Lakefront rental, beautiful for a fall getaway! Super location and views!
Profitez du meilleur endroit sur le lac! Emplacement parfait avec une vue tranquille de chaque pièce. Maison entièrement mise à jour, accessible aux personnes handicapées, avec 2 chambres king et 2 salles de bain. Plus chalet détaché supplémentaire avec chambre queen et salle de bain. C'est vierge et joliment décoré. Juste à côté de 7 Sud, il est facile à trouver en bateau ou en voiture. Vous serez impressionné par le bel intérieur ... couleurs apaisantes, mobilier confortable, literie de luxe et art élégant. Le plan d'étage ouvert est parfait pour divertir un petit groupe ou regarder un match de football sur grand écran. La plus grande suite comprend une véranda qui fonctionne comme un salon privé séparé pour prendre un café tôt, lire ou se détendre. Le chalet indépendant est à quelques pas. Chaque chambre est équipée d'Internet sans fil et d'une télévision à écran plat. Situé à seulement un mile au large de 7 South, nous sommes à proximité des commerces, de l'épicerie Harp, du centre commercial, des marinas et de l'hippodrome d'Oaklawn. Soyez au centre-ville en dix minutes! C'est l'endroit parfait pour une escapade!

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family. Everything you need is provided. The views from the patio are amazing. There are even fireflies to watch in the evening! The home is in a nice area close to downtown as well asmany stores and restaurants. Thank you for hosting us.

Comfy accommodations for a family with adult children. Clean and well-appointed. Perfect hub for a trip to Hot Springs National Park and then to spend the day staring at the sky from the lakefront patio. House had everything we needed. Should we ever return to the Hot Springs area we would stay here again!

The house was perfect to accommodate me & my spouse, my brother & wife and their adult son. It was located convenient to family that live in the area and was very comfortable for our needs.

Beds and pullows were comfy and view of the lake from the property was as pictured. The owners did respond to our comments/questions ina timely manner.
However, if you rent this property be sure to bring several items that are routinely furnished at other VRBOs. There was no coffee (except pods), spare toilet tissue, bar soap & other misc items so we made a couple trips to the grocery store to purchase items we expected to be furnished. We've been renting Lake Hamilton properties for several years but this time we purchased additional insurance for the 1st time & were thankful we did! The 2nd day after dinner my sister ran the disposal & it made a loud noise so she turned switch off immediately & we discovered a small demitasse spoon inside, apparently left from someone else before our arrival. After contacting owners a plumber arrived, removed the spoon & we were left with a bill in the amount of $200+. We suggest future renters purchase the extra policy when staying at this location.

House has a beautiful layout. There is an abundance of reading material, so don't bother bringing any books. We did put together the hot springs puzzle, note to Future renters there is a piece missing lol. House was really nicely furnished probably the most comfortable pillows I've ever laid my head on. Artwork all around was a joy to look at. Highly recommend this property.

Really had two master bedrooms on each end of the house which worked out great. Also nice guest cottage for another family member. Enjoyed the view being on the water and also enjoyed the water. Correctly listed. Very nice getaway!

After spending previous weekends here with friends, we brought the whole family for the week and loved it! The kids enjoyed swimming in the cove, and the dock made renting a boat for the day convenient. It’s a beautiful home, and the kids loved having their own guest house. Everything is well-stocked, and the hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back again!

The house is as described. It is very clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities you would want. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the lake and it was an easy 20 minute drive to the historic Hot Springs. We would love to stay there again!

We had a great time. The house felt like home, the location was great, we spent a lot of time on the back porch relaxing by the lake. Directtv in all the bedrooms including the mother n law suite. We will rent this home again.

We were in town for a dance competition at the Hot Springs Convention Center. This location was only 15 minutes from the convention center. We celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday while we were here. She loved fishing from the dock and actually caught a pretty decent bass! The house was clean and well-stocked. We will definitely be staying here again!

This house is beautifully decorated and sits right on the water. It has such gorgeous views from the back of the house and is such a short drive to town. The hosts were extremely accommodating and allowed us to get into the house over 3 hours earlier than check-in time. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience!

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was nice and clean with a great view of the lake. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. We would definitely recommend staying here and will do so again.

I cannot rate this location, owners, and property high enough. The home was clean, convenient to everything in Hot Springs and the owners we kind and responsive. They made some great suggestions for our time and the house had everything we could need. It was so delightful we ended up simply staying there on the back porch enjoying the view and home even more than the local sites. 100% would rent again.

Nice Comfortable Lakehouse
We stayed in the lakehouse as part of my wife’s birthday trip, and enjoyed a nice relaxing visit. The house itself was clean, comfortable and well located. Outdoor furniture was a little worn and need to be swept off, but understandable right of the lake. The house was as described in the ad, and just a short drive from the various attractions in Hot Springs. Enjoyed our stay for sure!

60th Anniversary stay
This is an excellent property for a small family summertime rental or to have a group event. Beautiful views with lake access and good proximity to the city. Well-appointed and comfortable rental. May come back again for a fall holiday. Have stayed at many of these in the U.S. and Europe. I would put it in the top 5.

This place was ideal for our couples' weekend getaway! Every couple had their own bathroom, which was difficult to find at a decent rate. Owners' communication was great! We would definitely stay again!
