Notre belle maison de ville du Colorado est entièrement équipée pour votre plaisir hiver et été! Il ne fait pas beaucoup mieux de séjourner ici pour vos vacances escapade. C'est beau, c'est pratique et c'est confortable.
Le niveau principal bénéficie d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec un haut plafond, des planchers de bois franc, une cheminée, une cuisine spacieuse, une table à manger ronde en verre et un grand comptoir en granit pour des collations divertissantes et décontractées. La buanderie, la salle d'eau des invités et la chambre principale sont également au niveau principal. La chambre principale et la salle de bain ont une vanité, un dressing et un dressing. A l'étage bureau / coin loft, et 2 autres chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain privée. Salle de loisirs au niveau inférieur pour la télévision, les jeux et un coin couchage supplémentaire.
À quelques pas de la porte d'entrée se trouvent la piscine extérieure et le bain à remous. De plus, les privilèges des clients sont disponibles au club de remise en forme Homestead Fitness / Gym pour l'exercice, la piscine intérieure, les courts de tennis intérieurs et extérieurs, les courts de racquetball, l'équipement cardio, les poids, le Pilates et les cours de fitness.

We had a great time, great location, everything was as expected, and instructions were all very clear. The property owner also proactively reached out to us on our arrival day to greet us and wish us well on our travel given the severe weather conditions in Denver. We'd stay here again!

We've been staying in the Edwards area for many years on annual ski trips, and this condo was one of the best. Easy to get to, heated garage for 2 vehicles, clean comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, good sized laundry machines, plenty of bathrooms, warm gas fireplace, etc. It snowed 2 feet while we were there, and the neighborhood association even plowed and cleared the garage entrance so we could get out and hit the slopes early. We would stay here again.

This was our first year staying at this property and I hope it's not our last. This well-equipped property had everything we needed for a perfect long weekend in the mountains. We especially loved the ability to park in the garage! It made loading/unloading from our daily ski trips very easy. The rental features we also loved include the fireplace in the main living room and the game room in the basement. It was a quick drive to both Beaver Creek and Vail resorts and there are plenty of great restaurants to enjoy in Edwards. This is our fourth year spending Presidents Day weekend in the area, and this was our best year, in part due to this rental. See you next year!

The condo was clean and well laid out with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We enjoyed using the hot tub located just a few steps across the parking lot. We were in need of more wash cloths and the host had the cleaning person run some over in no time at all. Great location to ski Vail and Beaver Creek. The heated garage was great for skis and equipment. One suggestion would be to have a pull out couch in the basement area rather than the main living room.

We’ve stayed in multiple properties in Edwards over the past 3 years and this was our favorite. The space fit our family (parents + 3 kids) perfectly. Everyone had a space to call their own and the common spaces were great for family game and movie nights.
Kitchen was well stocked but not over stocked. Beds were comfy and pillows and extra blankets were available if needed.
It was great having access to the Homestead Center and the outdoor hot tub on property. The property managers were incredibly responsive to our needs. Really great all around!

This property was exactly what we needed for our family ski trip. We shared this fabulous place with our son and his family. It suited our needs perfectly. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy each other with comfortable beds and cozy furniture to relax after long days on the slopes. Beautiful views and a well equipped kitchen. Toys, games and sleds for the grandkids with a separate playroom. Would definitely stay again!

The property was excellent, it worked perfect for my group. It is very clean, up to date, comfortable and easily accessible to Edwards, Vail and Beaver Creek. And the hot tub with pool house is very convenient and enjoyable. I/we hope to stay there again.

Wonderful place!
This place is so spacious and well laid out. It seems so much larger than the listed square feet. We had 3 adults and 2 kids (12 & 14) and had more than enough room. We loved having the 3 1/2 bathrooms! The townhome area is so quiet and even the townhome has thick walls so we didn’t bother each other. All the beds were comfortable and the place really had everything we needed - even laundry detergent and dryer sheets! The heated garage was a huge bonus and spoiled us for other places! We used the lower level game room for family movie nights, but it also had a huge selection of games and puzzles. We happened to bring our own games because we love to play cards and board games, but we were very impressed with the large selection that was there. Just outside the game room is a great open area for kids to play. Our girls played in the snow, built a snowman, and used the provided sleds to sled down the hill that is right behind the townhouse. So fun! The location was convenient for several great restaurants. We drove to them but several were within a 10-15 minute walk. There is a nice grocery store nearby, but it was a little on the expensive side, so we made the quick trip to the Avon Walmart and got what we needed for less. We cooked breakfast at the townhouse most days and had all the cooking needs right there which even included cooking spray,, foil, and parchment paper. We skied 5 terrific days at Beaver Creek which was a short drive away. We also drove over to Vail to check it out, and it was also a quick trip from the townhouse. In sum, we loved staying at this place and would absolutely stay again!

Great Trip
We had an amazing trip staying at Elk Meadow!! We had 7 folks (4 adults + 3 teens) and had more than enough space. The garage was a lifesaver because of all of the snow we got while we were there. We’ll definitely stay here again!!

Great for family ski trip
I highly recommend this rental. Great location, plenty of space and very comfortable. Stayed with two adults and 3 children/teenagers. Plenty of Wi-Fi and tv’s to go around. The heated garage was also a nice plus.

Ski Trip
This property was perfect for a long ski weekend with friends. 5-10 minutes from Beaver Creek, 20 minutes from vail, spacious and included everything one would need for a ski trip. Hot tub was nice at the end of a long ski day. Would definitely stay here again

Great condo- highly recommend
This property is very nice, clean, well equipped and in great location. The master bedroom on the first floor is very spacious and the two rooms on second floor too. But one of the best thing was to have a garage for the car. Located about 3 miles from Avon and very close to I-70. We’ll definitely consider this property again.

Wonderful trip
We really enjoyed our stay! Condo has a great layout with a second living room in a bright and spacious lower level where our teens could spread out. We had not stayed in Edwards before and really enjoyed it. Easy access to the resort and convenient grocery store and restaurants. Thanks for a great visit!

Quiet Perfection
We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! It was close to all of the major resorts, was well-stocked, spacious, and very comfortable. It was nice to sit in the hot tub after snowboarding too! The owner was great to work with! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

It was a great place to stay on our ski holiday
The home was a convenient location to Aarowhead and Beaver Creek as well as to dining and shopping. It was spacious for our needs, well appointed and furnished and very comfortable. Chesie was very prompt to respond to any communication. We enjoyed a very pleasant experience.

Lovely home, well equipped and great location.
plenty of beds although our group was only 5 people. "Playroom" downstairs was great place for kids to play and watch TV. Heated garage was a plus. Owners were very accomodating as they replaced non- working humidifiers the next day. We recommend it.
