Beachouse - Pacific Grove Beach House - Amazing Ocean Views
Mettez les voiles pour les vacances ultimes: vous serez "roi du monde" dans cette maison de plage incroyable. Avec une vue panoramique sur l'océan dans toutes les directions, cette maison écologique est perchée comme un bateau sur le sable blanc des dunes d'Asilomar. Professionnellement décoré avec des meubles de luxe, si dispose d'une cuisine moderne, un patio abrité, et des vues sur l'océan de presque chaque pièce. This house is so much better than the pictures. The kitchen is a cooks dream. The master bathroom is wonderful!! Pacific Ocean views from maybe every room. It is very clean and it was a relaxing enjoyable stay for our family of 5 for four nights. It is close to the aquarium, Pebble Beach and Carmel - so lots of great places in a short distance. Also, there is a beach right across the street. There were large mule deer that would come into the yard in the evenings and mornings which was wonderful. Maybe one of the best VRBO properties we have ever stayed in! Did not want to leave and will definitely rent again if we ever come back.

This place was absolutely perfect for our vacation. The golf course was nearby for my parents who enjoy golfing, and it was an ideal location for my husband and kids who love the beach. It was clean, and the night views were especially stunning. We plan to come back next time.

The house was clean, bright and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, sheets and towels high quality. Easy walk to the beach. We will definitely come again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the house in Pacific Grove among the dunes. We were visited daily by deer, squirrels, rabbits, and birds in the front and back yards, and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching them. The other houses amog the dunes are spread out, so there is a sense of privacy on the deck. The beach was just one street over, viewed from the living room and bedroom as well as easily reached by a quick walk. The house was comfortable with great decor and very clean but could have used more lighting in the master bath, space heaters (due to delayed heating of concrete floors), and some niceties like cozy throws, a full length mirror, and opportunity to compost trash. We appreciated the labels and instructions throughout house but would have like some about recycling. The shower, gas fireplace, and TVs worked well. The laundry center was very appreciated, as we didn't have to pack as much on our trip. The property was conveniently close to groceries, gas station, downtown PG, and Monterey Bay Aquarium/Cannery Row, and one hour or less from Big Sur, Point Lobos, Carmel, etc. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing time and recommend the Pacific Grove Beachouse to all.

Nice size home, clean, with convenient amenities. Ample deer to view as they fed and rested outside the dining room window. Saw at least six bucks, a few does and a couple of fawns. They were our closest neighbors that came around often but never uninvited. The ocean view off the master bedroom was spectacular as well as from the sides. Loved being around the sand dunes with all of the other wildlife. Time well spent! Thank you for your hospitality.

One of our best VRBO stays. Modern house with amazing views on the ocean. Professional kitchen (Sub zero, Viking range, 2 dishwashers). Perfectly clean. Deers even come to the window to visit!

House was recently renovated and had everything you could imagine. Heated floors, amazing view and walking distance to the beach. You can hear the ocean waves at night. We will look for this house in future trips.

We rented the house as a home base for a family trip to Monterey. It's in a perfect location - close to Monterey and to Pacific Grove, Carmel and Big Sur. The house is spectacular! Super clean, easy to check-in, easy to find things in the house, effortless check-out. Great communication with property managers, as well. Highly recommended!

Nothing about this house disappoints. The knives are even sharp! I went with a small group of math teachers, and everything about the house was perfect for "colleagues going to a conference at Asilomar."
The location is perfect. 10 minute walk to the conference grounds. 4 minute walk to the beach. EPIC sunset views. Well-kept bedrooms. Fluffy towels. The great room is a nice size. Really, if this is your budget, I can't imagine a nicer house. I've been going to a particular conference at Asilomar for 14 years, and have rented many nice houses in Pacific Grove, Carmel, and Carmel-by-the-Sea. This one wins.
PS--There are a lot of deer.

We loved our stay at the Boathouse! The home itself if wonderfully decorated, meticulously maintained and extremely well stocked.!
We enjoyed watching the deer sitting in the dunes around the house. The location is perfectly located to Asilomar Beach!

We have stayed in this home twice and have loved it each time. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans etc to cook and entertain for our family.
We had two couples and one elderly mother stay and all enjoyed their time. Beautiful views. We look forward to renting again in the future.

Great location by Asilomar and walk to the ocean, incredible 270 degree views from upstairs bedrooms, kitchen, and family room with a well-equipped kitchen, and comfy beds! The quality of the home far exceeds the cost of the rental. We were there to run in the BSIM, and the home gave us the respite we needed before and after the race. Thank you!

This is an amazing home, very spacious and ideally placed for long walks by the ocean. Easy access to Monterey Aquarium and a variety of restaurants.

