La chambre principale a un lit queen size, la deuxième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et une salle de bain 1/2. Les lits ont des draps en coton doux et il y a beaucoup de serviettes moelleuses. Extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts couldn’t have been friendlier, more helpful, or more accommodating. It was perfect for our family of 4 for 2 nights. The hot tub was great for the kids and the property was peaceful and quiet. It’s far enough away from Asheville that it felt private and secluded, but not so far that it was a problem to get to and from. I highly recommend this stay to anyone!

We could not have been more pleased with the rental and our stay. The location is wonderful and within 2 minutes you are heading up the mountains to the Blue Ridge Parkway which was the most gorgeous drive we have ever been on. The house, deck and fenced in yard were amazing. We loved how you can hear waterfalls at all times. The hosts were very awesome, friendly and accomodating. Our kids already want to book a trip back!

We had the best time here. This property was just like walking into your home. The kitchen is fully stocked with every dish and appliance that you could possibly need. The bathrooms were fully stocked. Plenty of games and entertainment options were available. The half bath in 2nd bedroom came in handy for our family of five. The property is very well kept. The back porch is beautifully done and the hot tub is perfect. The home and grounds were very clean and pleasant. The hosts were so kind and helpful. They even offered us some of their food for dinner because we arrived on Christmas night and most everything was closed for the holiday. I love the privacy of this spot! The owners are right next door but were never a bother. We really enjoyed our fresh ground coffee from the 2nd story deck every morning. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve been to Asheville area several times but this was our first chance to stay in Candler. First the home was spotless - probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed. The size was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 children). We loved our quiet evenings of stargazing and relaxing in the hot tub. James and Netty were the perfect hosts - and their suggestion to visit the NC Arboretum was one of the highlights of our stay! We would definitely visit again. Thank You!

We loved our stay at the Treetop retreat. Having my coffee on the deck every morning was so nice. The hosts are next door, they are super friendly and helpful, but also very respectful of our privacy. It was a great homebase to explore nearby Asheville, and Mt Pisgah. We will definitely be back!

Great communication, beautiful accommodations with anything you may need. The grounds are beautiful and the drive in just as delightful. Hot tub and jacuzzi were wonderful! Fully equipped kitchen, great stereo, two bath, 2 rooms, 3 beds and a large sectional. Extra blankets, lots of towels, games, and very kind owners. Thank you for sharing your home!

The hosts were very kind and responsive. They do live right next door, as in less than 100 feet away and the back decks and backyard is connected, which could be undesirable for some, but we didn't mind it at all, and we honestly wouldn't have even known they were our next door neighbors had we not missed the driveway when we first came in. The little apartment is well kept; the hot tub was really nice; we had access to all the things needed for cooking, watching tv, linens and towels. Not too far from downtown Asheville or some really good hiking; be sure to check road closures before you go out driving though! Very dog friendly! I would definitely stay here again but would recommend the hosts switch out the twin beds in the second bedroom for a full or queen bed so multiple couples have better sleeping arrangements.

This cottage is complete with everything you'll need in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The outdoor experience was by far the best for our pups as the field is huge. We wish we had stayed longer to utilize the firepit and grill.
The hottub was such a treat even in 4* weather!

Great property, vey comfortable with nice beds, well appointed kitchen except for dull knives, the hot tub was a great bonus after a cool misty day. James an Netty we’re great hosts. The property is adjacent to the house next to owners which we appreciated for security purposes. We will stay here again when in the area and highly recommended this for a couple or family of four.

Tucked into the mountains, and off the Blue Ridge Parkway by just 2 miles. Easy to get to hiking, scenic drives on the parkway, and Asheville. This home had everything needed for our family to enjoy a peaceful getaway, have some family fireside smores, and an evening of board games on the deck, after nearby adventures of white water rafting and waterfall hikes. Thank you James and Netty for a wonderful, safe, clean and comfortable stay.

Summertime in the mountains
This property is absolutely perfect. My husband and I travel a lot and this is by far the best place we have stayed in the US.
The decor and privacy are top notch, the kitchen has everything you might need and deck is so relaxing

Cute little apartment
We had a wonderful trip and the owners are wonderful and attentive. My only complaints are partially my fault for not reading the entire description. I didn't realize it was a garage apartment and the only way in was up an outside staircase. I also didn't realize the owners live on site so it wasn't very private. It was extremely well stocked and clean though. The bed was super comfy and a long as you aren't looking for privacy and seclusion, it's quite nice.

Lovely base for exploring Ashville
A quiet, clean, comfortable spot that is convenient to the North Carolina Arboretum, the Biltmore, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The children loved hearing the waterfall from the cottage and playing in the Ford.

Our family of 4 had a delightful stay. The grill and hot tub were terrific, kids (9 &7) enjoyed having their own room but being close to mom & dad.

Everything about this property was amazing! The outside space was beautiful and very relaxing! The hot tub was great after long days of walking! The beds were super comfy! The owners were very helpful and gave us a lot of good suggestions on what to do! Will definitely try to come back and visit!

Amazing little tranquil getaway
Everything from beginning to end was perfect! James and Netty were so wonderful. The property was beautiful and clean and in a great private location. It was home away from home. Everything was needed was there. It was actually so wonderful that our teens wanted to go back to the property and hang out instead of being out and about. Wanted to play games and get in the hot tub. Will definitely be going back to stay there!! Best VRBO I have ever booked!!!

don’t use the hot tub!!
booked this vrbo for my birthday. the place itself was a great accurate listing from looking at the pictures. bed were comfy and kitchen looked clean! however, when we turned on the jets the water looked a little brown and we got out. my friends and I all had red itchy bumps all over when we got home. I went to the doctor immediately and they said it was hot tub folliculitis.

Quiet, Secluded and Comfortable
My wife and I went to this property for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was perfect for us. We took our labradoodle Ellie with us and were so excited to see a giant fenced-in backyard for her to run around in.
The back deck was amazing as you are surrounded by trees and the sounds of nature and the small creek/waterfall at the entrance of the property. The hot tub was very secluded to where you didn't have to wonder if anyone sees you, and the spa robes were a very thoughtful touch as it was very cold outside as we walked to/from the hot tub.
The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook.
The living room/dining was very open and bright with windows.
There were too many little details to mention on here with what the owners supplied and thought of, but that's what makes this such an incredible find.
We'd love to come and stay here again, the weekend passed to quickly...I'd definitely recommend staying at least 3 nights :)

My husband and I had a lovely time here! The weather was wet and below freezing, but the property was warm and cozy and we had plenty to entertain ourselves with! We’d love to visit again someday. :)

Cozy cottage in the mountains!
James's place was just what we needed to enjoy our day trip in nearby Ashville, which was just a short drive away. It had all the essentials we needed to rest and relax.....and let's not forget the hot tub! Which was a perfect treat to unwind after being out and about. This cozy cottage was extremely clean and the beds were super comfy. The hosts were very responsive and even left the lights on for us since we would be arriving after dark. Very thoughtful! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Ashville!

Just perfect
Cod not have been more perfect for our family of 4. 25min drive from downtown Asheville, 15min to a pretty impressive grocery store, and yet tugged away in the peace and quiet of the mountains. The owners live next door but are very discreet. The apartment is spacious enough for 4. The deck, bbq grill and hot tub were huge bonuses. There were plenty of spare towels but no washer/dryer in the unit. I just wished we could stay longer and explore the area more and relax at this beautiful apartment.
