to respond. Would stay again. Thanks!

We rented the apartment for nearly a month, and had a wonderful time! It was ideal for our family of 4. Jessie and her family went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, whether it was directing us to the best beaches or providing us with plug covers for the baby. The location was perfect for us, easy to get to all of the beaches and Cruz Bay, but still fairly quiet and secluded. We felt comfortable letting our daughter play outside where she really enjoyed the swings and cataloging hermit crabs with Caylee. Even when things got tough, the Daigneaults were so helpful, connecting us with a local nurse when our baby whomped his head or hooking up a generator to make sure our air conditioning was still running when the power went out. Overall, we couldn't ask for anything more and hope to stay here again!

Great family that rents this place out. It is in a great location just down the street from the Westin Resort, for a great price. We will be staying with them again and recomend staying with them when you stay on St.john.

We had a fantastic stay!! The house was absolutely everything we could need! It was very clean, plenty of amenities, 5 min jeep ride from cruz bay, and had 2 grocery stores about 2 min away. We cooked, packed lunches, even grilled on the deck. The owners who live upstairs are so kind... and made sure we knew they were available if we needed anything. They are very kind and friendly, but were sure to give us privacy. Because of the property location, we needed a jeep rental to get to all of the amazing beaches and to town. No problem at all, we knew this beforehand, and had already reserved a jeep. We will definitely not hesitate to stay here again while visiting St. John!

The owners have thought of everything and the cottage is clean and well maintained with ample parking and a comfortable front porch. My husband and I stayed at this "home away from home" condo. It was meticulously kept, clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed for short or longer stays. The owners could not have been more accommodating. The condo was always cool and out of the direct sunlight of St. John. I have already booked our next trip with the owners! As I did not want to get closed out once the word gets out of this hidden gem!

We just stayed here and had a lovely visit. They villa had all the comforts of home. Our children loved playing on the out door play set ( this property is on FLAT land on St John! Practically unheard of on St John). The fully equipped kitchen made our vacation more affordable as we opted to cook many meals in. This condo is a huge two thumbs up for any travel who needs a clean, economical place to St John. Our family used the property to its fullest. We are so grateful to have stayed. In fact the accommodations were so great we left brainstorming of ways we could pay it forward for such an amazing trip. Thank you.

This two bedroom, kitchen, living room and bath is perfect for anyone that wants the amenities of home while in paradise. Only five minutes from town, as well as close proximity to beaches, this is a place we chose to stay as well as highly recommend. The owners always know the best place to shop, who to rent a vehicle from as well as letting us know the hidden gems of the island. The owners are always welcoming and there if you have any questions and concerns ( but there have never been ANY concerns). Highly recommended and we look forward to starting there whenever we visit the island.
