We had a wonderful trip. The house has been updated since last year. It looks beautiful! Great location! We walked to the beach everyday and would swim in the pool after dinner. Love it!

Overall, we had an amazing stay at the house. We loved the outdoor space and the kids enjoyed the heated pool every day. The location is perfect. It’s a quick walk or bike ride to the main square as well as to the beach. The kids bunk room was a favorite. I’ve never seen anything like it. This house is definitely a great find for a family with kids of all ages and would love to rent it again when we return to Rosemary Beach. A couple things nothing major, that I would recommend to the owners… there are no beach towels at the home. We tried to have some shipped from Amazon and they do not have a postal delivery service in Rosemary Beach. You have to have a PO Box so do not have anything shipped to the home as it will not arrive. One more thing to note, the checkout time is 10 AM sharp. We pulled out around 10:10 AM and were charged an additional $75 for a late check out. Overall it is an incredible home when we go back to Rosemary Beach we will likely stay here again!

Our family of 6 stayed with our good friends (family of 5) over the New Year's week. Excellent location. The best part of the house is the outdoor living area by the pool. We grilled here on New Year's Eve, watched a lot of college football and basketball, and played card games with our kids, while others swam in the heated pool. Easy quick walk to the beach through charming Rosemary Beach. Lisa was very responsive to my texts about how to heat the pool, how to light the grill, etc. We had a minor misunderstanding after check-out. Lisa thought we had brought a pet because the cleaner showed her a picture of a vacuum full of hair. We did not bring a pet. The hair was actually noticed by us on the family room carpet rug on our first night, but we're pretty laid back people and didn't think to let Lisa know of this. So my only suggestion to future renters of their fine property is to advise them promptly of issues you see upon check-in in order to avoid misunderstandings and any need to explain the situation later.

We could not have been more thrilled with our stay. Lisa was delightfull to work with and so helpful. She has everything organized beautifully so checking in is a breeze. The house is amazing, very nicely appointed and the outside area and pool were beyond our expectations. Comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen, private gated parking and in a great location. Just a funny side note, it's listed as having 3 1/2 baths. We could never find that 1/2 bath. : ) Perhaps it is the outside shower. It is a beautiful property and all six of us thought it was just perfect! Thank you Lisa, for sharing your beautiful and well kept home.!!!

Our experience could not have been any better from the moment we made our reservation. Lisa was prompt in communicating with us and always available if needed. This experience exceeded our expectations and we can not wait to book the same property next year. If you’re looking for an amazing property that’s convenient to everything in Rosemary, you don’t need to look any further!

Overall loved the house! Our host was very responsive and our overall stay was just perfect. The only negative feedback is that the beds were VERY HARD. So much so that we were never able to get a good nights rest. There could be more comfortable outside seating for a house that holds so many. We loved the outdoor space but not everyone could relax and enjoy it at the same time. The gate struggled to actually work most of the time using the code as well. Be careful if your on a bike and not also in front of the sensor it will close on you! If it had been a child in the way this could have ended very badly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for a family with older kids that could ride bikes to the beach.

This home was beautiful! The furnishings, outdoor space, pool, and location were just perfect. We will definitely one back and rent this exact home. Thank you, Lisa, for being so easy to work with. We didn’t want to leave!

Really enjoyed the location and layout; outdoor spaces were especially nice with pool and covered patio. Liked having drive-through gate so could park cars off of street. Unfortunately, house was not in great shape; rotted wood on outside, outdated decor in some areas, travertine tiles on stairs cracked and damaged, paint touch-up needed in places. Also was not cleaned to our standards before check-in. Owners were very nice and responsive when had a couple of issues. Once again, loved the location and property, just not excited about the condition and level of cleanliness.

We did not have any issue renting or checking in - everything was as described. Owner had given perfect instructions . The home was well stocked with cooking supplies- cookware- natural gas grill! The owner, Lisa, was very easy to work with when we had an issue with one of the two key cards to the beach- she was right on this - we had new pass from the rosemary beach offices delivered within the day. Swimming pool was the reason we chose this particular home- it was lovely for toddler and young preschoolers AND adults! The outdoor porch was great to place all of our outdoor items. Having a fenced in yard eliminated worry if the tots walking off- ample parking for all of us on the property. Just a great experience - the only thing that we experienced was two days unable to swim in the pool because of miscommunication with the two pool maintenance crews - who were changing out from one service company to another- causing a chemical imbalance- this was completely understandable and no fault of the owner who was changing maintenance companies during our week - so really This would never be an issue and the owner was involved immediately- besides there were other pools in The community available on the same street . We loved this property very much and definitely want to return . It's close to many things! We rented bikes too and they were delivered to this home!

The house is very nice. Spacious and comfortable. The patio and pool are exceptional and unique in Rosemary. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Great house, fantastic pool, and 5 min walk from the beach! We had a great time and have already booked It again for next year. Lisa was quick to respond to any questions we had.

