My family of 10 stayed at this amazing property for our summer vacation. This is the third time staying here and it keeps getting better. We wanted for nothing as the house is well stocked and designed for a comfortable beach vacation. We will definitely be returning for a fourth time!

This is a great rental in a great location! It was absolutely perfect for our family who has been coming to the island two weeks at a time for 34 years. The hosts were quick to reply to questions all throughout the year as well as when a couple small things came up while on the island. The use of a 6 seater golf cart really adds to the efficiency and fun of the trip. Plenty of extra bedding, fans throughout the house (both ceililng and non), and all the kitchen stuff we needed to cook almost every meal while we were there. We are well accustomed to island-style rentals and this more than met our expectations. Definitely will be recommending this rental to family and friends.

Clean, nicely decorated house with two kitchens and an awesome deck. Spacious living rooms with plenty of seating for families! We had three generations of family members staying here - it worked out great! I would definitely stay here again.

Very well located. Easy to get to everything. Only qualm was not knowing the room with twin bed only had access to bathrooms via master bedroom. Kind of awkward with separate adults in every room.

Unit is dived into two separate levels. Good for some groups, maybe not for others with small kids. Patio is nice, but no ocean view and very little privacy.

Location, location, location! What an excellent spot to call home base! Walking distance to everything in Avalon! Good communications with owner throughout and before stay. Except for a couple of pot lids missing, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT and we had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay! My favorite color is blue and all the colors inside and out were calming and cozy!

We stayed in the lovely well equipped and very well located home in June. We had many family members visiting Avalon over the weekend and we met for hordourves and cocktails at the property on the upstairs outside deck. The golf cart was a huge bonus and my 85 year old father was able to see views of Avalon that he hasn’t seen in decades. We had a wonderful stay.

Our troop of a dozen people (teens and adults) greatly enjoyed staying so close to the main drag. There were games and plenty of cooking supplies and even some ziplock bags and foil to store leftovers. It’s quiet at night, and restful after a day of fun exploring. The use of the golf cart was a super nice option to have. The host has games, a volleyball, and a deck of cards for fun.

Had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday with friends here. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants from Angela’s place. Angela was very communicative & we loved the layout, upper deck, and comfortable bedrooms.

Our party of 8 enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean quaint and beds were comfortable. The location is great; within walking distance of Avalon town, restaurants, shopping, the Catalina Express boats/port and water activities on the pier. The added 6 seat golf cart came in handy for island sight seeing, grocery store runs and transportation to and from the Jazz fest each night. Even though a view of the ocean is blocked by neighboring homes, the top deck with BBQ, table and chairs was a nice open air gathering place for our group. I would definitely stay here again.

I was very upset because the AC never work . I communicated to the house manager to asking her if the ac worked she told me NO. with the hot weather FUNS doesn’t do much to sleep better . You charge full price in the property and the house it’s not functioned at 100% Some of us have to sleep in the floor in the living room because the rooms are to hot. Very disappointed with you and the house. You never informed me before the AC is not functioning other way l was looking for another property .

The property was spacious and a great location for the family to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Owner was very communicative and easy to work with. The golf cart was a real plus. We enjoyed grilling on the upper deck. It was so convenient to walk to town to the shops, the beach, restaurants and to the grocery store. We made great memories.

Great Family vacation spot
This property was everything we could have asked for, for our family vacation. The separate upstairs was a plus for the grandparents to get a bit of quite time. Didn't think we would use the golf cart but it was one of the highlights of our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. Easy walk to the beach and close to many restaurants. Would recommend this house to everyone and if we ever make it back to Avalon would stay here again.

Fabulous
Every year my family takes a vacation in different locations, this year we selected Catalina Island. We had sooo much fun and I truly believe it was because this house is in the perfect location, we had access to a golf cart, the sleeping arrangements were perfect. Chela, our onsite manager was awesome, and Angela answered every concern we had. I would definitely return to this house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Catalina visit. It was also nice to have the addition of the 6-seat golf cart to get around. We were able to walk everywhere, too. Great place, and fun to immerse ourselves into island life for a week!

Fiftieth Wedding Anniversary
Our entire family was able to stay at the property, fix meals, walk to the beach or shopping, ride bicycles, go snorkeling, or just cruise in the golf cart. Perfect location. Liked the two unit concept, as we could group kids and/or adults in clusters.

Perfect location, close to the waterfront and all the fun places. Lots of room to spread out. Two levels. The younger set downstairs and mature old farts upstairs. Worked well for our group aged 30 to 72 adults. Everything you needed was there.

Avalon blue house in December
This house was perfect for our family of 7 adults. Perfect location to everything that we love to do and a short distance from the ferry pier. The house was very clean, everything worked and the deck was nice when we needed to relax.
