Cette maison de 3br / 2ba, 1700 pieds carrés, Lake a été récemment rénovée avec des planchers de bois franc, de beaux plafonds en pin, des comptoirs en granit et bien plus encore pour une ambiance rustique moderne. Cette cabane est une grande maison d'amusement familial, avec quelque chose pour tout le monde. Il a une salle bonus nouvellement ajoutée équipée de deux téléviseurs, deux canapés avec des lits gigognes en mousse à mémoire de forme queen et une table de baby-foot. La maison dispose également d'une immense terrasse pour faire des grillades en famille, regarder les enfants nager ou se détendre avec un verre de vin tout en profitant d'un magnifique coucher de soleil. Les vues ÉNORMES d'ici ne ressemblent à aucune autre. Il y a aussi un foyer sur le point pour les nuits fraîches avec des guimauves et profiter des vues fantastiques.
La maison se trouve sur un point avec plus de 280 pieds de front de mer et fait face à l'ouest avec une vue magnifique sur le coucher du soleil! Cela suffit à lui seul pour visiter cette maison familiale.
La télévision par câble propose un large éventail de chaînes, y compris ESPN, ESPN2, etc., et WiFi, donc vous ne manquerez aucun de vos matchs de football!
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous vos besoins de cuisine et équipée de tous les appareils en acier inoxydable pour aider à faire un délicieux repas de famille. La table à manger est parfaite pour un dîner en famille tout en profitant de la belle vue sur le lac Martin. Il y a aussi un bar nouvellement ajouté attenant au salon et à la cuisine avec des sièges supplémentaires pour manger. La baignoire à jets dans la salle de bain privée met en évidence la chambre principale qui a un lit queen pour dormir. La chambre 2 a un lit queen, la chambre 3 a deux lits jumeaux, et la salle de bain d'hôtes a une baignoire pleine grandeur avec douche. La salle bonus nouvellement ajoutée est équipée de deux téléviseurs, de deux canapés avec traverses gigognes en mousse à mémoire de forme et d'une table de baby-foot!
REMARQUE: Alabama Power baisse le niveau d'eau du lac Martin de la piscine complète à partir d'octobre et commence à augmenter le niveau d'eau de fin février à mi-mars. Le changement est de 7 à 10 pieds, donc l'eau sortira du quai pendant la majeure partie de cette période. Le lac Martin est à pleine piscine à peu près de la mi-mars au début octobre.

Property was well maintained and clean! Matt, the owner was super helpful as we had questions about the area and where to get a boat rental for the weekend. We will definitely recommend this spot to others and would also like to revisit in the future!

Really enjoyed Lake Martin with easy access to all the water activities. Spent the days fishing, tubing, and swimming around the dock. Kids loved the quiet cove to swim. House had everything we needed. Look forward to a future stay.

This was a perfect home for my family of 5. We rented a boat and it was easy to keep it at the dock. We enjoyed jumping off the dock, set up cornhole to play, and had s’mores at the fire pit after being on the boat for the afternoon. Great vacation. Matt was easy to work with and very responsive while booking and throughout.

We had a blast at Lake Martin! The house was great! Everything was clean. Nicely decorated. Very much enjoyable! The swimming area was great with the concrete steps! The dock was great to tie up the boat and jet skis. The concrete ledge was a life saver while fueling up the jet skis as well!! Great location by land and water! Lots of big water area to play in. And not crowded!
My only grumble (I wouldn't call it a complaint) would be that the A/C had a hard time keeping up and cooling the house on hot days. Especially when you have kids coming in and out. The only time it would get below 75 degrees would be in the morning hours. I might would suggest spraying for spiders outside as well. When we got there you could tell that no one had been on the porch or dock for some time. There were spiders and spider webs everywhere!! We went and got some spray and sprayed them and if I had to guess, we probably killed thousands of spiders. Literally. And I completely understand, it's on the water, in the country, there's going to be spiders. The amount that there were was a little shocking though. Thank goodness there were NONE in the house anywhere! Only outside. I felt much better about that and could sleep easy knowing they were confined to outside. Once we sprayed we didn't see but a few after that.
Even with the A/C lagging a little and the spiders outside, it didn't damper our trip whatsoever! We still had a wonderful time and will absolutely book again!!

We had a wonderful vacation on the lake! The property is a great place to stay. Lots of space for the whole family. Having the dock for our boat is a huge plus and the recent upgrades gave us more space to sit in the sun and fish. We will return!

Property was clean, and provided everything you could need. The views were amazing and the peacefulness of the area helped to rejuvenate us on our short visit. We would love to visit this property again. If there is anything to say, and it is a preference, the king size mattress was uncomfortable for us.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was fully stocked with lots of cooking utensils, pots, and pans. There are loads of games and puzzles that we enjoyed as well. The property is well laid out for large families with comfortable sleeping arrangements. The view of the lake is a fabulous way to wake up and spending the evenings on the pier watching the boats is a great way to end the day. There is a "media room" area where we would play games and watch movies after the sun went down. It is an easy drive over to Auburn University. We rented a pontoon boat for a few days and the pier has lighting and tie-downs for the boat. We would for sure stay in the property again and recommend it.

5th time here and it's great! We love the location, on a beautiful point of the lake, wonderful views and quiet spot. Lots of outdoor space to spread and hang out. The game room/extra den is always a hit for the younger folks. We have come with two couples and kids and also just our family with some extra kids. The owners are very responsive. We have stayed here for several Auburn game weekends, about 30'ish minutes from Jordan Hare. Would definitely recommend.

The location is just as pictured and the house was very well stocked with all linens, basic cleaning supplies and even paper towels. We’ve stayed places where you got one towel each and one roll of toilet paper; but not here!
Due to some rescheduling on our part we had lots of communication with the owners and they always replied promptly and went out of their way to help us. We highly recommend this house!

This is a Great Lake front property. The water is clear and you can swim right from the dock area. The fire pit out in the point was a nice addition and we found firewood at the grocery store in Dadeville. Overall this is an excellent property with and excellent host.

The house is just as the listing boasts. Great location on the lake, not a lot of traffic. We had a fantastic time fishing and swimming. The kitchen is fully stocked and very user friendly. We grilled out most nights. Definitely a keeper!
