A lady working at front desk has been very helpful,patient, nice. She is Madson. I am so grateful for what she did for me that I extended my stay at this hotel for another 20days.

The soft drink machine has been out of order for at least 4 days. It is still so so far. The air conditioner has louder noise than other hotel at same price.

All the mirrors were both in the bathroom making it challenging for 2 ppl to get ready at the same time. They need a mirror in the room too. Also, there were no regular outlets near the nightstand only usb.

The bed was sooo comfy like a cloud! The shower felt so large and tall. I streamed my Netflix account on the big TV and it was great! The fridge and microwave were there for my lunch leftovers. My daughter loved the gym and the heated pool. I liked that it was close to the mall and target. All of the employees were great and sweet. I bought snacks at the front desk and the prices were reasonable. I enjoyed the breakfast. It was quiet inside the room. I liked the shampoo and body wash. Plenty of bath towels. Spacious bathroom with lots of mirrors and lighting. I really liked the biscuits and sausage gravy and crispy bacon and how big and nice and clean the breakfast dining was. There are towels and water with cups in the gym. There is an ice machine, guest laundry, and a guest computer with a printer. It was a small brightly lit safe looking hotel, so I let my 13 year old daughter go to the gym and pool on her own with her own door key. Also, the room had such a nice deep closet. The air conditioner and heater were fabulous!

The elevator was freezing so bring a jacket. There isn't hot coffee all day. It's just cold coffee left from breakfast. But I bought a starbucks frap from the refrigerator by the front desk, and it hit the spot. The coffee brand at breakfast isn't my favorite. It was sour acidic kind of brand, but I'm a coffee addict in the morning and it tasted better when I hit the middle of the cup and enjoyed it and it was very hot and fresh at breakfast. My room was super clean except in the bathroom they missed a used qtip on the floor by the trash and behind the door they must have forgot to look and cleaned with the door open so someone left their used towel from swimming still hanging on the towel hook. One of the light bulbs from their cute little reading was burnt out on one of the beds, but I didn't use it anyway. Just had fun turning on every light in the room.

Good location, lots of restaurants and shopping, Room was very nice and clean, pool was nice , it was a little small but the grandkids loved it! Ned was very comfortable.

Had to ask for towel as there was only 1 bath towel in the room, and the hair dryer was not there , had to ask for one. There was only 1 chair would have been nice to have 2

Employees moves my private property from one room to another without asking while I was away. The following day the cleaning personnel left my door wide open all day while I was away. General dirty bathroom. Hair in the shower when I used it the first morning. Still hair in the shower after the cleaning of the room. No management at this hotel?

Location was perfect for what we needed

Only real complaint is the pillows. They were so thin and “squishy.” No support at all.

It was very clean and near many restaurants and shops.
