Cette magnifique maison de ville vous aidera à faire vos rêves de vacances hawaïennes se réalisent! Magnifiquement décorées et bien aménagées, vous trouverez tout le confort de la maison dans ce décor tropical incroyable. La suite principale de luxe ne vous décevra pas avec un lit king size, terrasse privée, salon et salle de bain spacieuse maître de cinq pièces. La deuxième chambre offre également une intimité avec sa propre salle de bain. Les lits de la deuxième chambre peuvent être transformés en roi ou en jumeaux, à vous de choisir! L'étage principal a un concept ouvert salon / salle à l'espace bien conçu avec une grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. La véranda au rez-de-chaussée est un endroit merveilleux pour la vie extérieure avec un barbecue Viking et un évier avec son propre espace de préparation des aliments.

Le club de plage que tous nos clients ont accès à est facilement accessible en vélo ou en voiture et offre des chaises de plage et des cabines de sorte que vous pouvez bien vous détendre dans votre paradis tropical. We enjoyed access to the beach club and all the beach toys very much. The water was calm and perfect for our 5 and 9-year-olds. They boogie boarded, snorkeled and built sand castles. It was also nice to have access to cabanas, bathrooms and the restaurant.
The kitchen was great for us to have stocked up at Costco on arrival. Hosts are responsive and accommodating. Would recommend!

This was our 2nd stay in the Mauna Lani area, but our first at ML Fairways. I must say that this townhome was our absolute favorite! The home was spotlessly clean on arrival -- Mary even granted us an early check-in bc our flight had been changed. It had all the amenities you need: kitchen appliances, beach items, even cruiser bikes were available for our use. The location was perfect: just close enough to the local market, and a short walk to the Fairmont coast walking path. Beach club access was a plus -- that's where we always do our intro snorkel to the area. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio, looking at the lush landscape. The home was a short walk to the pool, but still private enough. We cooked a lot of our dinners, but there are a few local restaurants in the area. Mary was quick to respond to any of our questions. I highly recommend staying here :-)

Beautiful location! The beaches and snorkeling were fantastic. Kitchen was well equipped and close to excellent dining. Lots of equipment for snorkeling, cycling, picnics, etc.

My family and I recently stayed at this property to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time here. The house was beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated with everything we could need to complete our stay. It was fully equipped to accommodate our 2 and 4 year olds with games and activities in addition to an ample selection of beach toys and accessories, which they really enjoyed. The location was superb for proximity to the beaches, shopping, and beautiful sunset strolls in the evenings. The owners allowed us to bring our pet which was an added bonus since we were going to be there for a full week and wanted to bring our dog along with us. Overall, really happy with our time here. Mahalo for allowing us to come and we hope to visit again sometime in the future.

Stay at this condo and you will not come back to Mauna Lani, Hawaii. We arrived early so the cleaning had not been finished they came the next morning and cleaned. After they left when I walked into the kitchen I was sticking to the floor I took a paper towel with hot water and wiped it. My paper towel was black, I took pictures .I cleaned the whole tile floor up. The washing machine & dryer work but need a really good cleaning. Sorry to be so picky but really was hoping not to have to clean before we could stay. Our Daughter & her family was in another unit that was much nicer than ours, at least cleaner. The carpets and furniture need a good cleaning, being a guest at your condo should not involve any cleaning in order to stay.

This was our first time using VRBO, so we didn’t know to what to expect, but the overall experience was fantastic. The townhouse was spotless, nicely decorated and has everything you could possibly need from beach towels to a waffle maker. With two teenagers, we really appreciated having two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. We took advantage of the beautiful pool in the complex, the Mauna Lani beach club, and several other nearby beaches. There’s a very nice grocery store nearby, so we bought groceries and ate breakfast and lunch at the townhouse, then went out to dinner each night (there are some excellent restaurants in the area). My husband and I also took a walk each morning and walked around the grounds of the Fairmont - highly recommend checking it out. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Mary and Alan are great host and easy to communicate with. The townhouse is located in a gated very secure complex close to Mauna Lani Resort and Fairmont. Everything is stocked well and the market is nearby! Travel light... Just bring your beach clothing, your cameras and your Aloha spirit and $$$! We really enjoyed our stay here!

This is a fabulous property! It's very close to the Fairmont and the great restaurants there. We very much enjoyed beach equipment available (beach chairs, umbrella, etc) and used the access to the Maunu Lani Beach Resort almost every day (incredible snorkeling!). Beautiful Townhome in
The townhome was nicely decorated and all appliances were top of the line and new. We cooked 2 meals and ate breakfasts
at the home and everything we wanted was at our fingertips. The Fairways is a smaller cluster of homes within the larger Mauna Lani resort development. It had its own pool and fitness center within a short walk. Quiet setting off the beach, but the quick drive to the resort's beach club area had plenty of parking. It was fabulous that there was a reasonable grocery store/deli that was a quick drive within the resort to pick up items when we forgot something. Super convenient! The owners also had snorkles, flippers, bikes, beach umbrellas, carts and boogie boards to use - fabulous. It made our beach outting really fun!. The owners were fabulous in letting us do a later checkout for our late afternoon flight. Owners had compiled a helpful notebook on local places and ideas and tidbits. A wonderful place to stay with a family. Nice gracious hosts!