Really nice house near the water and very convenient to Pebble Beach, Monterey and Carmel. Private yet easy to get to from the airport. Beautiful views and great floor plan and top quality throughout.Only issue is the internet. Check your carrier to make sure you have adequate coverage. T-Mobile had 1 bar.

We rent a beach house each year and they all seem to offer something different. This beautiful home is nestled in the sand dunes of Pacific Grove and was super cool to have that scenery surround you. This home is also uniquely surrounded by a lot of wildlife. We watched birds, squirrels, chipmunks and deer throughout our stay. The deer were so friendly, they visited everyday! The oceans views were beautiful and super cool tide pools down the street. The beach is a short walk down the street. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was exceptionally clean! The location of the home was very close to visit the aquarium and wharf. It’s is literally a 10 minute drive. The house is well stocked with everything you would need. The home does not offer bikes for cruising if you’re looking for that. Our stay, although in June was on the cooler side, so a fire pit on the patio would have made that more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to someone looking for an exceptional house with a lot of amenities offered.

I celebrated my 75th birthday with my daughter and family in this beautiful home. The home feels both private and relaxing with beautiful views. A wonderful sanctuary with easy walks to the ocean paths. Comfortable beds which are important to me. Loved it. Also easy access.

I may be biased, we love pacific grove and because we will probably not be back for a while and because of what we were celebrating I thought we would stay at this incredible house. Nothing like waking up with a 270 degree view of the most beautiful coastline. Thank you so much, it was perfect! Just what we needed!

We have stayed twice at this home in 2022, once with friends and then with our adult children New Years weekend. It is very spacious, clean and in a nice location. It is a short walk to the beach and for a longer walk you could go to downtown Pacific Grove. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I LOVED this house and the location. The view is spectacular, the house is designed to take advantage of it and bring in the warm rays of the sun. The tasteful decor brings it all together. The beds and all other amenities were first class as was communication with management. We'll be back!

Outstanding, celebrating a family birthday we had an amazing time, the location cannot be beat. Ability to walk the beautiful coast, the views, the wildlife was truly breathtaking or a 5 to 10 minute drive to the Monterey Aquarium, cannery row and many restaurants. The home was so clean and well appointed, also the most amazing master suite. Our granddaughters 2 and 3 were so comfortable in the home as were we, which is not always the case. We cannot wait to stay again!

We were in Monterey for a family wedding and stayed at this home with our grown children and grandchildren. The home was nicely decorated, well appointed, and very clean. The deer visited outside the windows every morning and our granddaughters loved it! I would visit this property again. It was perfect.

This was our 5th time to stay at the Ultimate Beach House! We love everything about it! The location is STELLAR! Close to everything but also quiet! This house was IMMACULATE!!! Cool breezes blowing through the screen doors, and deer every morning! Sunsets steps away on the beach were phenomenal. We will be back again for sure! This home is so comfortable!!! Our very favorite!!!

I surprised my parents for their 60th Anniversary and booked the Beachhouse for 3 nights.
They were amazed at the location and how beautiful the house was especially the master bedroom and bath. It is truly a special house and felt like your own piece of paradise. We were blessed with amazing weather and all the deer in the backyard. My parents can't stop talking about their surprise....thank you Debra for all of your help. Also, thank the owners for sharing their piece of paradise with us!

Wow...This home is so perfect. It's truly a great value. The photos don't even do this home justice. The view in the master suite is ocean and waves. The deer feeding in the yard are magical. The kitchen, the patio, the natural light, the location are so wonderful. Well kept, great design. Oh and did I mention the view from the master?

The house is stunning! The views from the master bedroom and wrap around porch are absolutely gorgeous - overlooking the ocean. It is a short walk to get to the well maintained beach boardwalk. The house is wonderfully appointed and super clean. Everything that makes the house run is labeled and easy to figure out. The house is nicely located - easy access to all Pebble Beach properties, Carmel, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, etc.

What a vacation
Our family of six really enjoyed this vacation home… what’s not to love when you are steps from the ocean!
Beautifully decorated, all the amenities, lovely master with great view. The porch on the back patio was comfortable to sit and enjoy the perfect weather we had but most of our time was spent on the beach about a block from the home. This is a gem!

Relaxing, Close to Beach with Breathtaking View
My cousins (couple in their 40s), their two daughters (ages 9 and 5), my daughter (age 12), and me (50), stayed in this beautiful home for three nights. There is a panoramic view of the ocean from the master and the view from living room and patio was breathtaking. We walked every day to the beach and explored tide pools and found sea urchins, starfish, saw otters, and enjoyed the short walk from the house. Every evening we sat on the patio and enjoyed the view and the sunset. There was a mama and her baby fawn who visited us each day. The house is gorgeous, spacious and well-stocked. We loved every moment of our stay. The beds are comfortable, and each bedroom has its own full bath! We will definitely be back.