The house had everything we were looking for. Kitchen was well equipped. We didn’t use the family room. No need since we had the pool and outdoor living space. This was where we stayed after the day at the beach . Location was the best for getting to the beach or shopping When renting chairs we used the “C” walk down Go straight out the back gate and cross over 30a 5 min walk. We enjoyed the Sunday morning vendors that set up close to the house. Fruit, vegetables, pies crab cakes There is a man who sales crab cakes there. A business card of his is at the house. The owner was very nice to text with me. I give this house , pool, outdoor living and and LOCATION 5 stars We were there May 14-21 2022

The pictures of this house make it look amazing, and it could be with some improvements in management. When we arrived to the house the code to the door wouldn't work. We were left outside with no access to a restroom after a very long day of travel. After many attempts to contact the owner, she finally returned our calls an hour later. We paid the extra $ for the pool to be heated, unfortunately when we arrived the pool was not only cold, but also very green and obviously had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. We continued to have issues with the pool the rest of the week. On our 2nd day there the pool guy finally came to clean it. He came about 10am and had to shock it, so we then couldn't use it for four hours. He was able to get the heater going, however, the owner decided to turn the heater down without telling us after a day. On our last full day at the home we were enjoying the pool (finally) and the pool guy came again, unannounced, at 11am to clean the pool. We couldn't go to the beach because it was a double red flag, the wind was horrendous that day. We tried to call the owner to see what could be done so our last day wasn't ruined. She did not answer our calls/texts or call us back. The pool guy called and she picked up on the first ring. He told us that she wanted it cleaned because new guests would be at the home the next day... clearly the same was not done for us before our arrival. My husband spoke with her and she was adamant that the pool needed to be cleaned, which meant we could not swim in it for the remainder of our last day of vacation. We had to go to the community pool, which was so busy there was no where for us to even sit. The main benefit of this house for us was the private pool and we couldn't use it the majority of our stay. She also told us she would reimburse us for the days the heater wouldn't work, which she has yet to do... this was 20 days ago now and when I just e-mailed her about it she told me she was too busy with work and would try to get to it. The house itself is very nice, however, much smaller than the pictures make it look and the pool is really only about 10x15 feet. The house was definitely not cleaned to our standards. In the kids beds there were crumbs, clearly the sheets had not been cleaned. The washing machine had so much mold and mildew in it I'm positive our clothes got more dirty when we washed them. Property itself would be great if the owner took more care with managing it.

My husband and I along with our adult children thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The location was wonderful. Just a short beautiful walk or bike ride to the beach, town and nearby restaurants. We loved having the private gated drive to the house, the outdoor fireplace and pool.

What an incredibly lovely home to escape to from the craziness of Mardi Gras. The outdoor area was fantastic for swimming, grilling, and just hanging with the family. The kids absolutely loved the bunk room and lookout tower, and the proximity to the sky pool and other amenities was perfect. We will definitely come back to this beautiful home again!

This rental was great! Although the weather wasn’t as warm as we expected-55-60 we still really enjoyed everything. Lisa and her husband were very helpful throughout the whole process. We paid extra to heat the pool and that was amazing-perfect size pool. Very neat and well kept up community so close to shops and food. I loved we could also use the indoor pool as an option. The beach was beautiful! Def would stay here again!

This our third time staying at the Amazing Grace property. We really enjoyed it and look forward to staying again.

Lovely home

The location couldn’t have been better. Even the younger kids could walk to the beach with no issues. The beach was noticeably less crowded with the new key access in place, which was another positive to note. The best part of the house was the outdoor area! Large outdoor areas are hard to come by in Rosemary, especially with a pool and a covered area to sit. We spent the majority of our time there. Finding a place in the future with the same outdoor accommodations seems like it won’t be possible! We hope to visit this house again in the future!

What a perfect setting for my family, straight shot to the beach, wonderful outdoor gathering spaces with so much privacy behind gate, ideal for parking AND children playing! The pool was just the right size with the sun deck/walkout; adults and littles were entertained. Inside was very comfortable and so well stocked! We loved every minute!

Rosemary is such an awesome town. We hit the first 3 days of a hurricane west of us. Thankfully there is an indoor community pool directly across the street from this property. The only thing I would recommend or change would be to ask the pool company to change their cleaning days. They came on Friday at 1 pm and told us we couldn't swim for 4 hours. We were very disappointed since this was our last day and one of only 3 sunny, hot days we had. With of off and on rain for 3 days and Temps in the low 80's, the pool was too cold to swim in until our 5th day. Needless to say due to weather and pool cleaning we didn't use the pool hardly at all as a family. (Of course kids will swim in 70 degree water)I dont know if they work weekends but Saturday seems like the perfect time to clean the pool and have down time assuming the rental is from Sat to Sat. If it's not, then this comment doesn't really matter 😅 overall, great home, great beach access, great community, tons of southern charm. Will definitely come back to Rosemary... Just not during hurricane season.

This property is ideal for family's. The private pool is one of the largest available with a rental property in Rosemary. The outdoor space is large enough for the entire family to eat and relax even when the weather maybe unpleasant, and not have to stay indoors. The private driveway behind gates added to the privacy and adds additional outdoor space for parking and bikes that are secure. We have stayed in Rosemary Beach on 8 separate occasions and this is the only house we've rented more than once.

This house was amazing. Bedrooms inside were really comfortable and kitchen had everything you needed. Outside area is where this house is the best! The pool had great afternoon shade which was great after time at the beach. And the covered outdoor space with couches and table was a great place to relax. Highly recommended!

We come to Rosemary a lot and loved this location! The outdoor space was awesome and so nice to enjoy after the beach!! It was a little tight for 3 families, but we loved every bit of it!!

Great house with wonderful outdoor space and parking behind gates. Easy walk to the beach. The kids also enjoyed cooling off and playing in the pool. Beds are comfortable and rooms spacious.

The amenities and layout of the house and grounds were perfect for us. Glad we brought our own pillows 'cause the house pillows are very thick. Everything except the toaster worked well. We were comfortable and made use of all the property had to offer. We would definitely stay again.

First time to Rosemary Beach - the area is peaceful and beautiful. The house is awesome - very functional all around, well equipped, clean, nicely decorated, great location. The outdoor covered patio is a perfect place to hang out. We had a wonderful week and hope to be back soon. Thanks!