Beautiful townhouse with all the trimmings
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely townhome. It is beautifully decorated with an airy, spacious floor plan. The owners have truly thought of everything - from providing complimentary coffee upon arrival (yummy), to bikes and all kinds of beach gear, to games, a Big Island tour book, a grill, and even a car available for rental.
Inside the house is stocked to the gills. The kitchen is well organized with everything needed to cook a big meal and closets are stocked with extra linens and all kinds of bath products.
We loved spending time at the Mauna Lani beach club, just a short drive away.
This townhome was absolutely amazing. We had a great time and can’t wait to stay again next time we visit the island! Thank you, Mary and Alan.

Comfortable Fairways Townhouse
We have been vacationing at the Fairways complex for 10 years and during that time have stayed at many different units. This one is attractively furnished with comfortable beds we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The reason for a 4 star review is that the pale carpets where clean but rather stained.

Repeating what other reviewers have said: immaculately clean, comfortable, private, and convenient to the shopping center and beach. Mary & Alan made sure that the townhouse is stocked with everything you could possibly need - even down to some kids' reef walkers (we obviously didn't use them, but were so surprised at just HOW MUCH was available for guests to use). We even met the cleaners, who were super sweet.
Our dog probably had the most fun.... If he needed to go out, we just took him out the back door to the center garden/pool area for a quick walk. In the mornings, we would walk to the beach, turn around and go to the shopping center to grab coffee, and then back to the townhouse. It was about 2.5 miles all together.
We'll definitely book this one again. Thanks Mary & Alan!

This is probably the nicest property we have ever rented. The house is immaculate, The furnishings are beautiful and comfy. The internet and TV quick. The location is ideal....actually a quick walk to the beach & grocery store. We will DEFINITELY stay here again if it’s available. Great value for the money.

Beautiful Staycation Getaway
This was our first time staying at a VRBO rental, so we didn’t know what to expect. Boy were we impressed! Mary & Allen’s house has it all! This two bedroom house comes with so much amenities you won’t be disappointed, we weren’t. On top of the salt water pool & jacuzzi in the gated community for everyone to use the home was filled with games, books, beach items: toys for kids, paddle boards (which we didn’t have time to go on, bummers), snorkeling gear, sun chairs, coolers, and even a wagon!! Although we didn’t make it to the beach we definitely would have used these items if we did! We enjoyed bike rides with the 2 bikes cruiser & our nephew enjoyed the toddlers scooter!! The grill was easy to use & the prep station with prep sink was very handy for our oyster washing!! There are 3 air mattresses to use & plenty of space to use them! Although we didn’t have the need to use any of them, our son & nephew enjoy chilling on one of them during our movie night! There is a seating area in the master bedroom & balcony. The community is maintained very well. The first night there were electrical issues with the walkway lights so it was extremely dark outside, but crew came first thing the next morning & got them working! We enjoyed our beautiful strolls with our dogs and nephew significantly throughout our time there. You can stroll around the loop or walk through on the sidewalk and the lush grass! Our dogs wanted to walk all day long in the lush grass & shaded area! We could see ourselves having a picnic outside during the day or having a date night dinner watching the stars on a big blanket at night! There is a suggestion that I would like to see different though. Upon arrival the house was hot! We are locals & are used to the climate here, but even though we opened up all the windows and sliding doors to let in air there was no breeze at that time which took the house significantly longer to cool. On top of that the AC was set to 85 (a request by Mary & Allen on departure) In Hawaii at that temperature there is no need to have the AC on. A suggestion would be to to turn down the AC to 80 or even lower a few hours for incoming guests that way the house is nice & cool for the guests. We were all sweating while we were getting settled & unpacking & then had to jump in the pool to cool off. The house was much cooler after we got home a few hours later. Overall we enjoyed our stay & will be booking again on our next staycation!

Beautiful, spacious townhome with a great view of lush gardens. Lovely pool on premises, and a short walk to the beach, oceanfront and Fairmont tennis courts. Nearby restaurants and grocery. We had a great time!

Beautiful stay at the Fairways
Lovely property with close proximity to shops, pool and beach. Very clean and organized home, spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and comfy beds. Really appreciated all the beach items (chairs, boogie boards, cooler etc.) for use and put them to good use during our stay. Owner was very responsive to some of our questions during our stay and overall we had a lovely and comfortable time during our week at this property.

We were very happy with our rental. Great space, very comfortable, clean, with nice location to the pool. Just beautiful grounds. We loved riding the bikes around and walking for morning coffee. Mauna Lani is a great location.
