Lovely home with ocean views and cliff from living room and master suite
Hillside House est l'escapade parfaite pour les familles, en particulier les familles comprenant des enfants adultes et des couples. Il est décoré avec goût dans un quartier calme et pratique pour les attractions locales, les plages, les vignobles et les magasins. Hillside House dispose de trois chambres et de deux salles de bains. Au rez-de-chaussée (au deuxième étage), il y a un plan d'étage ouvert de la cuisine, de la salle à manger et du salon. La cuisine dispose d'un bar de petit déjeuner avec quatre tabourets de bar pour des sièges supplémentaires. La salle à manger a une table ronde pour quatre personnes qui se prolonge pour deux chaises supplémentaires. Le salon dispose d'une cheminée pour les nuits fraîches et d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan et Morro Rock. En outre, un centre de divertissement avec un téléviseur HD 70 "et un lecteur DVD avec plusieurs films DVD pour votre plaisir. Les chambres d'hôtes ont de confortables lits Queen Size et la Master Suite a un lit King Size. Le premier étage dispose d'un garage et d'un parking pour les voitures supplémentaires.

Such a comfortable beach home, the house is clean and well decorated. Everything was available to make the stay enjoyable. Great place!!

We stayed in this house while we volunteered for Project Surf Camp. It was the perfect location. Just close enough to the embarcadero and camp yet far enough that you didn't deal with the tourist traffic. (10 to 20 minute walk to almost every thing.)
The kitchen had everything we needed. It was also great that there was a gas grill!
The master bedroom had a spacious bathroom, decently comfy bed and a nice TV. We only watched the tv once but it was nice having the option if desired.
I'm unsure of the comfort to the rest of the beds however no one complained.
The main livingroom had a gigantic TV for family movie night which was nice. There was also plenty of sitting room to just read a book and enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
There is only a front patio, no back yard, however there is a walkway around the house. Which I found perfect to practice yoga. Just enough shade and breeze to enjoy myself. (Gorgeous front yard garden!)
The neighbors are kind and respectful!
One perk I loved was having access to the garage. We brought our Stand Up Paddleboards so it was great to be able to store them inside for the night.
Overall it was a great time being able to cook and grill our own meals while enjoying each others company in a spacious home!

Upon entry into the property, you feel at home. Everything is very well kept and upgraded. The living space is big and beautiful with a huge tv and wifi provided. The bedrooms are spacious and the master was grand. Communications were great and we have no complaints whatsoever. The amenities provided, location, and size of this house make it a perfect stay and we will not only recommend it to others but look forward to returning and staying again. Thank you!!!

Amazing home with great hosts
Upon entry into the property, you feel at home. Everything is very well kept and upgraded. The living space is big and beautiful with a huge tv and wifi provided. The bedrooms are spacious and the master was grand. Communications were great and we have no complaints whatsoever. The amenities provided, location, and size of this house make it a perfect stay and we will not only recommend it to others but look forward to returning and staying again. Thank you!!!

SUPERB!
We have stayed in many VRBO and Airbnb places. This jewel has to be the best yet....please read all prior comments from others as they aptly apply to this beautiful, well designed house which has A+ amenities, provisions and FIRST class kitchen and eating utensils.....very quiet, clean and handy to the oceanside town which provides more than enough essential stores, shops, diversions and great beach eateries.

This rental was very comfortable, clean and had a nice layout for my family. The owner was prompt with her responses and since this was a last minute trip, we really appreciated her attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!!
We recently stayed at this house and we would definitely stay here again. The house is so cute and updated. The beds were very comfortable and the owner provided awesome amenities including bedding, bath and beach towels, great pots, pans, glasses and knives. We enjoyed just hanging out at the house very much. Definitely a treat for the price!
