Wonderful time on Dauphin Island with family. This house provided everything needed for our family. Great location! Close to beaches in a quiet neighborhood.

The location is perfect for navigating the island quickly. And since we were going to Homestead Mobile as our main reasoning for coming to Alabama, it wasn’t too far away to still feel far away! We would probably rent again…..

The house was superb. The neighborhood was quiet and the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. I have been to Dauphin Island many times as a child but only ever saw the Sea Lab. It was incredible to experience everything else the Island has to offer.

This was our first trip to Dauphin Island and overall I was impressed! I love this island! This home is great if you’re looking for somewhere well maintained to stay in a quiet area. My only issue was I felt like the check out process was a little confusing. In the paperwork I was emailed it said one thing and the book at the house said another thing. I tried to go by the emailed paperwork. Overall it was a great stay and we hope to be back again!

This is one of our favorite houses we’ve rented on the island. Super clean and well stocked. Nicely decorated. Beautiful view. Rhonda was great - we asked several questions before our trip and she always responded quickly. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend.

Nice property, nice views of the bay We enjoyed our stay. Only drawback for us was the single wide driveway trying to maneuver 2 cars and a boat, so we opted to rent a golf cart for our stay and used it instead of a car, problem solved.

Very beautiful, comfortable house! Recently remodeled (my guess), fully equipped kitchen for cooking. 5-10 minute drive to beach. Take advantage of the parking permits that come with the rental. Dauphin Island is quiet & small town feeling compared to neighboring towns. Great restaurant choices on the island. Property manager Rhonda was amazing to work with & helped us in every way. Looking forward to staying again!

The property was nice and has everything you need. The house sits across the street from the bay so you get to see the sunrise every morning. The house sits on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. It is on the middle of the island so it’s about the same drive to the east or the west beach. It’s pretty close to the main beach with the pier but the walk from the car to the water was more than we cared to make more than once. House is pretty close to the gas stations and store. If you like to fish, there are places across the street and around the corner. I was able to catch some fish there in the morning. Overall the house was fantastic.

Overall pleased, but a few things to note, especially if traveling with younger kiddos : The staircase is exactly like pictured, and my little ones did ok with it, but it is a bit nerve wrecking for mamas. I opted to go with it and it was manageable, but could be very dangerous. The shower door in the bathroom downstairs (the one with the tub) is installed backwards. Not a big deal at all for older kids or adults - but if you’re bathing infants/toddlers it is super inconvenient. You have to get in the tub with them or before them to start the water because the door rolls the opposite way and the faucet can’t be reached from the outside. There is a street light outside of the master bedroom so that room never gets super dark, and sheer curtains in the other upstairs bedroom mean 6 am wake up call for guests sleeping in there. We wake up early anyway, so that wasn’t a huge deal, but I read another review about the sheer curtains so may be worth an update for the property manager! These were just some small inconveniences. Overall, it was nice and we enjoyed our stay. It was clean and decorated nicely. Everything you would need (except I couldn’t find real sugar in the coffee nook 😅) We rented a golf cart so not being right on the beach wasn't a big deal. The best thing was the quietness of the street. I think more locals live down in this area. The entire island seemed pretty quiet and laid back, but this particular location was very relaxed and peaceful! The yard outback is big enough for kids to run around and the living room area is spacious as well so my little ones didn’t feel crammed in.

Very nice quiet area, neighbors are super nice and helpful. Cute, clean house with a great layout for family. Enjoyed watching the planes and boats go by from the front deck. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay on the island. This property was clean and decorated up cute. We appreciated all the extra blankets and comfortable beds. My kids say they enjoyed the games. The only negative we can give is the advertised price didn't correctly give an accurate picture even close to what the total was after the 3 different fees and required property damage insurance. The property itself was great! We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful house in great location. Island is not very big, but was exactly what we were looking for! Short ferry ride to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. This house is on a beautiful island, walking distance to restaurants, beach and bars. Everyone we met was so nice! House was perfect size, beautifully updated and very clean! Thank you for a great spring break for me, my husband, my 14 year old and my mother in law!!!

The location of this property made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to be. The spiral staircase can be a little tricky good thing there is a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor. All the updates that have been done are great. There is plenty of space around the property so when you're sitting on the decks you have privacy. We'll definitely stay again if we go back to Dauphin Island! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The house itself is gorgeous and everything you need for a stay in Daulphin Island is at your disposal. The only negatives are the sheer curtains in the upstairs bedroom with the balcony. You won’t need an alarm clock to wake up in the morning because the sun will let you know it’s time to get up. Other than that, the beds are like sleeping on hard cardboard boxes. I highly recommend a chiropractic visit after sleeping there for a week. The location, the decor, and the house itself is beautiful - absolutely worth the visit. Just be sure to bring some curtains and maybe your own bed.

Beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, porch goes all the way around the house! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would use as if you were at home! The home is very clean and everything you need to clean before you go is there in a closet! One room was even set up with games and toys for the kids! We will be coming back to stay here for sure!

This was a great choice for our family. Everyone had their own space to sleep, but quaint enough that it encouraged interaction in main living spaces. The location is nice, quick trip to the public beaches. Island itself is fantastic. Highly recommend this property. Would stay again here in a heartbeat. We enjoyed our stay. The property was just as it was stated in VRBO. Check-in was perfect as was the check-out. The house was perfect for the two couples that stayed. Perfect location, it was very easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay again.

House was conveniently located to beaches and downtown. It was nice having shower under house to rinse off after a day in the sand. Would come back again and stay again.

The staircase is difficult to navigate, especially when carrying a large suitcase. The living room furniture is not comfortable so we mostly sat on the floor. The shower curtains are molded. Otherwise, it was decent. We would not rent this particular house again though.

My whole family enjoyed our time there. It was a great calming time. Just a short walk to the beach.

With the exception of the shower the place worked out very well. I must mention that I believe the house is backward on the lot. If I decide to return I would certainly consider renting it again.

House had everything we needed. WiFi worked on first try which has never happened before in our travels. A real plus!
