C'est une maison propre et bien entretenue, rien d'extraordinaire, juste confortable et proche de tout.
: golf, pêche, natation, tennis, basket-ball, mini-golf, aire de jeux, parcs, restaurants et magasins à moins de 5 à 15 minutes de la maison
La cuisine est entièrement équipée, beaucoup de serviettes et draps, fauteuils inclinables, 2 canapés dans le salon. Lit king size dans la chambre principale, queen et un roi dans les chambres supplémentaires. La 3ème chambre est un appartement d'efficacité lock-out que nous utilisons parfois par accord avec le locataire pour un tarif réduit.

Everything was excellent ! The location; price; overall experience. The house was great, big, bright and the kitchen was stocked with every cooking item you would need. Enjoyed the beautiful back yard. A nice neighborhood and parks close by. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. The owners where great and very easy to get a hold of. If I’m in the area in the future, I will rent this house again.

We have stayed in this rental for about four years now and are very satisfied with it. We like the quiet location, lots of streets for walking, heated pool down the road at the park, and central location to parks and wildlife areas for biking, walking and birding. The house is very comfortable with Dish TV, and adequate kitchen furnishings to make our meals there. Good restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well as a fresh seafood market about 10 minutes away. Will return again.

Husband and myself stayed here for a month again and it was another great stay. Check in and communication was easy. Plenty of room for friends to join us without feeling cramped. Would highly recommend!

Quaint home, well maintained and clean. Fantastic neighbors, easy access to the main roads but off far enough to be quiet. Will definitely rent here again!

Nice big enough for friends to stay

Four seniors stayed in this home for a month. It was well furnished, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep, although we needed to remove some items from the refrigerator and freezer to have room for our food. The street was rather busy at rush hour and is a major route for emergency vehicles but overall it was a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for walking and biking. Owners responded to questions quickly and checkin was easy with the electronic keypad. We will definitely return next year.

We enjoyed our first visit to Port Charlotte with this cozy house walking distance to the beach. Wonderful owners were always available and so nice. We hope to return.

This is a nice house with plenty of room. The location is close to Port Charlotte beach / Park. They have a pool there. Also it is close to Tamiami Ave. Tamiami is a main road and has everything you need.
Three big bedrooms and bathrooms. Tv's could be upgraded but we did not spend much time watching.
Would recommend for a family on a budget.

Jerry is terrific. He doesn't have so many rules like other places we've rented. The house is not fancy but it is very nice and homey. It is so close to all the stores and restaurants. Extremely convenient. My family will definitely stay here again when we need a place to stay.

The house is a typical Florida CBS home. The house was clean and has updated appliances. The house met or exceeded all our expectations. The house is on a fairly busy street. The only downside was a little bit of a “fishy “ smell in the refrigerator. Would come back here again.

Wonderful and conveniently stocked with supplies. Close to pool, park, and the Gulf beach. The views were everything! The home was so roomy, awesome!
