Un lieu de séjour sublime avec une cuisine gastronomique complète et deux chambres, cette maison est ultra confortable. Les chambres ont des lits à baldaquin avec de nouveaux matelas haut de gamme, des draps fins et des couettes en duvet. Superbe nouvelle salle de bain en marbre, verre et carrelage avec un chauffage au plafond pour des douches délicieusement chaudes. Beaucoup de serviettes de qualité et un sèche-cheveux fournis. Animaux acceptés et kid avec un porche avant entouré d'une cour clôturée en toute sécurité. Laveuse / sécheuse à chargement frontal avec fournitures fournies, y compris un fer à repasser. La cuisine est complète avec des casseroles de qualité, de vrais couteaux, un mélangeur, des plats antiques et de la vaisselle en argent véritable, beaucoup d'outils de cuisine pratiques ... dignes d'un dîner de Thanksgiving ou de repas barbecue décontractés pour la famille.
Il y a une grande télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD BlueRay et une connexion Wi-Fi. Aussi une petite bibliothèque de livres et de DVD. Assez d'espace dans les deux pièces pour installer un petit bureau.
À seulement deux pâtés de maisons du système Horse Gulch Trail, qui propose des sentiers de vélo de montagne et de randonnée de classe mondiale ... un endroit idéal pour faire de la randonnée. L'épicerie Durango Natural Foods est juste en face de la rue ainsi que plusieurs autres petits déjeuners, déjeuners et cafés. La courte promenade du centre-ville est le long de la 6e rue qui regorge de boutiques et de restaurants éclectiques. Assez proche pour marcher jusqu'à la gare ou jusqu'au collège. Avec un emplacement comme celui-ci, la voiture est facultative, mais si vous en avez un, il y a une place de stationnement hors rue à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée.

Quick trip to durango to viit with old friends. Tge property was perfect for us; clean, cozy and centraly located. Highy recommended.

The house was charming, comfortable, and clean. The location was very convenient to campus and downtown. It’s on a busy road but that wasn’t a problem for us. We would stay there again.

Location makes for easy walks to downtown or local shops and restaurants. Very clean and nicely appointed and comfortable. Tavern across the street can be noisy and road in front is busy, but with doors/windows shut you hardly notice.

My daughter and our two dogs came to Durango to visit my son for his birthday. This property was a perfect location within the grid and down to he street from my sons apartment. Very clean house fully stocked with all the necessities and super cute. The host Holly, was very accessible and accommodating. We would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Durango.

The Saint Francis House in Durango is in a great location; an easy walk into downtown, with a number of dining options on the way. The house came complete with everything needed for our 3-night stay. After skiing at Purgatory (20 minutes away) we returned to the house to relax with a glass of wine with cheese & crackers. All procured from the grocery across the street. Really a perfect location in Durango with great hosts, who left a bottle of champagne on New Year’s Eve. 😀

It was far better than I expected. I knew it was going to be great, but it far exceeded all of our expectations . I will be telling everyone who will listen about the St. Francis House. I will definitely be using this service again. I hope my next adventure will be in a property like the St. Francis House. Holly and Ben ,” You guys ROCK!”

Great 2 bedroom casa! Clean, well equipped to cook in the kitchen or grilling out. 8 blocks from downtown Durango. We take advantage of that 80% of the time since it beats having to drive and find parking. It's just the perfect VRBO located in Durango! Owners are very responsive if you should have any question or needs.

The place is great however it's on a busy, noisy street with a patio bar directly across the street which was very loud a couple nights.

We arrived in heavy snow, but heating had been turned on, and we immediately felt at home. Parking right outside; wholefood grocery and liquor store opposite, so settled in easily.
The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bed firm and comfortable. There is a very efficient gas heater, but an electric fan heater is also provided.
The cottage is very close to downtown Durango, and Durango is a great hub for all sorts of outdoor activities and scenic drives.
We loved our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it to any couple.

What a beautiful house in a perfect location. Holly and Ben are the perfect host. They really pay attention to the small details. Everything we needed was available. Comfortable beds to a coffee grinder for a fresh cup of coffee. The check I. Was streamless. We will be back!

The house was as described. Very clean. Small place but had everything we needed for a week of stay. The driveway can be tricky to turn around especially in winter and with a big car. The owners were nice and shoveled the snow. The washer and the drier are shared with the renters of the back room. Overall, it is a nice place. We would stay there again.

I have stayed at this host’s properties a few times now. The properties are charming, clean, and comfortable. Holly is a kind host who cares about her guest’s experience. Her rentals are my go to places to stay when visiting Durango.

We spent a week at the house. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware although a little short on plates. So we used paper plates. Initially I was concerned that the only source of heat was in the living room. But this was a non issue and we did not experience any cool temperatures. We will be returning to this house.

I highly recommend this cute house. It is on a busy street but the noise was not bad at all. The beds are super comfortable and such cute decor. The owners were very responsive with a few questions I had. It is very close to downtown and super easy to get around whether it be via uber or your own car.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this charming, clean property. It's just a short walk to downtown. Durango Joe's coffee, a health food market, and a great breakfast cafe are within one block of the property. Parking can be tricky when close to downtown Durango. This property offers private off street parking that accommodated our truck with no problem. Unloading and reloading our cargo was very easy thanks to the driveway access. As mentioned in the owner's property description, there is a tavern across the street. The noise from the tavern was noticeable until about midnight on only one night. We will definitely consider staying at this property again.

I booked this place because it was originally listed as having 4 beds & my brother & I & 2 friends were riding motorcycles to Durango. It has 2 beds & a fold-out couch. (Thank God my brother cancelled.) Upon inquiring about the back bedroom we saw being cleaned when we arrived that was now behind a locked door, we were told that was a separate rental & we could use it only for an extra charge. When I asked about the 4th bed (one bed in each BR, one couch in the LR is all we saw) I was told "the VRBO system listed the pack -n- play as a bed" & the owner sent images of the bedroom descriptions from VRBO, you know, in case I couldn't look that up myself. Really? My 2 year-old grandson has outgrown his pack-n-play.
The WiFi description was wrong so I had to ask for that.
The emailed instructions had the door code but also said to call/text for it?
The shower sprays out the door onto the floor when you turn it on & the bathroom sink spigot flops around loose. Who plumbed this place; a high school kid?
Honestly, it was adequate. But, the place is clearly an operation that the owner doesn't really pay any attention to & just collects money for without really caring about details.

Clean little cottage
Good location to walk around Durango. Enjoyed the kitchen, gas stove, and bedrooms in this little house with my family. Our 4 legged members appreciated the yard and the walks to the open space on the Mesa behind the house. Would stay again.
